I did my registration on Saturday 23 September 2023 with 15 thousand afterwards because of some family issue i didn't want to get admitted in that institute I arrived there after 2 days for my refund but they're saying that they won't return my money back i haven't taken even a single day classes i haven't got any benifits form providing my money to frankfinn
Im a middle class boy not even a middle lower than middle class guy who needs help please if any of you guys have humanity please return my money

This letter severs as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to your branch at Bund Garden Road, Pune during the procedure of registration and admission formalities.

After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 6 months vocational training course- Frankfinn post graduate certificate in aviation, hospitality travel and customer services on 08th, SEP 2023 and paid a total amount of Rs.15000.

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. But after few days, i will decides to cancel that admission process due to financial problems in my family.To solving this financial problem i want to get my amount from Frankfinn Institute.

I had called and informed to frankfinn pune i dont get any updates and she has not tell any refundable and non refundable policy earlier and at the time of counselling. And when i talk to the mam she also denied to pay back that (15, 000) that actually a big amount to me and my parents because we are belings to poor family our financial condition is too week. It is means to a lots for me.On the other hand I haven't attended a single class after my admission process.

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, I request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me the admission fee so that I can bear the expenses of my further education.

I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that I had paid.

Mai 23 August se complaint dal raha hu ki mera total amount refund kare . Maine registration fees pay ki 15000 phir kuch dino badh call aaya kaha ki loan hone me time hai bus kuch dino ke liye 18000 admission fees pay kare jo ki refund ho jainga humne 22 ko pay kiya aur 23 ko hame pata chala ki loan nahi hoaa to frankfinn humse paise leti hai . Jo mai loan ke bina nahi de sakta agar nahi diya to hamare total money bhi gye aur admission bhi gya to humne 23 ko hi refund ki mang ki . Par unhone 3 month ka time diya complaint karne per 1 month ka. kuch dino badh call aaya ki 15000 hi denge fir complaint ki aab 27k hi denge inhe kuch kyu samaz nahi aata ki total refund chahiye...pls refund my total amount yeh amount hamare liye bhoot badi hai pls help me for my total 33000

Have made admission of the student and got fee structure details by Mr. Kevin Rajesh. I've agreed to proceed with student loan as Rajesh mentioned the repayment of the loan can be made by student after the course completion. Followed by that discussion, went through all the formalities of varthana for loan sanction. Later it is mentioned that the loan has to be paid by myself not the student.

I am suffering from asthama my doctor said no for airhostess training for some years I want my registration money back

Pahele call aaya ki job ke liye select ho gye aap ko pune aana honga . Waha jane par bataya ki 6 month ke training hongi aur fees pay karna hongi loan bhi honga aur 1 din ka time diya humne ne registration fees 15000 pay ki aagle 3 se 4 din tal loan ka natak chala kaha kya ki loan hone me 20 din ka time hai. jab tak sirf kuch dino tak 18000 pay karo jo ki badh me mil jainga humne wah bhi pay kar di . Badh me pata chala ki aage jakar bhi loan nahi hota graduation incomplete hone par bhi valid hai bataya . Aur job bhi nahi lagti yeh sirf 100 called institute hai. Sir 10 se 12 hours ke andhar humne refund ki request ki to 3 month ka time diya complaint karne par 1 month par aaye . Aap phone aaya kahete hai ki sirf 15000 wapas denge . 18000 bhul jao . In ke baap ka raaj chal raha hai kya chota bol kar paise le liye sirf pay kar kar 1 din bhi pura nahi huaa tha aur thabhi humne refund manga to 3 month ka time diya aur aab 15k hi denge ...

Fraud kar kar bulaya . Aagar baccho ne admission nahi bhi liya to 15000 ya 18000 hajar lut sakte hai ...

This letter serves as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to (23Aug, 2023) frankfinn Institute at jaipur during the procedure of registration and admission fee. I submitted 15000 on 1:07 PM in afternoon.

After the counselling session, i was selected to pursue 6 months vocational course- Frankfinn Post graduate course certification course in aviation, hospitality travel and customer services (FCAHTCS) on 23rd Aug 2023, and paid a total amount of 15 thousand to Frankfinn Institute.

But after one day, i will decides to cancel that admission process due to financial problems in my family because my parents don't allow me to join the Institute To solving this financial problem i want to get my amount from Frankfinn Institute. And i want to continue my further studies as well as taking coaching classes. So that’s why
I was not able to join this course because of my personal issues which I mentioned above.
I had visited and submitted application and registration fee to the Frankfinn Institute at jaipur but i dont get any updates and she has not tell any refundable and non refundable policy earlier and at the time of counselling also they give me the receipt after do days of payment which is a soft copy. And even i didn't attend any singal class or consume anything no products and no service And when i talk to the mam she also denied to pay back that (15, 000) that actually a big amount to me and my parents because we are belongs to poor family our financial condition is too week. It is means to a lots for me and my further studies.
Belongings from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me, therefore I requested you to cancel my admission from your prestigious institute ( Frankfinn Institute at Bhubaneswar) and kindly refund my admission fee (15, 000) so that i can bear the expense for my further studies.

I am Arpita Mehra from jaipur, on 23 August 2023 I visited frankfinn Institute jaipur center for the counciling where they explain about the admission process and so i thought that i will joine this Institute for making my career and i pay the registration Fee of 15000 but they didn't tell me that this is non refundable and also they don't give any receipt I have made payment via online transaction but later due to some family issue and financial condition I change my mind because I can't pay the remaining fee so on 25 August 2023 I again visit to the frankfinn center and than they give me the payment receipt on what's app as a soft copy but i want my money back it's a huge amount 15000 for me and my family please help me 😭🙏 I can't bear this loss I have many problems already in my life that's why I take quick decision for my career and made a foolish mistake but i swear this is out of my knowledge that the registration fee is non refundable I didn't attend any single classes or consume any thing of the frankfinn so please give back my money I request to you please solve my problem otherwise something really sad happen in my life.

Myself Mehroz Zariwala.I had visited Frankfinn institute Andheri Mumbai office on 23/08/2023 and I was told by Mr.Inteqab Khan to pay registration fees by 7.30p.m on same day to book seat and avail scholorship facility. I was pressurized to pay this fees on same day by 7.30p.m of Rs.15000/- or else I will loose the scholorship and I had paid the same on 23/08/2022 and was told to pay 18000/- in next 4 days and remaining...

as admission.then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn..I told to center head to refund my fees but centre head.told that you will not get any money . what shoud I do kindly suggest me and healp me to get back my money
