[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — Denying to give my money back

I did my registration on Saturday 23 September 2023 with 15 thousand afterwards because of some family issue i didn't want to get admitted in that institute I arrived there after 2 days for my refund but they're saying that they won't return my money back i haven't taken even a single day classes i haven't got any benifits form providing my money to frankfinn
Im a middle class boy not even a middle lower than middle class guy who needs help please if any of you guys have humanity please return my money

The company contacted me through a phone call they guided me through the refund process and they're paying me my money back through a cheque it'll take upto a week to reach to my destination that is Delhi (rajouri garden branch office )from gurgaon haryana (head office)

Frankfinn institute contacted me 2 times at first they said me to mail them on [email protected] i did with all the screenshot and receipt that was required and mentioned by them they said once they review my mail they'll contact me
The second time they contacted me they just hung up the call didn't said a word and afterwards when i tried to call them back the call isn't getting connected

I know that policies and procedures are in place, but I humbly request your understanding and consideration of my circumstances. Your compassion and assistance in this matter would mean the world to me and my family please understand the urgency of the situation
life has presented me with unforeseen financial challenges that have made it difficult for me to continue my studies at this time My family's financial situation has been strained, and every penny counts in our below-average earning household
with a heavy heart I must have to discontinue my admission This refund would provide much-needed relief to my family and alleviate some of the financial burdens we're facing
I remain committed to my goal of education and self-improvement and I hope that with time I may have the opportunity to return to Frankfinn Institute when my financial situation stabilizes
Please guys help me with my refund as quick as possible I hope you guys will understand the urgency of this situation please with all my heart I request you all
I also am very far from my family in Delhi for my higher studies i shifted from gorakhpur to Delhi hope you guys understand what im going through because of it 15 thousand is a really big amount please guys
