Went to Frankfinn institute Koramangala 3 times. I was asked to submit written letter in all 3 visits mentioning same concern which I had mentioned in the mail.
I'm bit disappointed with the way how this concern being handled by staff at Frankfinn institute.
Would want this concern to be handled in this same forum or the ticket raised by me going forward since meeting staff at office is not helping to resolve this issue.
I don't understand why do I need to submit those letters. Request Sushmita madam/Mr. Murali/Mr. Manju to mention the reason here why written letter to be submitted from my side.
