My consumer no. is 3008 in the name of LEROY D'SA. I have a Bharat Gas connection and have a facility of 2 cylinders. On 19th January, 2013 my gas was over so when I order a refill cylinder on 21st Jan, 2013 (Monday) and reminded them that standing instructions are for Saturday delivery they asked me to call again on 31st Jan as saturday, 26th was a holiday. On 31st Jan I called and asked them to supply gas cylinder on 9th February as it was my off from work but they asked me to call again on 7th Feb. 2013. I called and ordered gas on 7th Feb., 2013 they told me that it would come on Saturday and gave me order no. 84. On Saturday the gas cylinder was delivered but on taking delivery my wife noticed that the cylinder had 04 12 which means the expiry was the last quarter of 2012 and she refused to take the cylinder. The delivery man told her it was ok to accept and when she refused to take delivery he questioned her whether she checks all the provisions when she purchases. She made a call to the Bandra Gas which is our dealer situated opp. Gaiety/Galaxy cinema and informed them,. They promised to send it on Monday so she took leave and stayed at home but even after calling Bandra Gas[protected], 6501698) they did not send the replacement cylinder. This is the second time this situation has occured with us and the gas company and their staff are rude and disconnect our calls when they hear what we have to say. We are at their mercy because we need the cylinder. Kindly do the needful and give us justice.

    BPCL — delay of payment

    Respected sir here is karan patil from PATIL AUTO sadoli khalsa... my complaint is that some days ago the fuel leak detector is installed on our pump by operators... but they didn't get there payment still now... my request is that please give there payment quickly as possible as u... thank u sir
    I am a customer of St.Antony's Gas agency (Bharat Gas) Adimaly, Kerala. I booked for refill on 15.01.2013. But not received till date. It is cruel.

      My consumer number is 14715.( B-13 Ashok Tenament opp. Cadila Lab. Ghodashar Ahmedabad),

      I had booked for a refill through SMS on 24th January-2013 after booking I got SMS of confirmation my booking reference no. is 31683941 by SMS already 18 days have passed. I follow up 5 to 6 times they promise me we will deliver today but agency promise failure last one week I think they are bluffing me
      I don’t have gas my earlier cylinder consumed I and my family struggling last one week.My children is suffering illness by eating out side food last one week.
      As you know “Cooking Gas” the person concern cannot live without gas. In case I will not get refill within 24 hours, I am going to write to your bharat gas head office directly please note
      Please look seriously and arrange to supply refill immediately and oblige.

      Bharat Gas — gas was not delievered

      my gas was booked 1 month earlier .

      Dear Sir/ Mam,

      We booked the gas on 17/10/10 but till today we have not recd and thid time we personly went to om vinayak gas service shop for the booking beacuse we know telephone we will not get the response.our 1st cyclinder is empty from last 3 days kindly see in to this matter and solve the issue immly.

        I had applied for a new gas connection on 30 November 2012 . it took 2 months to clear waiting online. i live in aditya park, hari om nagar that is in mulund east (mumbai) and i had submited my papers in sai baba gas agency that is in thane east as this agency supplies service to our area. when finally my no. came i got sms on 2nd Feb to submit my papers to gas distributor agency in mulund - prasan gas co... as a result i went to sai baba agency and told them to give my papers back. then i went to prasan gas company to submit my papers. there they refused to submit the papers as my home is not within there service area .but the staff was helpful and made some alteration online on the site and informed me that now thane east branch would accept my registration. they told its the mistake of sai baba agency and there staff should have checked this online and made alteration there and it would have taken hardly a minute to them. then again i went to sai baba agency to submit my papers back but inspite of doing that there staff told me to fill a new form again online for a new connection with changed address . and when again my no. comes i should submit the papers . when i requested her to check it online, the staff of other gas agency had added our area to there agency then she payed a little effort and submited my papers after checking online.
        the staff sitting in thane east branch of bharat gas agency (sai baba) is so inefficient and inspite of doing a bit of work and solving the problems the keep sending u back again and again for such petty reasons..

        kindly employ some efficient staff in your sai baba agency of thane east please

          bharatgas — compelling the consumers to buy other products

          I have gas connection from G.r Bharat gas and home appliances agencies in sankaridrug.whenever they supply gas they ask us to buy some products like Fortune sunflower oil or some detergent soaps.They make it mandatory that every consumer should buy it.if not, they delay in supply of gas unnecessarily.Moreover they charge 20 rupees extra to the billed amount in the name of service charge.please look into the matter and take necessary action.

            Sir, I am the consumer of HP gas for last more than 20yrs.I have never faced any problem so for from the agency but today I tasted a very peculiar attitude and behavior from the lady attendant of the gas agency. She started asking several questions like how gas exhausted so early? I tried to explain her that due to some guests came from my native place the gas cylinder got exhausted this time early. She flatly told that gas booking will be done only after one month from the last issue date. She disconnected the line and refused to talk.
            Kindly take note of this and instruct the agency to book the cylinder immediately as I have no gas in stock. This has happened first time that gas has exhausted early.Kindly let me know also some ruling of booking, if issued by you for my guidance in future .

Thillai Gas at Kumbakonam, consumer No.4305 our residenace at Mathoor agragharam, Natchiarkoil via, Kumbakonam tk. last year we have suffered lot many time not received a cylinder at correct time so we have buying additional cylinder at the time buying additional cylinder is booking 15 days from main cylinder so we have followed that way. Main cylinder was received on 4/9/09 this cylinder almost come empty we have try to book the additional past 10 days they have not accepted the booking only his accepted on 6th. before this empty how to used what is the purpose of additional cylinder. Everytime this dealer to delay for delivery. Our parents and sister also aged person and also blinds so they not to go there in every time and not provision to arrange the other source.             I am the consumer of H.L.R.D.C. Bharat Gas, Hisar. My consumer No. is C 16234.
            The officials have refused to book the Gas supply for Home delivery. He insisted to visit the office and get the delivery of gas after standing in the queue which is not possible for me as I will have to take leave from my office. Please instruct the supplier to restore Home Delivery and ensure prompt service.

                Hi, this is Gunjan Pratap Singh, from Jamshedpur. I have a severe complain about the city gas's delivery system. They never deliver gas cylinders on their own. It's us who have to go every time and collect the cylinders from the warehouse. And if they decide to come, once in a while, it takes nearly one month from the date of booking. I tried to contact the local complaint cell but there was not a single complaint cell in jamshedpur for the Bharat Gas. Then I called up to the regional office (kolkata) twice but no one picked up the call. After that I called the Headquarter, where a lady picked up my call and gave me Mr. Mukherjee's number who is I guess the regional officer. After that Mr. Mukherjee, Gave me another number, Then I called up that number. Finally there was someone to talk to for more than 1 minute. He talked very politely but of no use. Asked me to give a written complaint to the complaint cell and told me that he will get back to us within half an hour. when he did not called us back after half an hour, I called him up and landed up with no response from his side.                 The owner as well as the employees of city gas service are careless and never attend the phone. Service is very bad.

                  Last month I have booked the LPG vide reference No.30236985 Dt.20.12.12 still i havent receivd cylender and when I viisted the Agency with the booking reference they told me that distributor has been changed and contact the Prateek Enterprises which is located at Bansawadi-Bangalore, I asked how it has been shifted to without prior information then they said that we don't know please contact them only.

                  I would like to know, how it has been shifted to without prior information to the customer
                  now we trying to contact them nobody answer my phone calls and if i want go to agency its too far

                  I would request you please look into this and help me.

                      Back ground: Ramchandra Gas Agency, the Distributor code 110914 by/from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and having its address at Shop No. 6, Panorama Park, Shiv Vallabh Road, Opposite Omkar Hotel, Dahisar (East), Mumbai 400068; has completed the procedure and collected Rs8403/- in cash, on[protected] for the new connection of Bharat Gas and delivered two (non subsidized) gas filled cylinders of 14.2 kg. one domestic pressure-regulator, one 1.5 meter-long gas-delivery-rubber tube, 2 trolleys for cylinders and one pass-book.

                      Complaint: (a) TWO TEA POUCHES Rs132/- , ONE TWO BURNER-GAS STOVE OF 'APOLLO' COMPANY Rs2450/-, ONE SPARK-LIGHTER Rs110/-, ONE ORDINARY PLASTIC COVER Rs15/- (for keeping A4 sized paper-sheet with Agency details printed on it) are compelled on me to buy; though I resisted as I am not in need of any them, as I am having them all already; that I choose different brand of tea and using three burner stove of Sun flame brand and also the lighter. The bill-making (attending) lady-staff of the Agency said it is the Bharat Petroleum's Regulation/Rule and compulsion to buy for new connection.

                      (b) Besides, they charged/billed as Stamp duty Rs100/- (but stamp duty had been paid to the Bank for franking the affidavit earlier by me), Incidental charges Rs45/-, ADM. charges Rs45/- were also billed.

                        We had shifted our home from Malad to Bhayander on 15th October 2012.
                        In the last week of December, my husband had approached Malad gas agency ( Mukta Gas Service) for change of address. They had asked to submit two cylinders; then they issue a receipt. The receipt has to be submitted at Bhayander agency and has to collect cylinders from them by paying the amount. We were surprised when gas agent had asked us to pay @ 950 per cylinder and informed us that three cylinders were dispatched between October 2012 and December 2012 where we had not shifted since 15th October 2012. And our frequency of booking also varies from 1 ½ to 2 months. We had asked dispatch date to Malad agent but they refused and told all the data are deleted if the person account details are transferred. We had no option and had to pay @ 950 per cylinder and collected two cylinder by paying Rs.1900. Complaint letter was sent to colaba office by registered post but till date no reply is received from them. Also we dialed customer care and lodged complaint. ( complaint no.[protected]. They told that they received reply from service agent “ no such consumer exist” . We seek your intervention and need our amount back. And also to punish the culprit who had played in our consumer ID. There was auto fare from Bhayander to Malad for carrying cylinders and extra bucks which we have to pay for un delivered cylinder. Please do the needful.

                          I had booked the Bharat gas ( CITY GAS -Distributor-Baguiati ) on 02/01/13 got booking no : 28976129 by auto generated SMS.

                              Sir my complain is taking extra money and without desire giving things,
                              Actually sir imperial bharat gas situated in my town and give service society. This agency launched for new connection before three month ago , that time mostly people haven't gas connection ,then they used black cylender . All thing is ok , but after launching gas agency mostly people have filled form for new connections and who filled form after two month came request that customers eligible for new connection who filled form before time. And goverment court gadget passed for new connection maximum 2300 rupees with one cylender . Which agency will give one cylender , new connection, and booklet charge ,and regulater etc. Total amount will be 2300, which cylender will not fill only open cylender , and imperial bharat gas allowed that if customers don't want stove , lighter cylender stand then don't worry . Because sir i would like to ask only one question that if the customer have gas system before sometime and he doesn't have connection only gas system means already purchased stove , lighter , solar light etc. And he was using black cylender or you can say that illegal but now imperial bharat gas giving new connection for every customers then , what's problem to dealer , distributer ?
                              There are same story in my town means Kopagang,
                              Only one agency is available in my town .

                              Sir mostly customer want only connection not a extra things
                              And distributer taking money 5790 rupees which he is giving stove solar light lighter etc while goverment bill passed 2300 rupees . Sir i would like to say one thing that there are mostly people uneducated who nothing know about gas connection rate . And some person abjectioned his that time distributer says that if you abjection with me then i will not give connection. Reason that customer want only connection 2300 , but distributer compells to customers and give without desire thing like this stove etc. While customer already purchased gas tools from market.
                              Sir at last i would like say and hope to you that
                              Distributer give connection 5790 . While bill passed 2300 rupees .
                              I know very well that every company or agency helpfull of society . But there, imperial bharat gas taking extra money or earning source to uneducated people . This agency using uneducated person . And i feel that perhaps agency want earn .

                              Bharat Gas — Extra Charges Taking

                              On 24/08/2010 gas delivery boy delivered my gas at my home on this date. But He did not gave me the gas cylinder due to non payment of extra charges. i.e. Rs. 380.00 instead of Rs 366.10.

                              Please take necessary action against the distributor......

Every time i gets the reply " abhi nahi mil sakta number de do hum kal kar lenge or bad me pata kar lena" . My job service is 1500 kms far from my home and comes to home every 3 months. my family is suffering highly due to single clyender as you can understand.
                                i was planning to complaint the service agency to consumer court, but i think i should try one more time with company and got your mail from your web site.

                                  i am consumer of bharat gas(anand gas service) located at badarpur.I booked gas with the mentioned agency.At first delivery on 15/01/2013 at 1300 hrs.,weight of cylinder with LPG gas was 26 kg instead of 29.2 kg(15 kg for empty cylinder and 14.2 kg for gas),i refused to accept it.Second time on the same evening, weight was 27.2 kg, i refused this time also. third time its weight was 28.7 kg,not accurate this time also, this time i unwillingly accept it.
                                  Also deliveryman omprakash did not had its own weighting machine for gas cylinder and his behaviour was very rude.

                                  Bharat gas LPG — Non Delivery and Less Weight

                                  I had booked cylender on 05.05.2009. My consumer No is 2668 through Rainbow Gas Agency Sherpur Chowk, Karawal Nagar, Delhi-110094. I wish to state it has been a month since I have received the cylender. The behaviour of the salesman is also rude. Even if i get the gas cylender, the weight is less.

                                  I am Shashikant Dubey,lived in delhi working as crime reporte in one family magazine .my family lives in Mauranipur.we have one gas connection with the name of Sushila dubey, i went there for the enquary for DBC and booking for the gas cylender,they people are very rude said dbc connection is stoped .i askedwhen again open ,i have no idea. i said where i can enqure about this they said no idea.they were talking the people very badly.no fis time for booking the gas also. no one pick the phone.every thing is worst. so i request you to help the people other wise it will be very big issue in next few days.

                                  My consumer No. is 42615. I'm trying to book the gas refill for the past 45 days.A moment ago phone goes busy. Immediately after the phone is ringing but no one is receiving the call. the delivery is also very poor. Since last 2 weeks I went to Vinayak Gas service in person, twice but I couldn't get the gas delivered yet.

                                    The BPCL (distributor code 130922) with phone no. [protected] vide cash memo no. 8114 dated
                                    12.01.2013 delivered the LPG cylinder on 15.01.2013 at non-subsidised rated and collected Rs.917.50 while
                                    delivering the cylinder.Since I am expecting subsidised gas, the distributor supplied non-subsidised cataegory
                                    cylinder on their own without consulting the consumer.

                                    This may please be enquired into and difference of charge collected please be reimbursed to me.

                                      I requested for an additional Bharat gas cylinder one year back in Siddharatha Bharat gas agency in Shapur nagar, Hyderabad and till now there is no information on that. When i asked about the same, they said they are not giving the additional cylinders, but i find other agencies are giving additional cylinders. I find this agency is useless and the members working there are pathetic and rude. They dont really give any proper response.
                                      Please take the necessary actions against this agency.
