hi i had booked my hotel from this site on 6th jan 2014..my id ''htl8cxf36q''. i had cancelled this booking again on 7th jan 2014, that time i had received a SMS to my mobile that says ur hotel booking was cancelled and amount will transfer within 3-5 working days.But still i didnt receive money.now i checked cancellation status but its shows ticket as confirmed..This totally making me very upset on ur service. pls reply.There are no 24x7 customer support for customers, Booking hotels are any other in goibibo.com was very risky. help me @ Lakshminarayanan-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
