Today I was meant to take my mother to Prystin care for her piles appointment. Unfortunately I couldn’t go, so I asked a friend of mine to take her. I told my friend when your are with the doctor give me a call I’ll talk to him. He called me when he was with the doctor.
Now first of all, I doubt whether the guy speaking to me was a doctor. He was in such a rush, all he said was, your mother needs surgery and I am a surgeon I do surgeries the rest I will tell your friend and you can ask him.
My concern is when a doctor can not even talk to you for 5 minutes properly over the phone and explain pre surgery and post surgery procedure it is even worth considering such a place. The funny part was that he wasn’t even busy m, my mother told me those were hardly 2 other patients waiting.
Anyway the quoted 42, 000 for the surgery. When I got home Prystin’s coordinator called me and asked. Sir when would you like to go for the surgery?? Although he was very polite, ( well he had to, he was from the sales team). I told the guy you guys are a bunch of crooks. All you are interested in, is ripping of people.
Then I went on Google to see some reviews of Prystin care. After reading then I’m so so glad my mother will not be treated there. That’s the worst place. Shame on Prystin!! These guys should be band. The other way is if we stop using there crappy service the will be out of business in no time and we should do that!!! Was this information helpful? |
