I would like to bring to your notice case of fraud and cheating committed by ms happy easy go level 3 rider house plot no 136 sec 44 near huda city centre metro station gurugram.

This firm is operating as an agent for booking flight tickets & while booking flight tickets they are cheating public of their money.

I carried on two bookings of exact nature for booking indigo flights i was asked to deposit rs 15405/- for each booking when the transaction was completed only one
Confirmed ticket was issued when i asked why i am not being issued the second ticket i was told that indigo is asking for rs 1150/- more or my booking will be cancelled.

Left with no alternative i deposited rs 1150/-, with clear message that they should not play fraud with me or i will register a fir against them u/s 420
Of crpc which i am legally entitled to lodge with police.

When i took out the print of ticket for indigo flight no 6e-5268 del to hyd with pnr no ibyt7j sechduled to fly on friday 11th aug 2017 i came to know that airline has
Demanded rs 15405/- only.

In this way happy easy go has cheated me for rs1150/- by misrepresentation and threat to cancel my ticket.

This crime is legally punishable under various sections of criminal procedure code of ipc

I request you to register a fir against these persons since whole of this company is involved in this fraud since my reporting of the facts to their feedback deptt
Has not resulted in any action my calls are not being answered by them

I have a complaint against the site www.happyeasygo.com
I was booking a ticket in GoAir airlines for a senior citizen patient. When I booked the ticket the payment went through and it said my transaction is completed and I will get my confirmed ticket maximum within 45 minutes. After waiting almost 4 hours when I didn't get the confirmed ticket, I called them . They told me that in order to get a confirmed ticket I will have pay some more money as the price increased when I was making the payment.
Problem is i have booked tickets from all travel portals and never have they ever increased the price when we are typing our card number which also was done very quickly.
No where did they mention the price increase nor did they stop the payment.
Usually in such scenarios if fare price increases the page is refreshed we are shown the new price and if we are comfortable with that price we go ahead and make the payment.
As a consumer it is my right that I pay for what I see, and if the price rises also and I see that the increased fare price is the amount to be paid, I can do so, but how can they ask me to pay extra cash just to get my ticket confirmed. They kept blaming GoAir saying they increased the price. I told them that if GoAir increased their prices when I was making the payment they would have got a mail or notification from GoAir about the price rises and that they should send that mail to me so that I am satisfied that it indeed was GoAir increasing the price. But they said they have no such proof and I have to go for their word for it.This is completely cheating the consumer cause we don't even know if actually the price did rise. This is hooliganism where they don't process your ticket till you give them extra money. And I didn't even see the price they were asking for. For all I know they kept The ticket on hold, and only once they get the money they demand will they release it.
The ticket fare keeps increasing by the minute and after 4 hours the price will ofcourse be different. They asked me to pay the fare difference between what the fare was 4 hours ago and 4 hours later. They gave me an option to refund the money but seeing how bogus their operations are I was scared to go ahead with that option and instead opted to pay more as booking the tickets was more important for the patient.
Please check this website and make them stop working as soon as possible. I am not the first one they have cheated like this, there are way too many such complains against them and they are just using this as a platform to rob people of their money by holding their tickets and not processing them. It's a scam website that people should know as soon as possible. All the airlines that have connected with them should also not be partnered with them as their reputation is going down as the people who run this website blame the fare increase on the airlines. And it happens all the time! BEWARE of this website and DO NOT make bookings on this website. You can check the reviews of happyeasygo on Google by searching reviews of happyeasygo and everyone just said don't book from them and they should be shut. I didn't check the reviews before making the booking but I hope my this complain can make a difference! SCAM WEBSITE. PLEASE SHUT IT DOWN

We noticed that you have raised concern for your Trip #[protected], in which you have been asked to make additional payment of Rs 1150/-.
We would also like to inform you that there is some confusion at your end.
At Indigo website also, you can see that the amount is Rs 16690/- for your respective trip id with PNR # IBYT7J. I am attaching screenshot for the same for your reference, whereas we have charged on Rs 16563/- (15405+1150) which is Rs 127 less than what we paid to the airline. So how this is cheating.
We are trying our best to provide cheaper price to our customer.

I have booked ticket by "Happyeasygo" to travel from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 19.July.2017 by "Indigo airlines".I could not travel and requested for refund.

The airline confirmed that refund is transferred to "Happyeasygo" on 25.July.2017.When I contacted "Happyeasygo" about the refund, I got the following reply.

" Dear Sir

As per your mail we have checked with airlines and Airlines executive informed us that passenger was already flown on this PNR, please find below screen shot your PNR status . Your booking status show flown, If you already flown this PNR then why you ask for refund. "

Indigo confirmed I didn't travel and refund amount is already transferred to the agent.Details are as follows.

"Dear Mr. sekhar,

Thank you for writing to IndiGo.
With regards to your mail, we would like to confirm that under your IndiGo PNR/ booking reference TG9WFN, an amount of INR 743 has been processed to the travel agency account.
Further, we would like to request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency to claim refund.

Trust this Clarifies."

This agent is not reliable and the call center is so worst.Very rood and can't listen to us.

The pathetic situation is how can they confirm a passenger who is not at all boarded as traveled passenger.

Please don't book any tickets from this agency

On 02 August 2017, I tried to book two air tickets online through happyeasygo from Pune to Nagpur by Indigo flight no .6E 134 from Pune to Nagpur for travel on 22 August 2017 departing at 11.05 AM. An amount of Rs.5152.00 was debited to my bank account immediately after the details of my Debit card were submitted and paid to happyeasygo online. Thereafter I received an email from [protected]@happyeasygo.com> stating that - "The transaction of Order ... has succeeded. Your tickets will be issued within 45 minutes and the ticket numbers will be notified by a following mail." However, after about an hour I received a call from Mobile Phone no. +91 ...informing me that my air tickets could not be confirmed and that I would have to pay Rs. 700. more if I wanted the tickets. The lady on the phone told me that the rates of tickets have gone up. I informed her that I had paid the amount as per their display and demanding more money from customers, one hour after paying full value of the air tickets, amounted to blackmailing. Customers normally fall prey to such blackmail tactics o[censored]nethical and immoral companies in India for various reasons, the important among them being (1) they do not desire to undergo the rigours of online booking repeatedly (2) their money is already transferred to the unscrupulous agents like Happyeasygo companies (who use them for number of days without cost i.e without interest) and (3) by the time they try to book fresh tickets, the rates are increased. The agency happyeasygo continued blackmailing with the person from company telling me that my tickets would be cancelled. The agency indeed cancelled my tickets on 02 August 2017. and has not refunded the amount of tickets so far. The questions that arise here are as follows. (i) Can an online booking agency company commit the daylight robbery by blackmailing a customer to pay the money as per whims of the company? (ii) Can the agency use the customer's money, cancelling his ticket without his consent, for an indefinite period without paying interest? It is shameful that that the agencies connected with civil aviation sector in India continue to cheat the customer and extort money. There are many complaints against Happyeasygo as can be found on the website of complaints. I may also add here that another booking agency ... is also following unethical practices one among which is showing low rates of airfare and when the customer tries to book the tickets, a message suddenly appears to the effect that the rates of tickets have gone up. I am contemplating a criminal action and filing of PIL in the matter. Sanjay Gawai .

on December12 i have booked a ticket from chennai to agartala.my amount got deducted after entering the card details of my bank account but m ticket still shows processing in the booking status..when i first called up the customer care they said that your ticket will get processed up in a few minutes..no feedback or ticket has been booked..get the money back fraudsters...

You cheating with people money I booked ticket from mumbai to hyd instead of hyd to mumbai. after payment is done with in 2 minutes of time i realised that i made wrong booking i called up customer service.if I cancel flight how much money i get i asked Happyeasygo executive. they told 100 rs back i pay 2190 rs for ticket after cancellation why they are charging sevice and tax charges. If i cancel the ticket the tax and service charges should payed back to customer.

Terrible experience with this HAPPY EASY GO, I've booked a ticket and I receive the confirmation Trip ID:[protected], after an hour they called me and inform that my ticket is not confirmed due to the price increase by indogo which is not my problem, I paid what it is showing on the website now they are expected me to pay the price difference which is their fault, they are trying to con me off my hard earned money. I have no choice but have to cancel as the customer care has so much of attitude refuse to help me, I have to cancel and wait for another 7 to 10 to get the refund, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
This is one cheat site cheating and frauding online travellers. i also had an horrid experience with them.i made a booking( trip ID:#[protected] with them for my wife to travel back from Kolkata to Delhi by AIr ASIA flight on 27th April.the Traveller (SUSHMITA DHAKI) was not allowed to travel by the said flight on 27th Feb 2018 as their was no booking in the name of Sushmita Dhaki in the flying list of 27th April 2018. As a result of which, her husband( ARNAB DHAKI) travelled alone on that flight as he was on separate PNR booked through some trustworthy site., while she was forced to stay back in the airport till she could manage a different flight of Jet Airways( for early next morning) bought at 10 PM at the airport counter at the much higher cost along with loads of mental harassment.
when complained in writing to the fraudster company, they don't even bother to respond to the mails, unless called upon telephonically. They all could offer me the refund of the new ticket bought by me and not even the cost of ticket not travelled., with no compensation for the harassment meted out to her due callous approach to the clients. even they didn't pick the CUSTOMER CARE number when i tried to call them from the airport when this case happened. Even the offer of refund has not yet been actually done till date. when this was discussed in detail to some UPANSHU of escalation department on 1st week of April . So i have now made up my mind to file a CONSUMER COMPLAINT of harassment seeking compensation for non refund of ticket booked through the fraudster website and also for the harassment meter to my wife by not issuing a valid ticket even after charging full amount in advance, forcing her to stay back in kolkata airport for the entire night, seek a new ticket with fresh payment at higher rates, emotionally strained and shocked at the callous approach of the fraudster website" HAPPYEASYGO". I advise all fellow travellers to avoid the fraudster website for any transaction, they promise all rosey things and give you just ###. i am also putting the names of the persons involved in the fraud as Prasenjit, Upanshu, NIrmal H, Hari Singh, Waseem A and request all other similar websites not to employ or transact with this fraudsters. i am also filing a Police against these persons and website for frauding and request all other travellers to add thier grivances for strong case against these website. and persons.
There name only is happyeasygo but they give all trouble to customer. their name should be mosttroubletocustomer ...please do book tickets from this site. worst experience of my life with these ppl.

they did same with me after receiving amount from me (debited from bank) they said price got increased by 1000 and asked to pay 1000 more when i denied they canceled it but didn't get my money back till now and price of that flight is double now after 2 days.

i have raised complaint against them. lets see what happens

your people are simply cheating others and doing fraud with everyone ...i have booked my ticket and due to some reason i had to cancelled my ticket and still i dint get my refund amount. I am telling you everyone don't book ticket from this site ...its a fraud company ...i do not know what the ### they running business in this way. I request every one don't go to this site for booking.

I had made a booking through happyeasygo which was a flight from Bangalore to cok for 15th july. However it was an honest mistake as I wanted to get the tickets booked from cok to blr. They had charged me 7800rs for this.I tried to contact their customer service immediately to get the same changed.however I was on hold for 2 hours before I gave up and emailed them. Finally I contacted SpiceJet who told me that if I pay another 5700rs they can make the booking as desired and I did. A total of 13500rs for 5 tickets. After all this nextday morning when I woke up I saw a message stating that the tickets are cancelled. I am unsure how and what went wrong and how it was cancelled. That's total of 13500rs that was lost for me. I reached out to both happyeasygo and SpiceJet folks who from both end were just putting the blame on each other. SpiceJet infomed that they have issued a refund of 3840rs to happyeasygo as the intital payment came from there. This is for the entire amount including the 5700 that I paid to SpiceJetdirectly. I have notreceived a single penny as refund and the flights stand cancelled. no one is responding to me despite of multiple attempts to reach out to both the customer service. I am someone who live on a neck to neck every month and 13500 is a huge ount of money. I was literally crying over the call to both of them and they did nothing nor they processed a refund for me. Despite all this the customer service SpiceJet SME was rude to me on call which worsened my who mental state at that time. I need help for the money lost and the trauma I went through.

I have booked one indigo ticket (happyeasygo.com) from Delhi to Vadodara (8th August 2018) and Vadodara to Delhi (13th August 2018) but I got 7 confirmation mail and 2 times (one time rs 4653 (E-Ticket Order ID[protected] and second single booking money rs 2356 [E-Ticket Order ID[protected] money has been deducted on a single click. Please see all the details with attached files and refund my money as soon as possible.

I am forwarding all the emails with pdf attachments and "See what the blunder mistake they have done". I don't understand what is going on from there side and why you are doing this type of things with customers. I know this is little money but I have suffered a lot and I don't want anybody in the future.

I called customer care so many times (more then 7 hours has been wasted) and fed up. Kindly help me in getting back my amount herewith I attached the air ticket and I'm ready to register a complaint against the air carnival airlines if in need. I request you to please help me as soon as possible. I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket from Delhi to Odisha from Happyeasygo website. Unfortunately i had to change my travel plan and i cancelled the ticket through the same website itself. while i was trying to cancel they showed me i will get around 2850 rupees refunded. So i cancelled the ticket. next day i got a mail that my refunding process for rupees 1882 has been initiated. So i replied to the mail by asking how it is possible to provide Rs. 1882 instead of Rs.2850. Next day when i checked for the refund status in their website i found the status as refunded. I haven't received a single penny back from them. And i complained to them, and they replied that they will solve the problem in 48 hrs. But nothing had happened. i lost my money.
I have booked a tike from pune to chandigrh. I have paid rs 5220/ I have not receivd any ticket yet and no one picks up phone at their call centre .

In order to get the refund or alternative flight option for the cancelled flight -Jet Airways 9W-728, Patna to Delhi, 13:10 hrs, 20 March'19 ( E-Ticket No :[protected], PNR : BXNDHN, we have tried customer care nos. So many times but despite trying continuously & regulary for last few days and call center keep phone on hold for 30 / 40 mins and the call does not get the connected. This is really ridiculous for there was no reponse at all . It is a sheer waste of time & energy leading to frustration.

We have no other way but to register a complain.

Kindly arrange to make the refund with no deductions or provide the alternative options due to flight cancellation.

Happy easy services is not worthfull totally waste of time and money.
