I have recharged for 3 months for 1770, the transaction was successful and money was deducted, immediately I was logged out of the system and since then if I am trying to login it’s showing customer not found

    I paid for 1yr service for hathway and got all details on mail to be assured from hathway’s official email id. They disconnected my service in 6 months. This company is FRAUD. Taking public’s money and NOT PROVIDING WRITTEN COMMITTED SERVICE!
    Please let me know if proof are required. I have everything in place.

        . I took hathway connection in bangalore and I vacated house in bangalore and recently I couriered hathway device to bangalore house address even though I'm getting calls frequently from hathway. This makes me disturbing daily and irritating also.

            My name is Nishanth K my connection no:[protected] .Iam going outstation for 1 month so I did’nt renew my plan for that I received calls from hathway I informed to the executive he also said I will noted down sir.but till now im daily receiving calls more than three times a day your plan expired renew sir I already said im going outstation .then why Im keep on receiving calls from hatchway its torturing for me

              They spam continuously. They call 6-7 times everyday inspite of me terminating their services. I have blocked uncountable numbers from Hathway and yet they keep calling from new numbers. It took me months to get them to stop calling and even after that they call to ask if I want the connection again.

                  Despite multiple Complaints, and Having no more Business with Hathway on account [protected] why is my number being constantly bombarded by your sales retention team asking me to renew or recharge?

                  I have no more Business with Hathway and would not even remotely recommend subscribing you services with the level of Call spamming they do when they have your number

                  Find yo screenshots of these Spam Calls i get from you guys every day

                    I was using hathway customer account [protected]. Due to the extreme poor service disconnected it and returned the device 15 years back .
                    15 years I’m peacefully using other service providers, but from the last 6 months I’m getting continuous calls from hathway to reactive the connection. Once when I said to them that I’ll never be a customer to hatchway they changed the stand and asking me to return the device ( which I have returned 15 years back) or pay 2500 Rs charges!!.
                    15 years there was not a single call or email from hatchway and suddenly they waked up. They are harassing me with calls every day. After so many follow-ups they marked this in Service Request 07112022W412037 that the device is returned and they deactivated my account.
                    But still I get continues calls from hatchway, in each call I mention this SR ticket and they confirm that the device is returned But next day I’ll get a call again from hatchway.
                    I’m fed up, please take an action to avoid the harassment from Hathway.

                      I am being subjected to and bombarded with Hathway SPAM calls day in and day out for selling there plan, restarting there Service Despite multiple requests for DND of my number.

                      I no longer there customer and would never will subscribe to any of. there Services.

                      I have Discontinued using there services for 6 months now and still i have to bear there Torture of million calls they make which is absolute harassment.

                        Refused to pay my security deposit amount

                        I taken connection from hathway & they asked me to pay 400 as a security deposit. I paid. They said once you return the router box, we will refund that amount. I returned the router box and they given that router box to another subscriber. I am getting text messages like Renew your account. Many times, I called Customer care and they said we will take this request, but 6+ months gone.

                        I am still getting msg and calls from hathway regularly even i am not using this service for last 6 months as I have changed city. I have confirmed multiple times to the customer care to deactivate my account from hathway still getting messages and calls.

                        Kindly help me deactivate my hathway account so that i don't get any messages and calls from hathway .

                          I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of Hyderabad. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? I am okay with that as instead of this calls, As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                          Please take the appropriate actions so many of them are facing same issues.

                            I have been a hathway customer for last 2 years now i have relocated to a place where there is no hathway access now i have a different connection. Even after explaing very patiently they keep on calling 5 times every day. I was in Hospital once even when i told them that they did not show any humility. I am heing harrassed every day. I am begging you stop this torture. I would have easily changed my number if i didnt have my bank accounts connected to my number. Please help

                              Hi,

                              My hatchway connection number [protected],

                              I was using Hathway connection, and I left the place in September end which informed the Hathway Salesperson for disconnect and pick the modem.

                              But after that from October first onwards every day I am getting calls and SMS from Hathway customer service two to three times each day. I have informed them even they not listening again and again calling calling and making sms

                              Is this way to harassing and giving stress to customers. I got too much stress from hathway which is unbearable. One of the worst and bad behavior and useless things from hathway.

                              Please take a immediate action and stop this harassment.

                                  From (12/19/2022-Monday) after 7.30pm my broadband connection is down, no internet connection. I tried to raise complaint via hathway app but no response and unable to connect. On (12/20/2022-Tuesday) @ 9.53am i have raised complaint through customer care. As per customer care representative, my account was on hold. My bill was paid within the due date without fail till date. I haven't raised any requests for hold, so i requested the rep to verify the issue, As per the request rep checked and confirm that by mistake wrongly system automatically hold the account for renewal. So as per rep it was not my fault but still my broadband is without internet connection. Till now no update regarding the issue. My shift timing is 6.30pm to 3.30am. For your mistake i have got Loss of pay of Rs.2800 for Monday & Tuesday, atleast for today(12/21/2022) kindly resolve the issue before 6:30pm. I've raised complaint on 20-Dec-2022. Till now issue not yet resolved. No update regarding the issue. Very very Worst customer service. Ticket Number 20122022W001594

                                    GTPL broadband never works persistently! It always goes down for 2-3 days after 4-5 days of working. This is unacceptable, consumers are paying such a big amount, I personally had opted for 100 mb/s plan and I get speed around 50-60 mb/s and that also only half of time because other half of the period their services are down!

                                      Hi team,

                                      im not able use your serivce from 7th of december 2022 . Connection line was cut by the greater chennai corporation because firbe wire was kept on street light post . I have given a complaint on 7th of december by 4.39 pm still its has not yet resloved i been patiently waiting for the services team to come and do it but still no one has come . If i call in the toll free number it takes hours of time to connect or else it gets dissconnted. Im really annyoed with this connection. I would demand you to give a refund for all my connection and to pay sercurity deposit for my new connection with bill payment of new connection in advance for every.
