I have admitted my wife in hospital and I pleaded them not to call me. They are ruthless people. They called me not less than 30times. This is literal torture. I don’t need their connection. I don’t know if I can register my complain at local police. Out of helplessness and my personal trauma I yelled at them and they abused me by my mother and sister. They are cultureless brats and they should be hanged in public

    I deactivated my hathway connection almost half a year back. I keep getting 5-10 calls a day from shameless call center of hathway.
    Even after telling them to stop calling, i don't think they take any action.

    Never ever give your number to hathway. NEVER.

    HATHWAY: REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM.

      Hi Team,
      I disconnected Hathway broadband almost 2 years back.
      (Around Feb 2021). But I am still getting calls from the Hathway team asking me to reconnect again with them I am been telling I don't want and I moved to a different provider but still I am getting the calls.

      I have almost 35 different cellphone numbers who call me on a daily basis. How can I stop this spam calling?

        Kindly note, my hathway router is not working it is showing a Los signals as been lost and have restarted the modem around 10 to 15 times.

          Hathway broadband company calls me everyday 10-20times from different numbers.i blocked some numbers but they again call from another number now i am fed up so much.i dont need this connection because i shifted somewhere and disconnect this connection but still they call everyday.They do messages everyday.i want to complaint against them that i don't required any phone calls or messages.my number is on DND services they still do call everyday.

            I have cancelled my connection a month ago and have the hathway executive has collected my modem and i was told that the refund will come to my account. Its been over a month now and i haven't received the amount back. I have raised complaints but no response. When i tried reaching the toll free no. they hung up on me as soon as i spoke about my refund. Its disappointing that this kind of service exists in hathway. Untill i dint get the connection or renew my pack they would call me a million times a day just to follow up things and now no response from hathway.

                Since I was not using hathway internet due to issue with the speed and connectivity. I have been asked to return router and I agreed to that.
                I have got calls twice form hathway team but they haven't yet reached at my current location to pickup the router/model.

                I have told them to come and pickup before[protected] as I was leaving current city and moving to a different state but no response from them.

                So now I couldn't able to handover router/modem anymore.

                Kindly check this message and get me with your response to communicate further.

                  I had not renewed my hatway subscription from last six months and I even called then at that time to collect it. But no one came to collect it as I am leaving that area. But now they messaged me to return it or you have to pay rs.2500. but I don't have that router now they didn't collect it when I called them and now harrassing me for it. Please look into this matter

                    I have disconnected my hathway broadband from past two yrs and still I'm receiving call from hathway and forcing me to rejoin hathway amd harrassing me by calling evry alternative day for this and when i told them to put me on DnD they gave fake assurance that it is done will not receive calls but still receiving calls and also when i told advisor that I'll complain about this they told me that do whatever you want and that was unmannered and unprofessional way and not just this they also say that no one will take action against them is this the way company should treat a customer and plus the advisor has the audacity to say that do whatever you want need help by the law

                      I stopped Hathway connection in Bangalore as I shifted to Hyderabad almost 8 years back still getting calls for renewal, Each time I requested them to remove my number&account from the database. But still, I am getting calls every day. This is not my only job to do every day and I cannot block all the calls, as I am receiving calls from new numbers each time. I request @Hathway to remove my number and I don't want to receive any more calls. I am done. Pradeep A below are my account details

                        Hi on 14th November i paid 399rs for net connection for Hathway. later they informed that connection not available in my area and they told will return back amount its almost 1 month still they have not returned money.

                        and the person who interacted with me is escaping and he as switched of his phone.

                        one of worst support from hathway. attached the message received for installation. and no response further on this.

                          My WIFI is not working from 3 days when I contact to your customer care number they only reply that sir there is area problem it will resolve 24 hours m not getting proper value for my money plz show this problem as soon as possible other I have to take some legal action there are not given any kind of solution.                                 I have been receiving non-stop calls from Hathway. My entire day goes into attending or declining their calls.

                                This has frustrated me to an extent that I have to keep my phone on silent in most of the cases. I am a working man and my entire day is in meetings and work, and they keep calling me in every 15 minutes, I can't sleep, work.

                                This has been the same scenario for over a month now and I am really tired of this. Please help me get rid of this.

                                  I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different city. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                                      Hathway broad band speed issue .iam not getting the speed what they are mentioned in the paln .as per plan the broad band speed is 150MBps but m getting the speed Maximum 30 MBps . regarding this one i regsiter a complaint in hathway but they are not responds properly .
