There are at least 3 calls per day and numerous messages even after telling then I don't want to be a customer and have deactivated by account long ago. They have no facility to delete my data from their servers.

    Hi,

    From the past two months, i have been having trouble with the network speed. I am running with a 15 mbps unlimited connection. As this affected my work i have raised multiple customer service requests to provide me with higher plans. Every time the customer service representative tells me i will get a call. I have not got a call. It is also very difficult to reach the customer service as the hit ratio is not that great. I am stuck as i have made full payment and i don't wish to get a new internet connection. The service has been pathetic and i am suffering a business loss because of that.
    I fail to understand that i am willing to pay more for a better connection and still am not able to. This is a very strange style of business for such a reputed company. I just wish to bring to the notice of readers here for the benefit of all.

      My hathway broadband no. [protected]. Which was actively 2 years back. So in july 2020 i asked to get the reconnection. So a person named uday tej his mobile no. [protected]. He has instructed me to pay online as your an existing customer, after payment i will send a person to set the router and cable connection, so when i contacted that person, he said your area already has full connection and one more is not possible. So they said contact to hathway for refund. But none of the contact numbers of hathway lead to talk with customer care executive; therefore no response from any side.
      Therefore hathway should not accept payment until it confirms feasibility in area.

        I've made a payment of 2668 rs for a broadband connection with hathway. They took many days for giving a connection. So I've decided to go for another internet connection to avoid getting hault in my work. I've requested for refund. They processed my ticket and saod eill receive money in 15 days. But 15 days have completed but still I don't see refund in my account. I'm not able to connect to technical team through haway customer care number. None of the ways left for me to check what happening with my account.

        Please help me sorting out the issue.

          Dear sir/Madam,

          On 30th June 2019 ie last year, I enquired online for hathway internet connection feasibilty in my area. I got a call from a person who said he is hathway representative. His name is Gangadhar and his mobile number [protected]. He said there is feasibility in our area and visited my house collected 1000rs cash for 799 plan, he took photo of my adhaar card, asked for passport photo, filled the application and asked me to sign and I did.I got OTP from hathway and some confirmation messages, A/C number everything..( [protected]). After some time hathway service person called and said there is no feasibility of hathway service in my area. After that I recieved invoice through mail. Gangadhar is not picking the call, I called customer care, they are saying to browse internet even after listening to what happened. The cable not layed there is no router and there is no feasibility...how can I browse...I stay in Girinagar 10th cross. I hope this issue will be addressed seriously. I sent so many mails but didn't get any reply. Now I am getting phone calls to hand over the router, which I never received.kindly request the hathway management to take this issue seriously.

            Today I received mail from hathway for return of modem, after several month of deactivation request. I was in a rented house and shifted to new location. I am not even sure if modem is still there and more over I paid full advance for modem and they have no rights to ask for a return after 1 year of connection. and I am receiving 3 calls on daily basis for renewal and return of modem. I never had this kind of service from any product from my childhood. such a worst company i ever seen. I would rather beg in street than doing this kind of things for money looting.

              Reference : broadband connection – shreeji inc

              In spite of our regular follow ups, our broadband is not working for more than 21 days and we are yet to receive any firm reply/action for restoration of broadband connection.

              My earlier ticket raised on 9-jul-20, ticket no:5730030 dated 10-jul-20, 5822745, 5905098, 5892708 are closed without resolving issue. Hence, we raised new ticket no: 5961028 today.

              We would like to put on record very poor service response from gtpl. Our connection was down for more than 15 days in last months. This month also our net is down for more than 21 days.

              I called your customer care center but they don’t have any concrete response and pathetic reply to my queries about ticket closing without resolving issue. Hence, i wrote to designated appellate officer mr. Kamal bhatia since last two weeks but is also didn't respond and no solution till date.

                Worst ever network.. Even opening google.com is taking hours. Do not buy this network ever. They close the complainant without resolving issue and every new complaint takes 24 to 48 hrs. Which is not good enough for people who have constant work on computer.

                  I had availed of an offer from hathway for reactivation of the broadband account [protected] registered under my mother's name nandini chitnis by paying rs. 607 on 12th july 2020. However till date the broadband service is not operational. I had first raised a raised a complaint on 21st july 2020. The complaint id was 21072020w68340. This complaint was closed by harhway on 26th july 2020 without resolving the issue. I had to raise another complaint 27072020w901979 on 27th july 2020. This complaint remains unreaved till date.

                    After 1 year of service. I decided not to continue with their connection. I didn't renewal my connection. So people keep calling me for every 3-5hrs asking to renewal my account. Even after informing them i don't want to continue they keep calling.

There are exams which i have to attend tomorrow and my works are pending because of you. So please reactivate my account so that i can complete my works.                         They called me repeatedly to renew my account and they made me pay promising connection within one hour. I started calling since day 1 and they repeatedly rejected my calls.
                        2 days later i received the wire. It's been 4 days now, no router/installation yet.

                          My a/c number - [protected]

                          It has been two years since i removed my hathway connection. They harassed me because of their bill collection executive changed my number from prepaid to post paid in last month even though i informed him that it was my last month. They charged me for at least 6 months, which i paid to get rid of the mess.

                          Now, they still are calling me even after 2 years, daily, to renew my connection. I have moved out of hyderabad and do not require an internet connection.

                          Please stop calling me and asking me. I have mentioned this to each and every executive called and tried unsubscribing. They call me from different numbers each day just to ask the same matter. Don't you understand. I am very much irritated by you. Save your money - don't call me.

                            My last month billing cycle ended on Jun-30-2020.But your helpdesk team keep calling and asking to pay for the bill in advance which you normally do.To your kind note, I have changed my data plan and expecting the new plan would become start after the existing plan get ended(Means after june30th as per your mail).Since your team insisted I have paid an advance amount on June 27th 2020 for the new plan. But my period cycle validity becomes 27th June to 27th July.

                            So, My question is why you changed instantly without my existing plan ended and to use those i have paid in advance.if i would know this before then i would have paid after my existing plan ended. You can refer to my payment details with your application using the account number.

                            Typically my billing cycle should have started from July1st instead of June 27th. Please answer and i won't pay between July 27th and July31st as per my record.

                              I had registered my complaint on 24th july 2020 at 11 am on hathway app. That my broadband is not working.
                              Till now, even after 5 days nothing is done.
                              Standard reply like "it is highlighted and will be attended today." is given daily.
                              Emails are not even acknowledged leave aside responding.
                              I feel totally dissatisfied.
                              Can anybody help how to deal with such horrible company?

                                    Hathway Broadband Internet Service Download Speed 50mbs unlimited.

                                    I am facing connectivity and download speed issue from last month and I regularly complaint through Hathway app, my complaint is not resolved and without my concern your company close my ticket.

                                    Without any call or confirmation you just close my ticket, but my issue is not resolved.

                                    My download speed is very low, less than 1mbs and My internet is frequently disconnecting, Hathway take my money in advance for 12 months but doesn't full fill there promise.

                                    Very bad customer satisfaction, I want my money back, refund ASAP or resolve my issue immediately.

                                    I am facing huge loss because of low speed, my work is pending and internet is frequently disconnecting, change this router or upgrade, otherwise check your server.

                                    Last 3 days I regularly complaint on Hathway mobile app, but nothing will happen.

                                    I hope this complaint effect hathway. This is my last request, kindly resolve my issue.

                                      A hathaway employee having the phone number offered us a hathaway internet annual pack of rs. 4, 436 and we did the payment on his request as he was following up from a long time. His name as shown on truecaller is sumid talware.

                                      I've attached the payment receipt. But soon after payment, he said the connection will take 3-5 days... We still believed him but now it's more than a week and he has even stopped picking our phone call.

                                      All account details and reference number can be seen in the receipt.

                                        After billing cycle of april 26 of hathway broadband of 3 month, for 100mbps, there has been a frequent cases of slow speed and internet downtime. The customer care provide no help what so ever, even after repeatedly informing that retorting the router from their end is helping, this is al they could do. The speed is get as slow as 20 mbps.

                                        After raising the complain ticket i do not et any follow up calls, but to renew the cycle they harass multiple times in a day
