Daily around 5 SMS and 2 calls getting from Hathway for their promotional marketing. Even we block their numbers also, getting from different numbers. Please take serious action on the company.

      I am receiving daily renewal calls from hathway since one month from 97420 series and many other private numbers. This is a harassment during this covid pandemic. I am unable to renew my services because i am out of living city.

        Gtpl broadband is not working everyday problem from last 1 week in my area, ambika township, jeevraj park, mavdi, rajkot. Everyday i am calling customer care, they give time of 1 to 3 days. And do not solve problem.
        From 21 july to 26 july. Client number is my mobile number

          I have installed gtpl new cable connection and i am sharing details of it. The day from where he fixed it i am not getting good result and also getting dots on it and i am calling from many days and once he said there is a issue in cable and it would take 2 days and got a call after that but still it is not fixed and no one is picking up the phone. Please do something about it. Call on [protected]

              To be honest, till date, I haven't seen a third grade company like Rajesh Cable...Everytime I make my cable renewal payment to them well in advance and even after doing that I have to sit without cable service once it's 12 o'clock. I had paid Ms Mehrunissa (one of the useless and superbly arrogant employees of Rajesh Cable) an amount Rs355 on 23/07/20, though my renewal date was 24/07/20. But see, I'm without any service atm, may be because their useless employees must have forgotten to raise a renewal request fr me. And the best part is, this isn't for the first time. Earlier, I used to make Google pay renewal payments to Mr Sandeep Salve(Our collection guy) during the lockdown days. On 24/05/20, I made my payment to him, but he too forgot to raise a request fr my renewal. When I called him to enquire, he too was damn arrogant and literally used the words 'Jo ho sakta hai karlo' when I threatened him to lodge a complaint against him. I asked him to refund my money, he initially denied but then refunded me when I threatened to lodge a police complaint against him. This is the level of the service. And not just this. I had their internet services as well. I had asked Mr Bhupendar( no clue of his full name) to start my wifi services. Because he wanted Rs300, he quickly came in and did the set up for me. But when I needed it the most due to Work from Home, my internet services stopped working, despite my plan before my active. For almost 20 days I was without internet service during lockdown due to these guys. When I had to renew it, I asked them to visit and see if it was some wiring issue, as these guys said it was all okay from their side. But no one visited despite me pleading them to check what's the issue. All the time they were like, you will have to first renew and only then can we come. Were you guys sort of blackmailing your long time loyal customer??? Why on earth will I renew my package if I don't get Service??? Infact you'll should have given me free service for a couple of days, as due to your fault my internet wasn't working. I preferred to switch my service provider instead and I think I made a correct decision, as till date haven't had any wifi issues. In short, if you ask me these guys have pathetic service with some highly pathetic and arrogant staff. I don't understand what attitude the staff has got. They are supremely arrogant and useless and half the time they don't find it important replying you. So this is the fact of 'The Great Rajesh Cable Service'. I'd require a compensation for the hassles I had to face mentally because of these guys. I have all the proofs and receipts to make my case stronger.

                I have paid 3533 for new connection, and waited 2 days for getting connection, after that technical team inform that in my building they can not provide connection because it is not feasible .

                I ask for refund but till date I did not get my refund .

                Please help me for this .

                  Sir/madam,

                  My a/c no. [protected]. Since 11 july 2020 i m suffering hathway worse service, every day i am facing same issue and nobody is solving this issue permanently.

                  I also send several emails to your officials email ids and also through hathway app. But without solving my issue hathway closes my ticket nos.

                  I want to get back my all refund amount. I have already paid one year fee around 10 thousand in advance on 7.6.20. I don't know why this worse service giving hathway.

                  I tried to contact to others customer care no. But all was in vain.
                  From yesterday 23.07.20 at 8pm onwards my interest is not coming, i already complaint in this regard but problem is still same.

                  Please look into matter on priority basis.

                    I have a hathway connection of internet speed of 50mbps. I get around 50 and get high ping then other broadband provider of surat, this issue is happeing from last 6 month. But as a gamer, ping and packet loss matters a lot. And have always have the issue of packet loss in games. It's always around 5-20% packet loss every second, which is making my experience very badand none of my other friends with different isp have these issues.

                      My hath way id is [protected]. My internet connection is frequently disconnected from 18 june 2020 till now i did not get any solution from hathway. I raised many service request but they close my complain without solving it i can only able to use internet for 30 min. Then disconnect from hours i am fed-up with this i attached image of my complains kindly take a strong action against hathway and give me solution for that.

                          I am using hathway account no [protected].
                          Recently i shifted from nacharm hyderabad to yapral hyderabad (Within hyderabad just 13 km difference between both the location)
                          Hathway broadband service is not available in this location, and i given request for change of connection.
                          After that executive called me he update me service is not available, will initiate the refund.
                          From last month i following but i'm not getting any satisfactory answers from hathway broadband.

                            I, vikas sharma advocate hyderabad and having hathway broadband connection vide a/c. No. [protected], the internet speed is very slow and the connection will be disconnected regularly and it has became terrible for the online classes of my child because on every disconnection my child has to request admin to permit him for the admission into the class and the admin scold him to change the service provider or to make complaint against him for the poor connection. The status of poor connection is that the network is not reachable from ground floor to first floor. When we complaint about the same the service provider directed to bring another wifi router for the first floor but now even after several request the technical person is not coming to provide connection to the wifi router.

                            Hence i request the authority to direct the concern person to ractify the regular error in connection and direct the technical person to provide wifi router connection otherwise i have no other option left to approach the hon'ble consumer forum for deficiency in service.

                            Your immediate action will be appreciated.

                              I have requested for My GTPL Brodband shifting on 17th June 2020 and Customer executive told me it will be done in 7 days

                              Its 37 days now but no one come out to fullfill my request

                              I have called your customer executive more then 30 times on this days but all times i got one answer that it will resolved in 24 hours. But no one come and resolve it

                              I have visited office as well but not get output.

                              i have bought one year plan i have also paid 560 rs for shifting a month ago.

                                      My name is madhu kumari from badi gaibi varanasi. I am consumer of gtpl broadband since 2 months. I paid rs.5000 for 9 month and from 10 july my router's light is started red blinking and internet is not working. When i complained in gtpl custumer care they told me they resovle my problem with in 2-3 days but today 12 days hasbeen passed but i didn't get any call any kind os service from gtpl. This campany is much worst. I need my refund. Gtpl is making there cunsumer fool. When i am trying to contact to local brach they there are not reciving my call. From the last 12 days i have expense my inr 252 for mobile recharge i want my 5000+252 rupees back.. From this # campany.
