From last 15 days i got horrible service from broadband hyderabad team.
Already connect with local people mr. Omkar (Miyapur, mobile no:799xxxx072). He is not picked my call from last two days and directly connect to customer care no:[protected] as existing customer but call was not connected, so i tried as a new customer call is connected, mr venketesh told i am not connecred person for existing customers even he is not transferred call to connecred team member and talk very roudley.

I don't recommend hathway broad band in my area

    My hathway account no is [protected]. I am hathway user for more than 8 years. Earlier it was fine that Internet stopped working for few minutes or an hour but now the condition is worst. Because of work from home I updated the existing plan and paid 10, 000 rupees for annual plan + 6month offer. From the day 1 of payment I am getting lot of issues. Internet stops worming after every 1-2 days and customer care not picking up calls. After calling them continuosly for 1 day 40-50 calls. They finally pick and give response that fibre cut issue is there. This is there most common reply. May I know which type of fibre they are using that cut every day. And because of this fibre cut interent not working for 2-3 days. Even Iam writing thid complain after doing several calls to them today becuase internet is not working from friday evening. Today morning @10am they picked up my call and said it will work after 1 hour but still not working at 7pm and no reply of my calls. You can check my google review that I have posted every month becuase of this problem.

    Hathway, Please refund my money. This is the harrasment that you are doing to your customers.

    I lost the trust of my seniors because of the stupid reason of internet not working to them. Because of this my work is not delivered on time. Because of this I can't do video calls to our client.

    Please refund my money that is the only option. Because I dont want your services. Even I didnt able to use your interent from march to july. I keep using my jio mobile data and do daily recharge for extra gb spending money on this even after paying you advance money. I purchased Jiofi device. So I dont need your services because of the above valid reasons.

        I have installed the router about 10 days ago of 40mbps plan.. And still not getting speed above 200kb.. I have called about 20-30 times in customer care they keep telling me we have registered your complain, one technician is going to visit tomorrow.. But the technician visited about 3 days after and i registered my complain... Then after he visited he told me that it will be solved by tomorrow.. But when i called him (His name was ajay) tomorrow he told me he need 4 more days.. Then again after 2 days i called the main office of himmatnagar and guy named (Amit) picked the call and he told me it will take atleast 1month to solve the problem... Then i visited their office and told me we need more 1 week atleast... And after 10 days im still facing the speed issues and the router keeps disconnecting.. Today also it disconnected.. And they told me it will be solved by 4pm.. Daily i have to call about atleast 5times in the office.. Daily im facing issues regarding speed and router... I just wanted to tell you... If they knew the issue then why they have installed the router... They should have told me earlier that there is speed issue in my area and it will be resolved in 1 month.. Then i should have installed the router after one month... Gtpl provides the worst service.. I just regret paying the money for nothing... Im not going to renew my plan.. And im not going to recommend anyone about gtpl... Worst service provider...

            One of the most fraud company is hathway broadband provider. They have no shame for taking money & in return not giving the service they have commited. They have no ethics. Just bother for money.

            I took broadband connection with a plan of getting 150mbps speed. I paid for the same. Even they are promoting these plan with 150 mbps.

            But i am getting max 45 mpbs from days one.

            I have already made payment in advance for 3 months, now i am suffering chasing these #. My mental peace has gone chasing them.

            Now i am facing buffering issue while watching youtube or online movies.

            I raised hell lot of ticket for these issues. Everytime they are closing ticket without checking with us. The issue never resolved. They are giving the same response for every ticket. "we have resolved the back haul related issue in your area."

            Hathway...I am not happy with your pathetic service, so I am not renewing the plan. Everyday I am getting your ### CALL TO renew. I hope you stop doing it, otherwise will abuse you nicely.

              Id like to return the router device [protected]
              Please collect it asap i don't want this to be delayed
              I've even entered the details on portal and put the timing as 10:00am on july 19th. No one responded no one turned up. Sending multiple emails didn't even help....

              I have subscribed to 50mbps plan, unlimited plan no fup.
              I have paid 6k for 6 months
              They are giving 50mbps
              But always getting only 2 mbps speed
              I tried to contact them many times
              No response. The customer care is #
              They don't know anything

                gtpl is not refunding my money.

                In march month, i applied for gtpl broadband connections in my satellite area where i resides. I contacted one of the person for this new connection and i paid rs. 2, 370/- for 40mbps plan validity for 3 month. After around two month, that person informed me that connection is not possible in my area. So i asked him to refund the amount which i paid to him.

                Now, its being alredy 6 month since i paid to him, he is not processing...

                Actually today[protected] i recharged 425 ruppes for broadband connection up to 1 month until now my plan not activated i transferred money through phone pe app could you please activate my plan as soon as possible and i also contacted hathway customer care via phone [protected] they were irresponsible not even they are not able lift call i called multiple times but no use please intiate my plan if not refund my money as soon as possible

                  I am having hathway broadbadn with account number "[protected]".
                  I am facing frequent disconnection from many months and have raised many requests. And yet it has not been resolved. Everytime someone will can and will say we have resolved the issue and will close the ticket. But problem get never resolved. Kindly resolve the issue with conpensation or else take back my broadband connection and refund all my money.

                    Hi,

                    I got a new connection but its been 2 days they have not given the lancable i tried customer care the very next day but no response i got a worst experience with hathway now i want to surrender the hathway.

                    Its ok its loss for me. But i don't have choice because i heard lot of worst reviews about hathway but now i have experienced. Can somebody let me know how to surrender the connection.

                      I booked for hathway connection last week and paid for three months of amount rs.3229.
                      But when the network people came to connect at my house, our house owner made issues like no wiring and no drilling. This has become an bigger issue and now that they are asking us to vocate the house. We have agreed that we won't take kind of connection, as you know now due to covid we cannot move immediately
                      And when i called the customer care number, it was automated call and could not contact any hathway people.

                      So considering the situation, request you to kindly cancel my hathway connection and kindly refund the amount.

                        Hi i was user of hathway for broadband for about 1.5 years but during lockdown due to there services i stopped using it. There was some dues on the hathway account which is paid on 14th June and the router, wifi device was also picked up by hathway people but still i am getting payment/renewal messages for hathway.

                        I have send them multiple remnders to stop sending these but still getting messages and email.

                        Please help in resolving this issue as i have tried my best but nothing work

                          Since the corona i had to move out of chennai to hyderabad. So i wanted to cancel my existing hathway account( [protected]). However they are not responding on customer care call. I had to mail them and i did mail them but got a automated response and no further communication. I am afraid that they might want to escalate the situation in future. I tried my best to communicate and have no more ideas on how to get them to disconnect my service. Please collect the router and end this situation. There are no more dues to pay too.

                            Internet Speed is very very slow

                            The internet speed is very-very slow from some days. In fact I had to use my mobile data some time to get my work done.
                            I have uploaded the screen-shot for the speed test by okra which I done just now.

                            It clearly shows the download speed is 0.4mpbs that's how bad the speed is.
                            In wifi mode the speed should be around 20 Mpbs.

                            I have raised a complaint for the same with Hathway few days back and every...

                            We have taken a new broadband internet connection with 6 months package on 8th july 2020. Since then we are spending couple hours every day to reach the customer care to resolve the speed issue and frequent disconnection.
                            Customer care is tough to reach and if lucky in reaching them do not get proper response other than arrogance. Irrespective of the status of complaint it will be closed on the same day without attempting to resolve by any means.

                              The internet speed is getting often disconnected and the speed is very slow. Have raised multiple complaints thru my app and i get is the ticket no and after 2days the message i get is the ticket is resolved without attending the complaint. This is my third year with hathway and i pay yearly subscription but the service is very poor. During marketing they claim that the service will be very quick and fast but this pathetic without attending the complaint they close the ticked. Last time when i raised the request i assumed due to covid people are not available and they had to close automatically. Would request any of the senior officials look into this and action it at the earliest.

                                Customer care service is pathetic, to complain the technical issue, we are asked to raise it online. When raised online, technical team doesnt address it properly.

                                  I registered for a new connection in a website. Then the next day i got a call from executive asking for payment and proofs. I paid 3533/- for 6 months and also submitted the documents. After that day the executive blocked my number in call and wats up and no connection has made. New technician called me or came to my home for installation. They took money and blocked. It's been 5 days no response at all. Please take serious action on this.
