In march month, i applied for gtpl broadband connections in my satellite area where i resides. I contacted one of the person for this new connection and i paid rs. 2, 370/- for 40mbps plan validity for 3 month. After around two month, that person informed me that connection is not possible in my area. So i asked him to refund the amount which i paid to him.
Now, its being alredy 6 month since i paid to him, he is not processing my refund after several follow up.
So i am lodging this complain inprder to get my money back. I have payment receips with me and all the communication which i have done with him as a proof.
Awaiting prompt response and obligue.
