I am writing to you to raise an issue about: hathway satellite tv & dth

The issue that i have experienced was: i've had no service since 3 days. I raised many complaints and yet even until today i got no response from any person from your company.

It occurred on: 12/07/2020

The best way to resolve this is to shut down the connection for the whole area and the local employees who work for you as well. You can also do that by promoting tata sky instead of hathway.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case.

    I have taken hathway internet connection 1 month back. They have given router which is not working properly. Every now and then my net is being disconnecting. I am attending meetings and suddenly net is going down. I raised many complaints but they are closing them automatically. I am calling to the customer care but they are telling our team will assist. I called manager and another guy who have created my account but they are saying we are not responsible. I have been put away from the project due to frequently disconnecting from meetings. What should i do now. Hathway is really changed my life in this pandemic. I complained on twitter and to nodel officer also but no response. My account number is [protected].       I have asked the hathway to disconnect the wifi connection thrice. But i still get monthly bills for it. I have not been used wifi connection since mid march and i am not going to pay the bills here after even though it is generated. The customer support is very poor. They just keep calling to pay the bills. When i got a call, i told them to disconnect the connection but they did not do it and instead kept sending bills for the same. I have raised a incident request as well, got a response with ticket no. 147386 but i do not see any kind of progress and even today i got a reminder to pay the bill.
      I would like to have a refund of the past 4 months and wifi disconnection immediately.

        Its been 4 days of booking hatyway 3 months plan, yesterday got the installation done but the customer care executive called for activation and informed on 10 minutes the internet will be up and running, it's been more than 15 hrs no update on activation.

        If there are any issues kindly inform the customers, don't say 2 hrs and make it 2days,
        Please kindly cancel my 3 months plan i demand a refund

          My previous ticket is closed by hathway without resolution. Again contacts hathway customer service they raise ticket. And now not connecting to technical department from last 4 days. Please help me as soon as possible.

          On date 14/07/2020 they send technician, but after 15 minutes he went again same problem im facing. Very bad service.
          Today date 15/07/2020 its 5th day of my hathway internet is not working, but they are only raised tickets. And all complaints resolved automatically without any proper resolution. My work has spoiled. Please help me.

            I have been facing los issues for the past five days. I have contacted the customer service every day, i have scolded them, i have asked them to connect to higher authorities. I am working from home and not able to move ahead with work for the past 5 days. And during this pandemic when our salaries depend on our work, how is it justified that these # do such things to us? I have attached the complaint image.

              Date:14 jul, 2020 today technicians come but after 15 minutes he went, again same problem started. Hathway company only raised complaints tickets. Please resolve it properly as soon as possible. Im not mad who doing complaint again and again. Please help me. How many days i have to wait for my internet problem?

                My internet was not working on 8th july 2020, so i raised a complaint on their app stating the problem and was waiting for their response. Waited the entire day, but didn't receive a single line of communication from them.

                So i called their toll free number on 9th july and they said that the issue will be resolved 2 pm. I waited till 2 but nothing happened. Then i called again and they said it will be resolved by 6pm.

                This was weird. They said that they has escalated my complaint to the technical team and that i will receive a call from them very soon. That never happened.

                I have been calling them everyday, asking for the number of their technical team and they don't say anything. They just say what's on their paper when a customer complains with lines like "we understand sir, we request you to wait. Somebody from our team will call you shortly", "we request you to wait sir, we have escalated your complaint".

                Today is 14th july and the issue still persists. Due to their horrible services i am not able to work from home at all.

                I am not renewing my pack and that is for sure.

                  My 6 months prepaid plan is over and i have informed their customer service that i don't want to renew the connection. I have no dues as its pre-paid.

                  Still everyday i get 5-6 calls from different mobile number telling me to renew the plan and multiple sms and emails too.

                  I don't want any unsolicited communication from hathway.

                    Recently i have took half yearly package on 01.07.2020by paying 3.5k approx wherein the connection was established on 06.07.2020 and within 3 days the conection was lost and hence could not browse the net. Hathway team very smartly disabled the option to speak to customer care as they couldn't handle the heavy inflows of complaint. Lodged complaint thru mobile app but all complaints were closed without confirmation. To my surprise i could observe that the expiry date on the portal was mentioned as 11.07.2020 but my package was prepaid half yearly package.

                      Hi sir/madam, i have made a payment of 512 rupees for monthly subscription, one of the customer has called me and sent a upi link which will expires on 5 mins, they said that your account will activate in 5 mins so i paid the amount., but now still the account is in deactivate state. If call the customer it was not connecting.

                      I think this hathway customer care people are fraud, the company is totally fraud company steeling the money from the customers.
                      Can you please help me in resolving the issue.

                        Hello sir,
                        I have purchased gtpl broadband 2 mobths ago for rs5000 plan was 40mbps unlimited for 1 year.But after installation the broadband is not working properly.In a week atleast it is not working for 2-3 days.customercare is not picking phone local provider is also not giving proper answer.this is clearly a fraud by gtpl.help me as soon as possible.the are closing complaint tickets without solving

                          Why a plan change to inferior amount is not allowed by the company? If 25 mpbs plan is announced than why when i am requesting for this plan, than i al told that the said plan router is not available, due to which forced to take a plan of more amount than required.

                            My name is abrar ahmed. I am complaining about the worlds worst and the most disappointing broadband service ever found on earth.

                            I was using hathway untill june april of this month but as our plan was about to expire and online classes were about to startwe decided to change our coonection as their service was the worst service ever.
                            But we got to know that they started a new 100mbps plan in our locality and we thought to give it a try, but to our suprise this was even worst than before than plan we bought was prepaid and speed was 100mbps. Initially three days the speed was worst we thought as its a new service but its almost one month now and still we never got the full speed.
                            If we say wifi ok in wifi we dont obtain full speed but atleast if the plan is 100mbps the speed over wifi should be atleast 50mbps but the speed we get is 1-9 mbps sometimes even as low as 0.35mbps out of 100mbps.
                            I also use lan and the speed fluctuation over lan its amazing the first test u get over 100 and immideate second test u get 20 mbps.
                            Even this complaint i am writing with my mobile hotspot that jio and its speed is amazing way better than our broadband.
                            Before writing this complaint i even called then after waiting for 15mins the call connects they ask our issue then thankyou when i shouted and said our issue the person says disconnect all devices and then cut the call.
                            These #s call on time for money even as this connection was complete new and the before connection which we disconnected those #s call everyday for renewal they dont even know we took a neew connection.

                            Their service is the worst and the most frustrating service ever i say their company should be banned so pooooooooooooor service cant even express my anger through this complaint.
                            I aslo have scrren shots of my spped test from ookla and also their own speed tester.
                            The worst part is the speed over lan is 20mbps over 100mbps.

                            I have the screen shots but the page is not allowing i dont know why i have them in jpg and png formats both are not accepted.
                            Note:the above line i wrote after trying many times to upload the ss but i could not.
                            But these # need to be taught a lesson

                                I have issue with hathway wifi device. The device is automatically shutdown every 15 minutes. I hae raise many tickets. But without resolution the team is closed (Resolve) my incident ticket.
                                2 week before one of service executive came to my home to change wifi device. He charged 500rs. To change wifi device. His replace old device the old device is automatically shutdown every 15 minutes.

                                I called hathway customer support many time. The call center executive are not respond.

                                  Sales man visits to my home and take advance money and told me that you will get connection after 1week because of this work load engineer are too busy and we don't have assets i agree with him i didn't get my connection till 15 days then engineer install router at home and tell me that connection will start in night. Its been 2 days but there is no any response of them and sales man not answering my calls

                                      This is to register a complaint regarding service for gtpl broadband.

                                      Wanted to transfer the connection from one society to another as we have shifted.

                                      1. I registered a complaint/ticket around 15 days back and was given a complaint number 47748
                                      2. I was informed somebody will call in 3-4 days. Nobody called.
                                      3. I again called, they said we will resolve in 2-3 days
                                      4. Nobody called. So i called local representative in the area they said you first need to make payment (Which was not informed by the customer service department)
                                      5. I did that too. (Snapshot attached). 8th july 2020 i made the payment. I was told by mr. Satish that we will process the request once payment is made.
                                      6. Payment made, snapshot sent, nobody responses for 3 days
                                      7. When calling on 11th july, i was told the local representative will get back.

                                      What joke is being played with customers? Today when i am checking the complaint number, it shows it was registered on[protected] and status shows closed???

                                      Also, when calling to
                                      1. Customer care: +[protected] it says "you're not dialing a valid number"
                                      2. Tried calling on[protected] calling to this number gets failed.
                                      3. Tried calling on [protected] it says all lines are busy and call not going through. Tried for 2 hours
                                      4. Tried calling nodal officer mr. Kapil mistry on[protected], says dialed number does not exist.

                                      Even the nodal officer's email is wrong. I tried sending an email as well.

                                        I want to shift my broadband service, but the service provider is saying that the products and material required for shifting is coming from china and as government has banned chinese goods, they are unable to tell when the shifting can be done. Its been 15-20 days now and still the issue is pending. They even collected the shifting charge.

                                        I think the gtpl broadband guys in navsari thinks customers are fool. Such a pathetic service. Don’t recommend it to anyone. Worst worst service!!
