This is to register a complaint regarding service for gtpl broadband.
Wanted to transfer the connection from one society to another as we have shifted.

Alternate primary number: [protected] (This is me, writing this email)
1. I registered a complaint/ticket around 15 days back and was given a complaint number 47748
2. I was informed somebody will call in 3-4 days. Nobody called.
3. I again called, they said we will resolve in 2-3 days
4. Nobody called. So i called local representative in the area they said you first need to make payment (Which was not informed by the customer service department)
5. I did that too. (Snapshot attached). 8th july 2020 i made the payment. I was told by mr. Satish that we will process the request once payment is made.
6. Payment made, snapshot sent, nobody responses for 3 days
7. When calling on 11th july, i was told the local representative will get back.
What joke is being played with customers? Today when i am checking the complaint number, it shows it was registered on[protected] and status shows closed???
Also, when calling to
1. Customer care: +[protected] it says "you're not dialing a valid number"
2. Tried calling on[protected] calling to this number gets failed.
3. Tried calling on [protected] it says all lines are busy and call not going through. Tried for 2 hours
4. Tried calling nodal officer mr. Kapil mistry on[protected], says dialed number does not exist.
Even the nodal officer's email is wrong. I tried sending an email as well.
What am i supposed to do?
