This is hear by to inform you i have taken gtpl broadband 2 months ago and i am facing issue since very first day and i have all proofs for same, i requested many times to customer care, sales person, tecnical team, complaint resolution team but they here and do not answer. Request you to help me out as i am not getting services also and not getting my refund of amount also.

    This is in regards to refund. I have paid the cash twice a month ago and even raised numerous requests. No move has been made.in the wake of following for a month they are stating they won't refund cash. If you don't mind please note your client care is pitiful.

      It has been one year since i’m with hathway recently opted for there broadband service however since day * i’m facing connectivity issues and speed issues i raised 100 complaints all got auto closed no one ever called me and confirmed whats the issue! Ever! Wrote them on santos sonawle more than * times they are just apologetic thats it no solution please help me fix my problem or i want my refund it troubles me alot in my son education and my business meetings.         I was promised with a data quota of 1000 gb and a speed of 50 mbps while i was taking a plan of hathway... But shortly after i paid my money for pack renewal my quota decreased from 1400 gb to 220 gb.. I didnt use 1200 gb of it and it was all vanished.. I really demand to be given 1000 gb because 220 will be in no way be sufficient for me for a month... I demand for an immediate response..

            Wiring has been done through other peoples houses on trees since the past 6 months, the technical team never responds. I have complained a minimum of 20 times in the past month. The internet service is down. No one comes to help and fix and talks rudelt with customers

              I am connected with gtpl from last 2years and also i am complaining for the same issue from 2 years, but still my issue is not resolved...i am having gtpl 40 mbps wifi but they dont give a constant speed as per the money...i am just getting 10 mbps most of the time...i keep on complaining but they dont resolve my issue.

                    I have paid amount in payment gateway for broadband renewal through bhim upi qr code scan option. Txn status is sucessfull and amount got deducted from my bank account. But in gateway it is showing as payment not received.

                      On 2nd week of february, i informed the company that i am going to relocate. Nd to take my router after the month end. I informed the company several times. But after 4months they need the router. As now i leave the city too, is this my responsibilities to surrender that.? Why they didn't come to collect that as soon i informed.

                        I am getting extremely slow internet speed. My plan is 50Mbps but I'm not even getting 1Mbps!! I have logged my complaint with their local team, with the GTPL customer service and even to their appellate authority but all in vain! No one has provided any satisfactory answer. All I hear is that there is some problem that is beyond their control and all customers in my area are having the same issue. This has been going on for more than a month now. To make matters worse, they are providing more internet connections in my area!!

                        I registered five complaints within two weeks (19th June 2020 to 30th June 2020) and all were marked as resolved within 2-3 business days but my problem hasn't been resolved yet! And, I am now getting even lower speed (less than 1Mbps).

                        My consumer number is sv417. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.

                          Hello team,
                          GTPL team is may be working so slow just like their internet speed.
                          i am live streamer and i need more and more speed with low ping. right now and mANY TIMEs my internet works but with ping of 250 ms and above which is so much high for playing online multiplayer games with live streaming. i am playing shooting games guys and whenever i see the enemy just because of ping that enemy is shot me dead. it effects on my viewers as well. they are leaving my stream and i cant accept it guys just because of your slow speed.
                          i have 40 mbps plan when upload is ok but downloading is just ###. you can review my screen shot for the same.

                              Never ever purchase wifi internet from hathway cables. Their net doesn't work half a day and now from last 3 days it's down. There is no response from their customer support team on the issue resolution, when we call them, they just say it's being looked into and disconnect the call. They have got one of the most pathetic customer service in town. I am stuck now with this bad internet as i have made annual payment for it and it has been just 3 months o[censored]sage. They won't even give refund now and my money has been lost. Need to bear this loss and move ahead by purchasing another wifi plan as my office work is stuck due to it. But lessons learners for life to never purchase wifi internet plan from hathway howsoever cheap it is offered.

                                I had contacted mr. Velmurugan from hathway @y broadband internet (Cell no.[protected] for new connection of internet. He promptly arranged for the forms to be submitted through online on 30/06/2020, i have paid rs. 3229/- through online towards payment of 3 months internet services along with installation charges. They assured me of connection within 2 days.

                                But now, even after 10 days nobody from hathway came to us for installation, and now, when i complained for the same with mr. Velmurugan on his cell phone, he is not even attending my calls.

                                  I made the payment twice for a month as the first transaction was failed then got suceed. I moved from bangalore after a month and asked for the refund which was paid. They refused to give refund. I have followed for a month and raised lot of service request. All the service was closed without taking any action.
                                  Now they are saying we will not refund money.

                                  adding a point here, they have also said the plan has become active so can not refund, But i am following from last month when the plan was not even started. When i call customer care, they have put the call on hold and call the get cut automatically after sometime.
                                  issue is not resolved yet. and issue has been mark as resolved. that's what they are doing from last one month.

                                    I have taken a new connection from gtpl and also paid full in advance.

                                    However, when i am trying to connect them their customer service numbers are not working and the person i have paid money is not answering my calls.

                                    I found another guy's number who is working with gtpl and i tried to address my issue but he abused me in a slang language without any reason.

                                    This is extremely unprofessional and they are cheating customer in a bad way.

                                    Please take care of this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I get connection on 1st may 2020.
                                      Everyday net get disconnected two to five times for one hours.
                                      Some time it's take more hours to connect. I have raised tickets everyday and sent complaint on mail many times. Still problem is not resolved.. worst service..there are no any customer care executive to pickup the call. My two months subscription completed with this issue.

                                        This is to let you know hathway is one of the worst service provider, they call you until they get the new connection and payment done after that they don't care of the activation and the customer care asks to enter the account number and then it says deactivated. It doesn't connect to contact person, if connect through the new connection they say that please contact through the existing account option. They are horrible.
