          I got Hathway broadband connection recently and first of all the customer service is really poor, then the agents delayed the setting up of the connection, after receiving internet connection for 3 days it stopped. We have been without internet for 4 days now and after making hundreds of customers care calls with no avail, we really want our money back so that we can switch to another broadband provider. Really regret opting to Hathway in the first place.

            Hathway executive called and promised new offer for my existing internet account.. So i made payment as it's their official website.. Since then there is no response, even they blocked my number..

              I moved cities last month and consequently removed hathway connection from my rented flat (From where i moved out).
              Hathway sales people and it’s automated calling system has been calling me at least 10 times a day since then for renewal of connection, even though i clearly told them that i no longer live at that location. It’s become a harassment and gives me stress. I keep on asking them to remove my number from their database but they wouldn’t listen.

                  My internet connection frequently disconnected. So i had complained 5 times. But every time complain will be closed and technician was never come to check that. Issue not resolved yet.
                  I had already mail for close the connection and refund money but still they are not giving any answer.
                  Totally wast of money

                    I have an issue I have been dealing with almost 1 month for now. I took a Hathway broadband connection an year ago with this plan - FIBER HD5 HYD 50Mbps QtrlyU and Rs.1, 415 is my Quarterly billing. I needed static IP and so I activated it in December 2019, which added extra Rs.354 including the taxes. My total billing amount became Rs.1, 769 for the quarter Dec2019-Mar2020.

                    In April I requested to remove static IP and the corresponding charges from my account and no one responded from hathway side. I paid my regular billing amount of Rs.1, 415 but my account was deactivated saying I paid insufficient amount, so I had to pay extra Rs.354 to get my account back to active for the quarter Apr2020-Jun2020.
                    In June I raised a request again to remove static IP and sent emails to [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.in and [protected]@hathway.net for 5 times in the past 1 month and yet no one responded and I'm unable to get rid of static IP.

                    I also raised a request in the Hathway app under the billing section on 15th Jun but it was closed on 5 July without addressing the issue ticket number[protected]M967718 . I raised another request on the very same day.

                    Since my account is deactivated Hathway customer care people have been calling me to pay the amount and when I explain the issue to them they clearly say that's the billing related issue and they can't help and a few say that account will be activated in 1-2 hours. It's been 1 week and it is still not activated. I tried reaching out to the nodal office but the phone number provided is useless, it never works[protected]/98. I'm clearly disappointed with this type of customer service behavior of Hathway.

                    In this work from home situation everyone is aware of the importance of the internet for us software professionals. And even after considering and following up with Hathway from the past 1 month account is still deactivated. If I did not pay my money I would have definitely terminated my subscription. Even now, if you are unable to resolve this issue and if there's a way for me to get my amount Rs. 1, 415 back then I'm more than happy to terminate this service.

                      I am currently using gtpl broadband and i have 40mbps connection but gtpl are capping the internet speeds and not providing the original speeds for which customers are paying for i am complaining customer care from last 1 month but still no solution provided they always says we will look into it and no solution provided. You can also see the download speed that i am getting currently i am only getting speed around 1 mbps or less than that

                      As you can also see the speed test results I am getting 2.6 to 3 mbps which was supposed to show 40mbps as my plan

                        I have opted for a new connection for broadband on 4th july and has done advance paymnet of 4513 for 6 months 50 mpbs plan. But so far i have only received 10 mpbs speed. I have raisee several complaints to company’s cust care no but there is no response.
                        I would like to get a refund as this is fraudulent case

                          Gtpl connection disconnects atleast for 2-3 days a week...
                          Every week such problem arises, when you call customer care, they gave complaint number and tells would be response within 2-3 working days..
                          That means you wait for 2 days and the network issue solves...
                          When you are paying for a whole year and these off days and hours will be counted in that..
                          That's your total loss..
                          They are not going to extend your network when ever the subscription ends...
                          When the local person is contacted by efforts calling him a 10 times, replies are same - cable is break, or electricity is not available, and lots of other reasons..
                          Sometimes the speed decreases to kbps, though you have taken 40mbps plans..
                          Waste of money...
                          When i took the subscription, if i would have known this, i would rather not taken gtpl...

                          You can't cheat your customers like this...

                          One of the worst experience having gtpl..

                            I have requested for gtpl broardband connection me (Nidhi patel) before 3 month but not getting any connection and proper response. So, i have requested for refund money (7800rs). I have been trying to contact regularly and it's almost 4 month above, but no getting satisfactory response only getting is unwanted excuses.

                                I have been facing from 35 days now, still counting. Internet goes down every midnight, around 12 am, 1 am and starts back in the morning, there is no specific time. I tried calling customer service, but they say same thing again and again. My complaints are getting closed without resolving the issue. Emails are unanswered and which are answered are useless which they replied me in 10 days. On call their support provide wrong information, one day when i spoke with a guy he said he is sr. Supervisor akshay vaghela one week later, i found some similar voice so i asked his name he was the same guy but his designation changed to ccr, lies and lies again and again. Still they haven't resolved my issue its been 35 days now.

                                  Hathway broadband is internet service provider company who claims that if you are taking new connection then within 24 hours we will came and activate your connection but with me its not like that and my friend also its not applicable they are just making excuses after taking payment which is one of the fraudulent activity done by so known hathway service provider all over india.

                                    This is to inform you that we want refund of march.
                                    We have paid money but nobody came to our place for wiring.. Due to which we were not able to used our internet connection

                                    Do not call 10 times in day for recharge i[censored] do not provide proper service.

                                    Kindly look into this issue.

                                      On 29th of june 2020 i have taken a wifi connection from hathway. I have made payment of rs 6372/- for a year. The guy named kapil told me that wiring for you connection will be done next and one day after that your connection of moderm will be done and your internet will me started. Next day wireman came he said i am short of wire i will come next day i said ok next day he came he misbehaved with my father as my father was telling him to bring certain tool so he can drill in the wall he said we wont do this if you want you can take your money so my father helped him do his work. Next day i called the man from whom i have take the connection he told me it will be done today but tht day he didnt do it i have called him 5 times a day next day also called him he said it will be done today but they didnt sent anyone to start or complete it. I talked to his senior he was not talking properly showing me attitude and talkin g arrangonatley. Today again i called but they are not replying. And my connection is still pending. One more person called me from their office and said drilling karni hai kya very roughly i said that work is done by my father. They are not replying when will it be done.

                                        One of the service provider ( named as Avinash Kumar) at Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi, Hathway broadband branch, or he told me so he is! Has done a fraud! He charged me for a 3 months plan, I was to get a new connection, but even after 4 - 5 days of my payment, he's not responding my calls, and service hasn't been met! He's delaying me by saying it'll be done today and making different excuses everyday! Please help me, my money is gone! I don't want this to happen to anyone else, thanks!
