It's been a month or two. Gtpl providers cut the line on thursdays and fridays, so there is not net connection for straight 3-4 days twice a month. This happened like 4th or 5th time. Also in this covid situation i am working from home and facing lot of problems. I want to know haven't i paid them for weekends. Also they close the ticket without resolving and this happened always. Recently, i have generated ticket on 25th june 2020 with request number 5550386 which is closed without fixing the problem. New generated ticket is 5567162 which i think will be closed by today without fixing the issue. Kindly do take some action.

    I am getting calls everyday, it's irritating, please close my connection asap.

      I have broadband connection and wifi is not working properly for a month. I have tried to fix it a number of time but it doesn't work. It gets connect/disconnect 3-4 times a day. And then it shows that wifi has no internet access. Please fix this problem

        My broadband is install on 28th may and in the bill start date is 27th may so I request to change my local and care team but still no positive response.

        My local service provider will know everything which date my broadband connection start but no reply.

          I have Prepaid Hathway Broadband connection.I paid RS.2347.02 for Service period 30March 2020 to 30June 2020.But technical issue from Hathway company I could not get service from 2Apr.2020 to 8May 2020 & again 22June to 24June 2020. So total 40Days not getting service.In such condition I complaint to Hathway many times to extend my service for lapse period of 40Days.But there is no any response.In such condition What type of help I get.             Hello,
            I have took the GTPL Broadband connection plan of 60Mbps speed before around two months from now. I am facing issues with GTPL as follows
            1.Since login date ( before around two months) most of time internet is not working and called customer support and raised ticket several times but the issue is not resolved. They simply close the tickets without any resolution and without my consent.
            2. Also for my plan of 60Mbps speed for which I have paid I am not getting speed more than 15Mbps. When I raised Complain for the same, thry not resolved as well.
            3. The customer care of GTPL is highly irresponsive and I'll mannered.
            By keeping above issues I got devastated and willing to cancel the connection and asked for the refund. GTPL has refused for the same.

              My internet is not working from last 2 days. From last 2 month i am facing the issue of connect disconnect.. They register my complain and next day autometically closed.
              The appleat authority are also gives a false promises. My latest complaint id is 5544817

                  I had taken a hathway broadband connection on 13th june, 2020 (A/c no. [protected]) and paid the fees of rupees 4436 online. However after few days a hathway executive said that the wi-fi modem is not available in your area. We immediately demanded refund. They said it would take 4 to 5 days. However a week has passed and the refund has still not been made. Whenever we call that hathway executive he cuts our calls and most of the time avoids them. For how long are we supposed to wait for the refund? First they are not providing service and then they are not returning our money.

                    My internet is not working for past 7 days. I have already raised a complaint, called support, but everyone i am told that it will be done by tomorrow, but nothing happens.

                    Same thing has been told for past 6 days.
                    I guess now it won't work, so it is better to disconnect the connection and refund my money for remaining months as i took connection for 9 months and still 3 months are left.

                      I use hathway internet connection in bangalore. Due to covid-19, i stuck in my hometown and waiting for situation to be normal and restrictions lifted to travel, till then i dont see any reason to recharge my internet connection as there is none to use it.
                      I explained the same to hathway and they acknowledged, still i get multiple calls daily from hathway customer care to recharge my account. I even asked them to deactivate/surrender...

                      Dear Sir/Madam, i am existing customer of Hathway internet my account number is [protected] on 6th of June 2020 renewed my pack by there is no connection at all one of technicial visit replace the cable and said by one hour you will get internet, but as of now no internet i regularly follow up with Customer Care but there is no response, on 17th of June I Asked for refund they said we will railse the ticked and will get refund by 15 days, but suddenly yesterday i received a message that my ticket is closed without getting the refund, i am requesting hathway higher officials that if you serve like this no customer will be with hathway, as you have so many good competitors.

                      Please treat this as complient and refund my money i have 3 more connections, i am sure i will not renew i will go with other Vendors.

                        I have subscribed for hathway broadband connection on last friday 19th june 2020 by paying rs - 3229 for 3 month subscription. The service provider promise me to install connection within 48 hours. But still i didn't get connection. So, i have decided to cancel subscription and i have the receipt of payment which i made.                             Annoyed by calls - even connection dismissed and DND activated
                            You people keep on calling me though the connection is dismissed and DND is activated.
                            Seriously pissed off with your calls, daily from different numbers around 5 calls i am receving. even i am not able to block hathway customer care call centre calls. at this point where we have all facilities/technology i am not able to block you people.
                            called customer care and informed them everythng activated DND still i am receiving the calls. Mailed to hathway helpdesk multiple times. don't call me nor message me.

                            Till now i have blocked around 120 numbers from past 2 months, daily 4 to 5 calls, what the hell is this yaar...????

                            in my life i will never use hathway nor i will recommend it for sure...

                            Many times I told you guys that I have changed my location but you guys are still calling me twice a day for renewal of plaa. It’s really annoying that even aftrer deactivation for about a year ago. I still get these messages. If ever I want a connection I know how to contact you guys. Please look into the matter.

                              On 8th june 2020, my broadband account was due for renewal. Almost a month before, i was getting frequent calls for renewal but i told two callers of hathway that i will not be renewing due dissatisfied service. I also sent two emails to them about my intention of non renewal. There has been no response to my two telephonic request and two emails. Hathway has been harassing me with spate of recorded calls. Everytime i block the number, i get calls from. New new numbers. It appears they will not stop this harassment until they exhaust all their numbers. I made the biggest mistake of my life by subscribing to hathway. Hathway is one way. They don't bother listening to the customers. I have never come across such a useless service provider like hathway.

                                  Iam from hyderabad and i have requested to location shifting to hathway customer executive on june 15 th through phone and app. Executive told me that the request will be done with 3-5 days. But till now there is no response from the customer care executive. Response from the executive is disaster. I want hathway to make shifting immediately or refund my money for respective period.

                                    Tickets are closing automatically with out any notice
                                    I tried reaching them in twitter, mails from 20 days but no response.
                                    Ex service num: 15062020w968112 - closed by them saying everything is working fine.
