Dear Sir/Madam, i am existing customer of Hathway internet my account number is [protected] on 6th of June 2020 renewed my pack by there is no connection at all one of technicial visit replace the cable and said by one hour you will get internet, but as of now no internet i regularly follow up with Customer Care but there is no response, on 17th of June I Asked for refund they said we will railse the ticked and will get refund by 15 days, but suddenly yesterday i received a message that my ticket is closed without getting the refund, i am requesting hathway higher officials that if you serve like this no customer will be with hathway, as you have so many good competitors.
Please treat this as complient and refund my money i have 3 more connections, i am sure i will not renew i will go with other Vendors.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Is this really allowed for the companies to call people like torture them until they buy again? Is this not a crime, killing mental peace and scolding their customers, testing their patience.
Is it a flaw in their process and approach they have chosen or with their team. I don't think it is a people with their team (Except the one person who said "now what, shut up"). Looks like they are trained for this I guess.
Anyways I wanted to know is is this allowed, what would my next steps to make @Hathway answer to my questions and address this concern and take action against that unprofessional guy. I was a little serious with them in the last call, but definitely not unprofessional until they provoked me to say "You also shut up".
