Hello,

I was using hathway prepaid at 2019, after shifting house to new area where there is no hathway isp we have disconnected hathway and there no pending bills. Till today im getting tons of calls and messages. Im tired of explaining the story again and again. But still getting calls. This is kind of mental torture.

      I had requested to get a new hathway connection on 2nd may 2020. My account no is [protected]. I have been following up on customer care 2 - 3 times a week till date (22nd june 2020) and yet modem is not connected. I have been receiving calls from hathway to renew my account. Even though modem is not connected. Everytime i call customer care, they mention that i will get a call within 24 hours, yet not received. Due to non-availability of internet connection, my work from home, my kids school online sessions, etc. Are highly impacted.

      I received call from Hathway Support that Modem will be connected on 24th June 2020. Yet again after that call no response. I am trying calling that number again and again, but no response. Please revert asap.

      Secondly, I am daily receiving calls to renew my account. Why should I renew my account where I have not utilized at all. I will never recommend Hathway to any of my colleagues or friends.

          I had made the payment on 28-may-2020, the service was not activated till 15th of june for more than 15 days. Hence i request you to cancel the service and disconnect the internet service. Refund the amount of 589/- asap.
          Else i shall raise a consumer complaint for the same. Every time the customer service person calls and mentions that the internet is activated, but i am not able to use the same.
          Mentioned the same everytime they call. Hence i am unsatisfied with the service and i had requested to cancel the service and refund the amount.
          Please help me to get the refund asap

            Fistofall when the gtpl i bought then the installation time thats guys not added a power modem and than agini complain in gtpl hathway (Compalin number) but in just 1 day my request has been cancled without solveing my problrm
            Day2:
            Then after 1 week they added power modem in my broadband but in just 1 week it will not work and then i call gtpl hathway then it say's the power modem is bad condition (Menas not proper woking) then after 1 week again they added new power modem in my brodband and then the again new power modem also not working prperly and this problem going into loop upto 3 months...
            3 month latter:
            Again starting new problem in my gtpl broadband and its speed problem my gtpl broadbarand plan is 40mbps and i was get speed around a 500kb/s per device. My problem complain every time in my nearest gtpl office but no one listen my problem and they avoiding my problem upto 1 month.. And still the power modem problem are still remaning. I'll goto gtpl office 5 to 6th time but no one listen my problems.
            Now 4 months are wested in my broadband but still no gtpl technical has come to solve this perticuler problem.

              My internet does not work ant night time during 9pm to 7am at morning. And i complaining about it to the company and they told me that they solve in 1-3 days but till the date its been 2 week or 15 days but they doesn't solve any problem and my internet stop working. I am complain about it 2 or 3 times but they does not solve my problem.
              And if they do not eligible enough to solve my problem then i want my refund.

                My account has been expired and i don't want to renew it and for this issue they called me and asked to renew and i said i don't want from that day they are daily calling me 6-7 times from different numbers and they are mentally compelling and harassing me to renew even after repeated requests from my side that when i want i will only call please don't call me. But they don't care and customer care daily responds that they will update but they don't i think this hathway should be fined heavily so that from next time no customer will go through this mental torture.                   Q) when they don't provide service, why can't they close the account and refund.

                  Q) from 60 days i'm face the same issue. Poor service. Plan is of 50mbps, but they are providing 5mbps speed.

                  Q) why my internet connection is getting disconnected daily from 07:00 pm to 07:00am

                  Raised 100+ tickets, 100+ calls, 100+ emails. No reply.

                  I lost my job due to guys. You should pay for this.

                    This avishek roy, account number-[protected] i have applied for broadband connection from jayanta das he took my details and also the money of rs 4248 for 6months subscription and he is not giving me the line and even blocked my phone number, i am going to loose my job of i do not get the connection by today, i want my connection immediately and also m contacting the police and file a complaint against hathway and jayanta das.

                    I still didn't received my refund from Hathway, this is irritating, no connection done from them and even after cancel of subscription 20days ago, money still not received

                      I shifted house, act fibernet was not responding for relocation as i was using that. But due to corona i was suppose to work from home. So i paid hathway sale executive was promising me that connection will be given next day bt no response from customers, sale executive not responding no one is coming to render service bt they asked me to pay for 3 months. Now i am suffering without wifi in this lockdown days. Cheating people with false promises.

                        I would like to inform you that today (19-june-2020) its has been 1 week since i logged a complaint regarding the internet not working. I have called around 26 times in 1 week on your call center and talked with customer executive and senior person names as follows (Amit rajput, mahesh chauhan, meet rabari, varsha shahani, mihir etc..) i did not get any proper answer except saying that it will be resolved by today. Unfortunately that's not the case.

                        Your senior person amit rajput hung up the call without answering my query.

                        I have also sent an email to [protected]@gtpl.net 4 times but have not received any response.

                        Please let me know when this gets resolved.
                        Please provide me with the correct details of gujarat nodal officer.
                        Following detail provided on your website is not correct.

                            Worst service provide by gtpl. I have complained in gtpl on 17th jun 2020 but they are not taking any action for my complaint solution. And when i am call to them for getting complaint status they are not giving any proper response on it. Only asking that status is in progress. But when to solve it they are not sure.

                                Despite of calling their customer care number and telling me to stop these promotional sms. Still getting messages on my personnel number daily.
                                Messages started suddenly after stopping hathway service very long ago.
                                Complained about this issue multiple times already.

                                      Please find below mention ticket number of complaint which i have made still there is no resolution.

                                      5438006=today this complain ticket has been closed. Today person came to my home and told that i will come back after looking wiring in terrace and i got the message that your complaint has been closed. The person never come back and internet not started yet.

                                      I dont know how many complaints i have to do for this but this is really pathetic service from your side. I have been complaining for the last 7 days.

                                      From yesterday afternoon there customer care is not working due to system down... I have tried 7 times from tomorrow afternoon.
                                      I have mailed to nodal officer but there is no nodal officer in broadband department as per mail... From gtpl they only have nodal officer for settop box resolution. It has been now 7 days i am complaining daily for my broadband connection.

                                        Currently, i am working from home, in my company for work from home needs to add ip for access company server.
                                        I took hathway service few days ago but ip is getting change every time.
                                        I requested for static ip hathway support team told me to recharge 354 for 3 months i did but now they are not responding to why they are not giving me static ip.

                                        How can you mark this as resolved, I have not to get static IP till now. I have called 2 times to customer care but no one is able to give me static IP. This is very unfortunate that why I have chosen such an unresponsible broadband service.

                                        Due to your bad service, I am facing so many problems during working from home.
                                        Please request you to provide me static IP as soon as possible.
                                        Please find attached new mail, But not get any response till now.
