Hi,

I am try to be call in your call center every time they are saying they will resolve asap but, no one able to give the replay when will my brand new connection give for activation how can i can expect for there 6 months.

Please because i am already loss my amount of rs. 450 extra data on mobile. If your people not resolve my problem just refund my amount i will choose another good network it will work for people.

Waiting for replay and hopping going well.

    Dear sir /mam

    My hathway account no is [protected] and i request the company to disconnect my services immediately.
    Further i want to inform that presently i am not staying at the address that was given by me at the time of taking connection. That was a rented room and i had to vacate the room due to lockdown.
    Before leaving i called to hathway operator who installed the modem to collect the modem but he did not come to collect it. That's why i carried modem with me.
    I want to give you additional information that i have another hathway connection (Connection no [protected]) which i took on 24th september 2019 at flat no 237, radhika apartment, sector-14 dwarka. Presently i am staying at this address.
    The modem which belongs to connection no [protected] is lying with me. Kindly send your representative to my present address to collect it from me.

      I have taken 100 mbps plan. The company has provided low grade router in which i am getting 20-40 mbps speed. When i have raised complaint the executive asked to change router if i change my existing plan to 150 mbps plan. But the problem is some executives are saying that i have to take plan for 3 months and some are saying i have take minimum of 6 month plan. I have also agreed to this but the problem is currently i have taken 100 mbps plan for 3 months and 1 month is still remaining. So according to them if i take the plan now i will be losing my one month benifit. This is really fraud. The company is really looting it's customer.

        Hi,
        My hathway account no.[protected] ® mob. No.[protected], i have relocated to another place where hathway network is unavailable. So same time my prepaid package also expired. So before recharge i spoke to hathway customer care person to make sure whether the hathway connection is available in my new location, they said its available on my new location and suggested me to recharge. And also they said, if service is unavailable hathway will refund the money based on unused days so i recharged on 21st may and raised request for relocation. Now the technician is telling there is no service available in my new location. So i raised request to close my connection on 29th may 2020 and refund the money for remaining days. So do needful and refund the money.

          Your sales associate had assured me that internet service was available in my area, yet as soon as I paid for a new connection on 31st May 2020, he told me that no internet was available in my area. I want an immediate refund, look into the matter.

              I got a broadband connection from gtpl. I am a residence of patna and i am subscribed to a 40 mbps plan or 5mbps plan but the speed never went above 9.9 mbps or 1mbps. The technician who came to my hous from gtpl says that the wire is fine and that there is absolutrly no problem in the wiring and when i put a commplaint on their website they deleted the complaint without responding to the complaint. I want the speed to be increased asap.

                We have renewed our broadband around 15 days back, it didnt started we called coustomer complaint and it got resolved automatically without any action we made an another complaint and a technician came but didnt solve the problem,
                Even that request got completed. So had to file yet another complaint today
                5280506, 53014486 are the complaint numbers which got canceled

                  My phone number had a hathway connection which was cancelled 6 months back. I still get 2 calls every day to renew my membership for which i have patiently explained repeatedly to take me off their database.

                  On calling the customer care number ([protected]) today, there was a rude response from the employee stating that she will not be able to help me on it.

                  My only request is to relieve me from these irritating calls that i have to attend everyday. I would definitely not recommend hathway to any of my friends henceforth.

                    I have renewed my plan in february 2020 for 1 year 50 mbps plan, no of complaints on help line no, emails, personal visit to paldi office, no one listens or senior authorities pick up phone or listed no are no more exists. I am getting speed of 20 mbps which i was using at low cost compared to what i have paid.

                        I am escalating this matter to the mumbai nodal office since i am not getting any response from billingdesk.

                        I have also tried to reach hath way customer care, however they disconnect my call without a proper response.

                        My request is to provide a full refund of rs.4956 since hathway failed to install connection at my premises after so many follow ups.

                        If the nodal office fails to provide a response to this email i'll escalate this matter to consumer court.

                          I am using a hathway broadband connection since 2017. Since 20th may, 2020, the service is not available. Even after two weeks have passed after the tropical cyclone they couldn't restore the service. Repeated inquiry about the time required remained unanswered. I want to move to consumer court as the service is essential for my family. I remained regular in my payment.

                            Have been facing a frequent internet disconnection issue over past 3 months. Whenever i made a support ticket on their app it would be marked as resolved automatically.
                            Called their helpline on which they would say that they are sorting it out.

                            Messages them on twitter on which they too stopped replying or trying to sort it out

                                I have subscribed for a 50 mbps unlimited yearly plan by paying 5767.84. One of the customer care representatives named gautam changed the plan without informing us and vanished after that. He doesn't answer the calls not respond to the messages. The same thing has happened with other customer care representatives. I have raised multiple complaints about poor network connectivity and speed issues but the tickets were closed without any resolution. Shame on hathway for looting its customers, no one responds to your complaints. Waste of money. Kindly request you to take action against this fraud company.

                                  I'm a new customer of hathway. My account number [protected]. They installed net connection immediately after my payment. After verification call they said after 1 hour i can browse internet. But i didn't browse. After rising ticket technical team came and concluded there is a problem in modem and they said to me company will replace with new one. Daily i'm rising tickets without resolve they are closing tickets. I'm staying in hyderabad city, jagadgiri gutta, anjaiah nagar 500037.

                                    With all due respect please stop spamming my profile, i have switched my connection hatway to alliance as the service was bad and the a danged router.
                                    It is totally unethical to to spam when the last complaint placed i need no longer your connection after my relocation. The last place i lived i relocated from there to south kolkata with all due respect the number of times you mailed text about the faulty router its too much. The broken router had no use for mine use and i no longer need your connection make a clear deal of not spamming. The mail was to pay for the faulty router, i ain't not paying a penny for that faulty router. If this you find not closing i will clearly complain against fraud to consumer rights.

                                        It's been more than a month and two week since i am getting issue. I already register complaint to company and they give me surety to resolve it asap but no one came to resolve it. I got only 3-5 mbps speed most of the time while my connection plan is mbps. Some times internet got disconnected and then it's back online after 2- 3 hours. I called, mailed and registered online complaint with same issue but they didn't gave me a solution for this problem.

                                        Very dumb service gtpl. I am not going to buy again this company's broadband.
