My hathway account no.[protected] ® mob. No.[protected], i have relocated to another place where hathway network is unavailable. So same time my prepaid package also expired. So before recharge i spoke to hathway customer care person to make sure whether the hathway connection is available in my new location, they said its available on my new location and suggested me to recharge. And also they said, if service is unavailable hathway will refund the money based on unused days so i recharged on 21st may and raised request for relocation. Now the technician is telling there is no service available in my new location. So i raised request to close my connection on 29th may 2020 and refund the money for remaining days. So do needful and refund the money.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I had submitted a complaint against hathway which is resolved but my name in the attachment along with my details and contact number is still reflecting publicly.
I have complained this earlier also.
Need your special attention on this.
