Pathetic customer service ever. The complaint submitted (Complaint number[protected]w982027), was regarding a channel called colors super that had technical issue from 15th june. The customer service executive told it would be resolved in 24hrs but did not happen. When we called again they say they have closed the complaint. How ridiculous is this. How can they close it without resolving.
Immediate action should be taken this is not the first time that we have faced this.

    Complaint number is 5220230. Gtpl people are not helping and in these times of pandemic we are working from home but these people are not helping. Internet is down from 20th may and it's still down but no action from them.

      My account no. [protected]. I paid the amount 2666 on 24 mar 2020. The connection was not made. I asked for the refund. It's been more than 80 days and i have not received the refund. I want my refund as soon as possible. I have sent numerous mails to them even to their nodal team, but they always say that they are working on this and then there's no response from them. They gave me an incorrect information that the area was feasible and collected the money from me.

        I have renewed my gtol broad band olan last month registered with [protected], but since plan active internet not working 3-4 day in week hardly work 1-2 day i file complain every day in chamdkheda branch but resolved and again stop working after aome hours
        I lost my 20000 to 25000 in this month due to not working internet as i am software developer in thi work from home situation
        Give me refund my money else i will file f. I. R and consumer court to refund my money along with my loss

          Unprofessional and unethical behaviour of hathway broadband

          In this time of work from home and online lectures, these guys stoop to a whole new level where they would ask for payment like a recovery agent but when it comes to giving service, they just disown us as if they are providing services free of cost. Its the history of hathway thay whenever it comes to asking for payment, they are quickest. But when it comes to provide services, they are as lethargic and slow as their internet speed.

          So it happened that i received a call from a hathway executive named deffney vaz on 10/06/2020. She told me about the offer for internet since my internet is about to expire. So i agreed to her and asked her if she can expedite the process and to install the modem and wiring on a priority basis (Since the new plan is of 50 mbps) so she said yes sir dont worry it will be done in 2-3 days if you immediately make the payment. However i wasn't sure whether i should make payment or not thinking what if its a fraud or something. So i told her to give me time. But she kept on repeating that pls sir make the immediate payment. She assured me that it isnt a fraud and if anything happens her number is with me and that i can call her anytime if i face any issues.

          So i agreed to it and she sent me a link and i received a transaction id from hathway (Which confirmed that it isn't fraud) and made the payment. Now as per the agreement she was supposed to install it within 3 days. Now when it came to provide the service, they became lethargic.

          When i followed up about the status, she didnt respond to messages instead her another colleague named vijay gupta started talking to me on calls. However in mean time whenever i tried to follow up, she said that it will be installed soon (Not specifying the exact time limit)

          However all of a sudden, these both people blocked my number. I was shocked. So i tried to contact them from another number in disguise of wanting a new internet connection and they replied in a wink of an eye. So when i confronted them that what was the need of blocking the number, they also blocked this number.

          And now there is no way i could coordinate with them about the connection and i am stuck without internet required for work from home and lectures. How unprofessional and unethical personnel has been hired by hathway.

          If i have paid money, its my right to receive proper services and abiding to the commitments.

          Also the customer care never picks the call and when i called on a office landline, they never picked the call (Instead when i try calling after sometime, the number would be busy)

          If you guys had faced same issue, do tell me in comments

          I request hathway to provide the resolution of my complaint in the quickest manner possible.

            I cannot access the internet why the hell are you guys closing the ticket.

            The guy who came to my place told me that he will come back after 48 hours and will give me a permanent connection as he has to do some wiring work which cannot be done right now. He said right now you manage but I will come back and give you the solution.

            No one bothered to look back. I've already highlighted the same on TWITTER too so that everyone can see it and I've attached the image of the signals I am getting in email which I sent to nodal officer. I've tried restarting it too but so far I've got nothing.

            I tried calling the customer care too but he (Sumer khan) was rude and disconnected the call right on my face saying I cannot repeat same thing again and again.

            Return my money fraudsters cheaters. I've given my hard earned money to you and your guy talk to me as if he is doing me a favor by doing his job.

                    Hathway broadband officer said the offer is for 3months and 3000gb data
                    But after activation his phone is not reachable

                      My internet is down every day for 4-6 hours. I complained to them every alternate day. But they are closing the tickets without informing me and the issue remains as it is. I am fedup with the type of service team they have. The router is faulty, since last one year i am requesting them to replace, but they are not acting upon it. This is the most irresponsible service provider, who does not care for the customer. I am providing ticket nos. Logged, atleast they can see them and contact me

                          Hi i have taken a new connection 4 daya back i was promised that the resolution will be given in 4 hours for a given complaint. I paid fot 50 mbps and wait i het it 20 mbps. Logged a complaint on 11/06 and not one cared to call.. Called customer support 3 times but no luck. All i got is trouble since day 1.. Disgusting service.. Can someone help me out here. What can i do

                            I was contacted everyday by sms regarding hathway connection for rs 599
                            I paid 599 rs and they came the next day and flitted the wire
                            Saying they will come with the modem the next day
                            3 days have passed no modem no connection no internet
                            But i receive a sms that i have to pay a bill of 198.1
                            Bill for 10 june 2020
                            Due date is 22june 2020
                            I contacted the person who had first contacted me mr mohan mobile no [protected]
                            He told me to call a land line no [protected]
                            I was directed to speak to installation department spoke ms preeti
                            Very rude in speaking
                            Who told me to contact billing department
                            Who then say i have been charged for overdue
                            I asked them to discontinue the installation and refund me the 599rs which i had paid
                            But they said i have to make a complaint etc
                            Can some one advice me as what i should do

                              Starting off, hathway changed my plan to 2, 574 rs from 1, 814 rs without any prior notice or information in march. When my plan was expiring, representatives from your company called me several times to make my payment. When i enquired about why my package was changed they told that i can continue with the same package of 1, 814 (3 months 50mbps retention) and to pay the same amount like before.
                              . On may 1st a hathway representative again called me (From [protected]) and told to make a recharge of 3, 628 (1, 814 x 2) to get 6 +2 months offer and continue with my plan of 1, 814 rs with 50 mbps which i am using from almost 2 years. I have the recording of the executive who has given me this offer (See attachment). I followed her instruction and made the payment same day.

                              I made the recharge and after activation -
                              There was no 2 months added to my expiry date.
                              Upon closer look i saw i was degraded to 20 mbps cheaper plan worth 3533 rs. I am supposed to have 50 mbps plan. Why has this plan not been activated for me??.
                              I am using this plan for 2 years and now hathway claims no such plan exists.
                              My last ticket[protected]m05638) was closed without any resolution. What is hathway upto.? The ticket was closed before i received a call from you representative. After call came executive told that she will call back after checking with back end team. Why i didn't receive call back??? Why was ticket closed??
                              Now i have raised a new ticket on 10th may with id help
                              10052020m186650. It was closed again just like that without even a single call.
                              Finally i wanted to contact hathway nodal officer. The number of nodal officer shared on hathway website is incorrect and invalid.

                              This a fraud undertaken by hathway to cheat customer and lure customer with fake offers. You can call on daily basis to make my payments but not even once to solve my issues?

                              Is is high time that hathway stops fooling and cheating customer.
                              My old issues were also were never resolved properly and i eventually had to let go. I am not going to let go this time over.

                                It has been 3 days since i subscribed to hathway broadband. No one has come to install wifi connection. As there are working people in our house it is more difficult to work on mobile data

                                  My account number of hathway is [protected], i did a recharge of my cable myself, it worked for few hours but then it start showing card is not authorized and something more, i called the customer care he asked me to call local operator who said you have done youd recharge yourself it won't help you, i don't know what to do, i recharged myself because local operator was doing a high value pack and needed a lower one and he was not providing my needed pack, can i be helped

                                        Biggest scammer in isp list. Fake promises, fake services.

                                        They doesn't even care on resolving the issues, instead busy in reacting quick with the new connections and making money in this lockdown.

                                        Worst customer support ever seen on this planet. 5th grade kids can assist better comparatively.

                                        They just close the tickets without resolving the issue and when called once in a bluemoon they respond and will hung up if any question is asked which they aren't aware of or can't resolve.

                                        Only an organisation which is making huge money with the fake promises in this lockdown due to novel corona virus.

                                        I've been facing a problem with their network since a month, i've raised hundreds of tickets, e-mails and calls. They are least bothered to resolve the issue or callback. I even asked to close the account and refund as i paid for 6 months but they simply close the ticket stating they cannot refund as per their policy. My job is at risk and all this is due to this fake isp.

                                        From last 30 days my internet is getting disconnected at sharp 07:00 pm and will be activated after 07:00 am. Nothing works. No customer support available at that timings to complaint. No possibility nothing.

                                        Checked their official social media accounts, instagram or facebook or twitter, most of them are facing the same problem and lost their jobs trusting this fake organisation.

                                        This should be taken into serious consideration and take appropriate action against them.

                                        Daily my internet is getting disconnected from 07:00pm to 07:00am?

                                        30 days issues not resolved.

                                        Got a reply with same canned response and tickets got closed here in consumer forum too. Lol.
