Unprofessional and unethical behaviour of hathway broadband

In this time of work from home and online lectures, these guys stoop to a whole new level where they would ask for payment like a recovery agent but when it comes to giving service, they just disown us as if they are providing services free of cost. Its the history of hathway thay whenever it comes to asking for payment, they are quickest. But when it comes to provide services, they are as lethargic and slow as their internet speed.
So it happened that i received a call from a hathway executive named deffney vaz on 10/06/2020. She told me about the offer for internet since my internet is about to expire. So i agreed to her and asked her if she can expedite the process and to install the modem and wiring on a priority basis (Since the new plan is of 50 mbps) so she said yes sir dont worry it will be done in 2-3 days if you immediately make the payment. However i wasn't sure whether i should make payment or not thinking what if its a fraud or something. So i told her to give me time. But she kept on repeating that pls sir make the immediate payment. She assured me that it isnt a fraud and if anything happens her number is with me and that i can call her anytime if i face any issues.
So i agreed to it and she sent me a link and i received a transaction id from hathway (Which confirmed that it isn't fraud) and made the payment. Now as per the agreement she was supposed to install it within 3 days. Now when it came to provide the service, they became lethargic.
When i followed up about the status, she didnt respond to messages instead her another colleague named vijay gupta started talking to me on calls. However in mean time whenever i tried to follow up, she said that it will be installed soon (Not specifying the exact time limit)
However all of a sudden, these both people blocked my number. I was shocked. So i tried to contact them from another number in disguise of wanting a new internet connection and they replied in a wink of an eye. So when i confronted them that what was the need of blocking the number, they also blocked this number.
And now there is no way i could coordinate with them about the connection and i am stuck without internet required for work from home and lectures. How unprofessional and unethical personnel has been hired by hathway.
If i have paid money, its my right to receive proper services and abiding to the commitments.
Also the customer care never picks the call and when i called on a office landline, they never picked the call (Instead when i try calling after sometime, the number would be busy)

I request hathway to provide the resolution of my complaint in the quickest manner possible.
