Actually i have paid for new connection. Afterwards your technician told me that area has no service. Then i have called to sales agent they are not lifting and they didn't even respond. I have complained also. That service i'd no: 27052020w538790.
Please go through my details and help me out.

    I face lots of issue with gtpl connection.

    Call centre - call is not connected busy all the time. And by luck connected ones one executive registered wrong request to give me sympathy that i have registered your complain and given me complain number[protected]For that email screen captured attached), that was for interest connectivity issue.

    After lots of follow-up they have registered shifting request on april 21, 2020, with request number is 44146 (Email received from gtpl desk - attached screen capture). I have verified that with online that was showing completed status without any solution and in fact that number is associated with year 2018 (Attaching tracking status taken from online website). (https://www.gtpl.net/track-service-ticket/store)

    After all that i have come in touch with gtpl sales person kishan pitroda[protected] committed me that i will get installed new connection in 10 days date he mentioned that till 20th may you will get installed so i have given all document and amount for the plan rs. 1990 on the same day (15th may 2020) and today is 29th may still not get new connection at my location.

    I have visited gtpl office located khokhara circle (Safal trade center) on 28th may, still not got any satisfactory answer. While discussing the issue they looking to each other.

    Service from call center - very bad.
    Service from sale team - very bad.
    Service from gtpl office - very bad.
    Service from nodal desk - very bad.
    Service from applets desk - very bad. -

    I have contacted many of the person from the gtpl team.

    Tejas patel, mukesh choudhery, kishan pitroda, yogesh sharma. Hakim from applete desk and some of the person name i not remeber but called to every one till end but hope less

    Today i contacted to safvan under the team of tejas patel and given all detail, hope he could do some thing for me.
    I frustrated with this all that lead me to report to social plat form

    I need it to be resolved by today or maximum tomorrow then i need to go forward.

        I have purchased a yearly plan of 40mbps, when it was installed i was getting around 32 to 33 mbps download speed, then my internet stopped working and i complained about it and it was fixed but the internet speed was reduced to 2-3 mbps. I logged complain with gtpl around 7-8 times but the ticket that i raised is closed without any solution. I am paying 5500 for 40 mbps plan and i am not getting the desired download speed.
        I kindly request to look into this and resolve the issue.

          Very pathetic customer service no one picking the call. I paid my amount for hath way. Still they didn't reactivate my account. My internet still not enabled. Despite of making so many calls and emails to hath way support. No response. I don't prefer hathway to anyone. Very bad experience. Hathway even after generating invoice why haven't to activated my account it's more than 24 hours. Please activate it.
          Even after raising so many tickets. No use

            I have my payment for hath way it's more than 24 hours still they didnt reactivate my account. Very very poor customer service no one picking call. On long queue. Sent mails to all hath way helpless no response. It's severely impacting. Please reactivate my account. Hath way i would definitely give one star very very poor customer service. No proper response. Don't know whom to contact. No one responding. It's very pathetic. Please consumer complaint team. Please get back hath way please ask them to reactivate my account. Hath way deserves one star.

                Date of incident is 23rd may 2020. I am using hathway broadband internet connection since feb 15th 2020 which is three months plan of rs.1766. I renewed the plan on may 15th 2020. I am from hyderabad. I had a problem with my hathway broadband internet connection since 14th may 2020. I tried contacting them since then. Finally i could call them and register complaint on 23rd may 2020. They told that router is to be replaced. They told me that they send an agent from local area here from lb nagar hyderabad to replace it. But following the next day, response stopped from them. I tried calling the local network agent in lb nagar, hyderabad and also the main office at hyderabad. But they blocked my phone number and there is no response since three days. I want to disconnect my services from hathway as we have faced this issue alot now and i am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer services. I want to cancel my connection and i request refund from them as i got convinced that they will not replace and router and address our issue.

                  My broadband has stop working from approx 20 march 2020, i have made advance payment of 18 months.

                  Now company person is not listning to my query and daily making false promise to solve it.

                  I am strongly frustated because of this.

                  Please help me to solve my query and to companset my losses and period.

                        I am suffer from connection lost and ping fluctuate. I raise complain but they closed without visiting home.in the lock down period the service of calling is full of busy which i can understand so, i raise complaint on the gtpl app. But, they closed without coming home. The service ticket which they closed are 5076881, 5069703 & 5247705.

                          It’s been over 1 day plus time i have logged a complaint to the support team and haven’t heard a reply. Wfh needs a wifi so that i can work and today i need to take off because these people haven’t fixed nor responding to calls.

                          The wifi has a red light flashing on it and isn’t working at all. I have restarted it several times.

                            Hello all,
                            I am facing issue with my broadband services since last 15 days every time i raise a call to customer care, they close the case without solving this issue as it is now getting to frustration, today also i have raised the ticket and have told that it will be solved. Till now i have raised with more than 5 times for this case but still, the issue is same, is there anyone who can solve this case as due to wfh my entire task in pending as if it is not to be done please update on call because i need to take necessary steps to continue my tasks.

                              It has been a month we are following up for the transfer of the broadband connection, however, no one is providing us a proper timeline.

                              We are getting the same answer every time we call them or email them that that will look into this. It has been a month and still, they are looking into this.

                              They are providing a new connection in two days but they are taking their own time for transferring the connection.

                                  The cable tv shows up with e61 no signal, many a times. The service is extremely poor. When i call the responsible service person, then either he will not pick the call or will not speak properly. He charges rs. 20-25 for every recharge expressing for service charges also. And still cannot find any service for the same.

                                    I am still getting msg and calls from hathway regularly even i am not using this service for last 8 months. I have confirmed multiple times to deactivate my account from hathway still getting msg and calls.

                                    Kindly help me deactivate my hathway account so that i don't get any msg and call from hathway or suggest me if i can file any legal action to the company.

                                      Sir,
                                      I, vikas sharma, advocate, from hyderabad applied for hatchway broadband connection and the executive called me through mobile no. [protected], on he provided information that the minimum plan is rs.325/- pm including gst if i pay rs.2600/- for eight months and as per the information provided i paid the amount on 16.05.2020. The executive informed me that for installation it will take 48 hours.
                                      I submit that though i have paid the amount on saturday 16.05.2020 the installation to be completed by tuesday if we count the working days. But till date no installation is started and more so ever the executive even not answering my call whenever i called him. This is the unfair and illegal practice of the hathway. Whenever i used to call the customer take they are not giving proper response and dragging the installation on next working and so on. But till date no installation is executed.
                                      Hence i forced to make complaint about the same. Immediate action should be initiated against the hathway and his executive who practicing such unfair and illegal practice.

                                        Respected sir,
                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that undesigned has connection of Hathaway having account number as[protected] for internet speed but most often the speed is extremely slow that we can't surf even for second. Recently I had recharged my account in the may 2020 but devoid of any speed. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue since it's a total wastage of money, if this network issue prevails
