I have been complaining for 10 days (28th april to till date) that i have connectivity issues to the internet and i let them knew the problem with the junction box where all the connected wires are cutdown.

No one of their representatives called me back and hasn't resolved.
Every time when i called their customer service center they will say that today it will be resolved.

    I have made the payment in march it's about 3 months now
    Still u people did not served us

    There is no single day i didn't contacted u people
    I never received any proper response from you

    To the person to whom i made payment of chandanagar branch habeeb
    From the moment he received payment of 3200appox he did not gave a single call back

    I'm just fed up with your service.
    If we call twice on a same number they are just blocking that number
    Worst service providers

    I just need my refund now that's it
    It's high wait time.
    At least i expect a response from you

      Sir i had paid 3 months sub for hathway on 02.06.2020. Siva sir told that they will give connection on 3rd and asked me to pay immediately. Actually i need for my job. The person is not responding. We tried through multiple phone no to reach him. He will say today i will talk at 10. Same way 8 days went off. My account no for hathway new connection is [protected]. Pl do the needful. He is not responding

        I paid rs.2590/- for 3 months broadband plan from your sales person milan patel, gujarat ahmedabad. First of all he delayed for the receipt then its been more than 10 days no one came for the installation. I got an email from gtpl they cannot provide the services in my location. Now i wanted the refund but your sales person doesn't respond my calls and texts. I am feeling cheated from gtpl.

            Hello sir,

            I'm using hathway internet for last one year. Their service too bad and i have stopped using their services for one month. Later due to lockdown and out of options i have subscribed their connection again and their service is same. I had to raise complaints every another day for service. Their tecician never visited my home. They will disconnect connection if we delay payment for 1 day. I have attached proofs too. Kindly take strict action on these kind companies.

              Took my money w/o checking the feasibility of service in my area. After taking money, told they don't have service in my area and now not refunding money.
              Raised complaint online many times but always closed without any communication.

              Its been almost 2 month but not refunding the money. No customer care service and nothing. Why didn't check the feasibility of your service before taking the money of customer.

              Fraud company. No service at all.

                Hi, I had applied for Internet connection on 1st April Delhi, Laxmi nagar & made a Payment of Rs. 3533/- but after multiple attempt my internet was not installed, I had to call many times on different number which was provided by their team, ([protected], [protected]) they clearly denied that they cannot installed wifi in lockdown. somehow I convinced them, & their wiring team came on 8th April & done the wiring work, them their technical team denied that they do not have router in their stock and it may time to installed. after requesting them they told me to collect router from their existing who don't wish to continue their services. So then I picked up the old router from their home & self installed wifi on 11th April.
                And now from 27th April I face an issue internet connectivity, My internet is down at least 20-30 times in a day & that too for 10-12 minutes. I had called multiple times to their customer care but no one is responding, tried put my complain through Hathway app, but with calling me they close my complain tickets. I also attached internet speed test image for reference, I had purchased 50mbps speed plan.

                I need resolution on two thing below

                1. I need new router installation at my place, because I had full payment against this connection so why I am using an used product.

                2. Kindly improve internet connectivity at my place, because I am working from home & it's been difficult to working on such bad internet.

                    So, on may 1st i did apply for hathway broadband internet through a agent named dhanraj naik and agreed to pay 3533rs/- for 6month package after which i got a link that my connection would be done with in 24 to 72 hours and mostly the agent promised with 24 hours i would be able to use the internet service i was happy even during the lockdown hathway service was providing me this good deal of home delivery of their broad band i agreed.
                    Then starts the actual story where i needed to call him for almost 30 to 50 times a day which would be left unanswered and thus i decided to go by my way to pick the modem an router up as i got a call on 4th of may that i would have to pick it up by myself which i did on 5th and today its 7th still its not working i am already up with my patience and also my money is stuck over there i wanted internet connection badly due to the lockdown issue and we had everything to be done on internet and now for applying for refund they are saying our technical executive isn't responding to the issue as soon as he does you'll get a link and as soon as the link reach you apply for the issue and with in 15 days you will have the refund back..
                    I don't know why is this taking a life but yes this is just another way of harassing the customers and making fool out of them.
                    Didn't wanted to say but yes i am pissed off and yes the worst experience i have ever had is with the broadband hathway.

                      I have subscribe for new connection and i got message that the install will be done in 72 hours, still + 72 hour is over and still no install has been done till date. I have been trying to call the hathway and tech persons and there is nno repsones from the hathway could you please look into this

                          For the past month i have been dealing with constant disconnection and speed issues.Raised multiple complaints but still the issue persist.I have taken the screenshot of signal strength/speed test as well.I have been calling your customer service everyday and raised request through your hathway app but they always close the request without rectifying the problem.Please solve the problem asap or refund my money if you guys are unable to restore the service.

                          They took almost a month to solve the problem and the worse part about all these is you have to deal with those unprofessional customer care/technical team guys, they do know how to give bad name to the company.

                          NEVER TAKE HATHWAY BROADBAND.

                              I shifted my hathway cable tv connection from kompally to abids, abids cable operator asked 100 rs transfer fees for shifting and activate hathway connection, i paid on 20th march and 279 rs for (Customize plan), it was activated with his number and email id, he had not given any receipt to any customer in whole area, i asked the receipt, he replied the same. After 15 days i lost my connection, i called him then again he asked 270 rs and i paid again without receipt now free chanel i can see but a-ia-carte channel not show as subscribed and he ask again 270 rs and the same reason show that your a-ia-carte is expired but as per my knowledge he in-legally take money and not provide bill also and not share register-mobile detail with customer. I have doubt my plan is less than 279 rs but he took 279 rs

                                    I booked connection on 4th april, but till the date i am not getting any response from gtpl broadband team, as well now gtpl executive also not pick up my single call, also tried to call on appellate authority, when i called him and ask about complaint status, they also disconnect on going call.
                                    Such a pathetic service of gtpl, don't recommend gtpl to anyone.

                                      I have called hathway team on may 1st 2020 for requesting new connection to my room. They taken up and started the process of creating new account and asked me for payment. I have done everything that they said and even paid the amount.

                                      Before payment they said that connection will be done on the eod or the early morning of next day. As i am an employee, working from home, i told them that i require internet compulsory.

                                      Before payment the followed up and even irritated to pay the amount. But after payment has done, they are even not responding to call or message. Today's date is 04-may-2020.

                                      They are simply cheater, they are using this covid-19 and cheating customers and looting money.

                                      There i hereby request to cancel my connection and want refund on or before eod of tomorrow.

                                      This is fixed and final.
                                      Please help me out sir, in getting back my money.

                                      I am going to file case against hathway in National Consumer Court and will mention details of all of you .
                                      I am sure they will refund money to all customers whom they have cheated.

                                        From the day one they guys are irritating me to another level.
                                        1. They took 10 days for installation.
                                        2. They took 5 days for generating i'd password. 3
                                        3. After everything because of technical range speed is not good, disconnecting frequently.
                                        4. No proper response by customer care, its been 10 days i'm calling them for the same problem.
