Last week i had submitted an enquiry on gtpl website to setup a broadband connection at my residence, based on the enquiry submitted i got a call from the sales person of gtpl (Mr. Umesh parmar) and after a brief discussion with sales person i had made the payment of 6 months in advance via phonepe, this was in accordance with the commitment which he had made of setting up the broadband connection within 3-4 working days (I. E. By wednesday 13th may or maximum by thursday 14th may) and due to the current situation we all are going through and plus getting a broadband connection asap was my requirement as well, so eventually i agreed to his offer and made the payment immediately. The sales person had also assured me that in case the connection setup is not done by thursday, he would refund me the amount paid. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the sales person (Mr. Umesh parmar) and he is not even bothered to receive my call, neither is he reverting to my messages sent to him.
The worst part is that i did try to report this incident to their customer care team and as per their guidance ive sent across the receipt copy of the payment made along with all other required details and yet i haven’t received any feedback or followup call from their end not even an email or message.
I am also trying to get in touch with their appellete authority to address this issue; however, the contact person’s mobile is also not reachable.
This kind of pathetic service we are getting and i feel like being looted in this current situation where most of the companies are giving pink slips to their employees.
During the brief discussion i had also informed the sales person that till the time the connection is done i’ll be on leave without pay due to limited internet access and ultimately it would affect my performance and also my existence in the company, as most of the companies are at the verge of laying off employees.
At this point i am clueless about gtpl service and no one is bothered to respond to my queries. Have tried to get in touch with all the departments to get it sorted, but of no use.
I sincerely hope that this complaint of mine reaches to the right department or person who could take an action against these kind of bogus companies who are not at all customer service oriented and are there just to fill in their pockets.
