They cheat the people in term of complaint solve issue. They book complain and says 1 3 days to resolved the after 15 hours complain close without resolve than the book new complain which has new ticket number and the resolution period extends more 1 to 3 days here i face issue from last 10 days and having numbers of ticket which are close without solving please take action. We can understand the covid situation but why they close the unresolved complain and extension days to resolution.

    My cable operator neither received calls nor open store then I recharged my cable online from paymytv.in. but music channels are not activated so i select it and recharged again. But it still no activated so i last time select all 10 music channels and recharged but it not working . Waste of money

      I opted for hathway broadband and internet 50 mbps plan and on may 06, 2020 paid rs 3533 through link shared by the hathway sales person as advance rental for 6 month term. The sales person told, it will take 48 hrs for cabling and installation. On may 08 i received message with link for google doc to give consent to wait for another 7days or select refund so i opted for refund and provided all details regarding back account due to urgency to work from home considering current pandemic situation. Next day hathway done cabling and provided modem. The technician told that'd another technician will come for configuration. Same day i received call.
      From customer care and shared password so i tried to connect with same password but it failed to connect. So i again called customer care and complaint was logged so next day, technician came and checked but could not got success and told that he will check with head office for back end team support and will come back after half an hour. After that he didn't turn up so again i reached to customer care (Difficult task to connect) and again logged service request and assured to get support within 24 hours and both service ticket closed without addressing problem (It was new thing). After that day onwards daily i am dialing to customer care which require a lot s of efforts and every time provide information for verification purpose and describe problem. As usual customer care executive log complaint and close it next day without taking feedback or customer consent. I even sent couple of email communication to [protected]@hatway.net and nodal office marking copy to ceo but didn't get any reply. With such bad experience i wish to get refund as hathway failed to provide service.

        Hathway account no:- [protected] new installation issue.
        I did 6 month package payment last saturday 9 may 2020. Payment was 4365/-
        The first contact person number - sandeep gaikwad ([protected]) and later i did payment within 30min and sent him 6 digit otp regarding form submission. And he commit me that. "sir setup will complete within 5 days from saturday (The sayment date)" but nothing happened till date.
        Monday (11may) i received call from next process than also i did 3 time call to different-different customer services desk but nothing moved.

        Now they are telling me sir you living in non-service area but bavdhan pune pin 411021 is very happening place. Also my neighbor using hathway broadband than what is the problem.

        Please contact me or let me know when my money will back if non - service area you guys find out.

          Last week i had submitted an enquiry on gtpl website to setup a broadband connection at my residence, based on the enquiry submitted i got a call from the sales person of gtpl (Mr. Umesh parmar) and after a brief discussion with sales person i had made the payment of 6 months in advance via phonepe, this was in accordance with the commitment which he had made of setting up the broadband connection within 3-4 working days (I. E. By wednesday 13th may or maximum by thursday 14th may) and due to the current situation we all are going through and plus getting a broadband connection asap was my requirement as well, so eventually i agreed to his offer and made the payment immediately. The sales person had also assured me that in case the connection setup is not done by thursday, he would refund me the amount paid. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the sales person (Mr. Umesh parmar) and he is not even bothered to receive my call, neither is he reverting to my messages sent to him.
          The worst part is that i did try to report this incident to their customer care team and as per their guidance ive sent across the receipt copy of the payment made along with all other required details and yet i haven’t received any feedback or followup call from their end not even an email or message.
          I am also trying to get in touch with their appellete authority to address this issue; however, the contact person’s mobile is also not reachable.
          This kind of pathetic service we are getting and i feel like being looted in this current situation where most of the companies are giving pink slips to their employees.
          During the brief discussion i had also informed the sales person that till the time the connection is done i’ll be on leave without pay due to limited internet access and ultimately it would affect my performance and also my existence in the company, as most of the companies are at the verge of laying off employees.
          At this point i am clueless about gtpl service and no one is bothered to respond to my queries. Have tried to get in touch with all the departments to get it sorted, but of no use.

          I sincerely hope that this complaint of mine reaches to the right department or person who could take an action against these kind of bogus companies who are not at all customer service oriented and are there just to fill in their pockets.

              I am residing in velachery chennai. From past two weeks in my modem los (Loss of signal) light is showing every 15 minutes. I have to turn off and on the modem every 15 minutes. I have literally raised around 5 tickets. The most irritable thing is they (Customer care) are calling nd telling we ll resolve your issue soon. Later 15 minutes the ticket which i raised is automatically getting closed. As this is pandemic period i am dependable on this modem for work from home. I am getting severe warning from my office due to this issue. I recently spend 2000 to buy jio m2 wireless router for my official work. But they never miss to call you during payment due time... I am completely frustrated. I lost my self respect in office just because of their poor customer service. Please help me.

                  My net conection in not working properly, i have paln of 10 mbps and getting only 0.5 mbps. Since 30/04/2020. No body come to even check. I called again and again but no response. Yesterday i called on customer care inspite of taking complaint that person was arguing that you have downloaded 4 gb in last five days. Also he was saying that 10mbps means upto 10mbps, so u can get low speed also. I told him that i have screeshots of speed test. But he was not ready to hear. Since 15 days i am not getting speed. Being a doctor i have to connect to my balood bank database. But due to poor connectivity i was unable to do so.

                    Gtpl net i'd off since yesterday and i tried calling agent but didn't get any satisfactory answer i am a doctor and my work is dependent on internet so please look it and resolve as soon as possible please send urgently as my apps are depndent on internet my entire study schedule has been shattered and no customer service number are working ☹️it is off and since there is lockdown i haven't recharge my data so i can't do anything

                        I have paid my broadband plan cost on 9th may and hathway representative done the registration. He told he will do installation within 24hrs but till now no one came. Now he is not responding to my call and messages, every day i am calling him 20-30times then one of the call he received and said he will do it tomorrow. Every day he is giving me # excuses. I want to cancel my registration as installation is not done. And give me my money back as soon as possible.

                          My problem is my plan in renew in date :04/05/2020 but not half Day started and stop my WI FI and still not started and not supported WI FI NETWORK Date :13/05/2020.
                          Customer care not support my problem issue in solve.
                          THE CALL CAME FORM GTPL BUT HE REFUSES TO COME.THAT IS TO COME AFTER THE LOCKDOWN COMPLETE .GTPL SERVICE VERY BADLY AND POOR . I AM NOT SATISFIED YOUR SUPPORT TEAM.

                              I am from hyderabad. I have taken hathway broadband connection on 17th april 2020. As hathway is provding only yearly package in lockdown situation, i had to forcely take one year package.
                              This is need as i am working from home.

                              They provided connection within a day and activated it. However from day 1 i am facing problem where internet gets disconnected (Some time 20 times day) very frequently which is not usable to do work from home.

                              I have called customer care nearly 10 times and raised more tickets with them.
                              I have sincerely requested them to arrange me a call back before closing my tickets to see if the problem is resolved.
                              They simply closes their tickets and no one called.
                              My yearly package work nearly 7k. I feel like i have a become victim of hathaway fraud.

                              Please ask the Technical Executive to call me before closing the ticket and make them understand this problem to them. You can see how many tickets I have created which were closed without any confirmation.
                              I just got feedback call from Hathway Bot that if my issue is resolved or not. I am worried that this newly created ticket also gets closed without any resolution.

                              After somany calls and tickets, today executive arrived and they fixed the issue.
                              They closed the ticket also. After that in 2 hours it got disconnected 5 times.
                              Hathway Team, will you able to solve the issue?

                                'm the user of hathway broadband internet services, my account number is [protected].
                                As i requested to shift my connection,
                                Nobody is going to take action against my request, and telling that your requested location is not feasible, and suggesting me to shift to some other location.
                                Then i requested to refund my amount for unused data, or provide me a connection at my location.
                                For that the customer care executive told me that "you won't get any refund and won't get a connection at your preferred location.
                                What can i do right now, please help me to solve the issue. Thank you

                                    First of all, cable team that came to house had no sense of manners. They came after 6:30 and were in hurry to leave as soon as possible. Even the ahmedabad team has no sense of talking to customers. I called at this no. [protected] got a very rude reply regarding my complaint. They just start yelling at customers. What kind of service is this. You people are accepting money from google pay but when it comes to refund u need 45 days. When we ask to explain why does it take this much time. Jayesh kalal at ahmedabad has one line answer. Its a process if we insist on knowing the process. He starts yelling as he doing an obligation on us by attending out call.

                                      On may-05, an executive called to renew my service and i informed her about my past bad experience with hathway and poor customer service.. She guaranteed that she will send the executive in 2 days after i make the payment and so i did.. She then blocked my number and each time i call her, i get a busy tone.. Calling the customer care everyday and explaining the issue became my daily routine.. As per the hathway records, modem details doesn't match with what i have.. And because of this, somebody else is using my data free of cost.. Tickets raised by customer care are closed without contacting me atleast once. I want the hathway to refund my money as early as possible.. It's been already a week and no initiative taken from their end to solve my issue or refund the amount.
