    Hi,
    I have paid 3887/- on 11/04/2020 and today is 23/04/2020 but hathaway failed to install the connection yet. Customer service has no information and the sales person not giving clear picture what is going on. I know the entire city is suffering covid 19 but if this is the problem then why they people committed to provide connection and taken money. I am really dissapointed how the poor service hathaway is proving. Please guide me the cancellation procedure. I really lost faith in this service provider.

      Customer service ate 1 month of my life. I have sp much work to do and my connection is working like absolute garbage. I want to cancel the subscription but apparently you guys wont return the unused money. Hathway technicians or someone took my router and never returned it back i asked them twice and they kept saying they will get it. Hathway broadband app doesn't work at all and customer service people are trained robots that dont answer anything other than your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. You ask a question? And theyll say that sentence. I dont even know proper details of my plan because i had to pay immediately as it was absolutely necessary at the time. But now it doesn't show my plan details correctly at all. After using for 2 days it says that i've used up all my gb

        We had subscribed hathway connection.. Paid 4900 for a year on 15/5/2020.
        We were promised that we will get internet connection in 48 hors.. After the time durtion we visited the office.. Head office frequently.. But every day two days promises.. Today 22 still the case is pending.. Refund is told after 45 days which was not inform while depositing money.. Incharge mr gaurav at ashanagar navsari is such a mannerless fellow... Consumer has to serach him out the office.. Made us wait for 50 min saying meeting is on.. Talking rudely n no responsibility is taken..
        We need refund n a strict action against mr gaurav for his rude n unprofessional attitude. With immediate effect

          From the past couple of days hathway internet isn't working during the whole day. I am trying to reach out to their customer care and the number is always busy and their is no response on the email as well. This is really frustrating since i have to do my work from home and it is affecting my work a lot.

            I stay at noblenagar, ahmedabad and i took the broadband connection thinking that i will have very less connectivity issues. And it was working okay until now during the lockdown. But in the last two or three days, i have had a lot of issues with the connectivity. I haven't been ablet o work at all for the last three days because the internet doesn't work. They were providing good services only for a few days to get market. And now they are showing their true colors.

              Im so fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
              I used to hold a hathway account about 1 and half years back. But i shifted my residence and hathway refused to provide their services in the new location. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but to no avail. Its torturous

              Im sorry that last complaint i had mistakenly gave my wrong phone number. Please ignore my last company. I mistakenly gave wrong phone number and that's the one of the hatway customer care number

              Somebody please help me get rid of these phone calls and sms harrasement...

                Worst services waste of time. I have paid installation amount on 3rd may 2020 ans still instillation is not completed. Every day calling the customer care saying 1 hour or 2 hours and no resolution as of now. It is almost 20 days same thing is going on. My account number: [protected]. My issue is blinks red light on router and i am not getting internet service since 14th may due to the cable disconnected outside which already raised issue n discussed with your customized care agents more than 20 times but no response as they are telling same thing is that need to wait till technician reached. Moreover they are disconnect the call on mid of discussion

                  I have got a new connection from hathway. Paid my full dues. But some issue from their side in finance and billing they've terminated my account next day of the service starting. I am fed up with the customer service they have not gotten back to me. It's been 8 days now. Worst service ever. I am on the verge of launching the complaint against them in the consumer forum.

                    This is really frustrating and i am really really really disappointed with gtpl serivces. This is regarding internet issue that i am having right now. I am using gtpl broadband since 25th apr and from 15th may after midnight the internet has stopped working. I have dropped emails also have raised lot of tickets which were closed by gtpl team without any resolution. I have called many times on gtpl customer care they also have not provided any resolution to this problem and still this is 5th day continuously i am facing the issue. Due to this i am not able to do my office work while i am being charged for internet service even if i am not able to use it. Could you please check this and help me with the resolution as i am really frustrated with gtpl services. I hope you will not charge money for those day unti my internet doesn't start working

                      After so many complaints, calls, eamils i am writting here to get the resolution. First i am really disappointed with the services of gtpl.
                      I am using gtpl broadband since 25th apr and from 15th may after midnight the internet has stopped working. I have dropped emails also have raised lot of tickets which were closed by gtpl team without any resolution. I have called many times on gtpl customer care they also have not provided any resolution to this problem and still this is 5th day continuously i am facing the issue. Could you please check this and help me with the resolution as i am really frustrated with gtpl services. This experience suggest me to advice my colleague and friends not to have gtpl connection. I want my whole refund of 6 month package and then you can close this internet connection as i am really frustrated with this internet.

                        Dear sir/mam,

                        I am from electronic city phase-1, i have enquired about internet connectivity in my building, one of the executive shrikant came and collected all the docs like pan, adhar, photos, rental agreement and collected a cash of 3000rs for providing the new connection. After few hour he is saying that we canot give the connection to your bulding, in my building already 2 users are taken hathway internet.

                        When i repetedly called he is now unresponsive.

                            Hi,

                            I have taken the hathway connection on 15 may 20, on 16 may 20 they have installed the modem and after the activation, the internet is not working anyway. It's getting disconnected again and again and when i raised the ticket and got the call form hathway it worked for around 30 minutes then again faced the same issue.

                            I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise disconnect it and do my refund because i just started using it and it's working like this and i have taken the 6-month plan so in the next coming month what will happen don't know.

                            I am just fed up with hathway. And i want to disconnect and please do my refund.

                              Hello team hatway are you ppl crazy since march 9th 2020 connection was disconnected bcz of your illegal connection in the area and no bbmp approval for connection and due to tht bbmp had cut ur lines and u was promised tht by 11th march it will rectified but thill 23rd u did not resolve whn i was calling u ppl promised 24 hours since 23rd on april 18th whn i called u ppl said srry and will provide extension for the same but it did not hppn and finally on 15th may u have sent an field executive for service nd it was resolved the wire cut and after tht whn i called ppl said will extend the validity but today i. E 19th may u ppl are saying we can give extension. What the hell u ppl are u are making money in covid 19 is this the thing u ppl are i'm going to file a case against u i[censored] dont resolve in 48 hours i need responds from the right person my account number [protected] it was 6months plan and i have used only for 2 months

                                I have complained about internet connectivity and speed issue in gtpl customer care, they have resolved all the tickets without a solution. I am mention all tickets number with dates.

                                  I was customer of hathway for a long time. I paid for 3 months prepaid plan and used services for 10 days. Later i had to shift my connection to different area within the same city and raised request. They refused stating the area is non serviceable. I asked to refund atleast for 2 months amount as i am not at all using services for which they refused in a rude way. I am being penalized for their impotence. Kindly look into the issue.

                                    My internet is not working from last six days.
                                    Six complaints registered with company were closed without attending, no response from technical team nor from office staff.
                                    Kandivali office staff is very careless. Just doing timepass. Not picking up phone if they pick call after 15 to 20 redial they will rudely reply us why are we calling them it is lockdown & disconnect the call. This is there regular practice not to pick up calls & behave rudely evev before lockdown. They are worthless for hathway & spoiling hathway's image & reputation, request to management just throw out from your organisation & appoint some honest & capable staff for the company's benefit.
                                    If after 7 complians, 100 phone call, whatsup massages & sms, no win is interested to attend & solve my complaint.
                                    Please take immediate action to start my internet immediately.

                                      I raise a ticket for shifting Hathway broadband connection, but we didn't get any response from Hathway service.I paid an amount for 6months that is rs.3700 from April 15, 2020 to October 15, 2020.
                                      Do the shifting of connection, or else return back the money for 5months.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        As my account [protected] was deactivated for one year, the staff told us we need to recharge then only we can send technical staff to configure network. I paid 1500/- on 9 th may 2020 and daily i call the customer care they tell me we need 24 hrs. Four days ago they just sent another modem when i clearly told i need technical service, the guy another department will take care of that and till now there is no service and receive same answer from customer service daily.
