I took hathway broadband plan of 3 months and paid approx 1700 rupees on 21/3/2020. However could not get it installed at the location (Laxmi nagar delhi) because i came to my hometown because of covid lockdown. The agent put the connection on hold till 14th april as lockdown was supposed to open on the same date however it get extended till 3rd may. And i could not get back to my work location. Please process the refund i never get the connection installed. Thank you (+91-[protected])

    It's been almost 15 days since I have paid for mew broadband internet connection... installation for router is done ... but router is not working, and nobody is taking the responsibility for it...

      I got a call from number hathway asking me to me to pay rs 607/- in order to provide connection to my location at malad (East) - mumbai - 400097.

      Initially, she told that it is possible to provide connection and asked me to pay the amount before hand. She told that as it is lockdown so you have to pay.

      However, after two days of payment she told that connection is not possible in the location and did not refund my payment.

      They are still not refunding the amount after several complaints and have false marked my account as active and a false device id also they have generated a false bill.
      I already got connected with some other isp on the 17th.

      I will recommend anyone who reads this post not purchase anything from hathway. Please select those isp who install internet first then asks money from you after installation.

      Why is hathway harassing me? They do not create any clear Ticket for refund.
      They created a Ticket for refund then after some days marked it as a "shifting Request" and closed.

        First the agent when you contact him will send you a link for payment and after that will switch off his number or stop receiving calls then when you complaint only then and that too after 11 days some guys will come for installation of router and cables and when you ask them about activation they’ll say it hardly will take 2 hours and that’s when the fraud begins. You keep on calling customer care for activation and they’ll keep on giving you new dates and time like 48 hours then they’ll say tomorrow and the same story goes on. So finally when you are fed up after so many days then you’ll ask for a refund so they’ll raise a ticket and say wait for 45 days for refund. That’s how the fraud is going on, if you’re not able to activate please tell a proper time why act like scamsters and because of hathway their customer care executive also have to face abuses.
        Finally opted for refund and going to file a case against them in consumer court.

        Today again I called the customer care again they said sir don’t raise the refund ticket your connection will be activated till 5 in the evening but no response all false promises.

        I raised a refund ticket which they got down and closed it without even informing me. What kind of service is this... never going to recommend hathway to anyone totally scamsters.
        I’m going to register a complaint against you guys.

          I dont need any installation informed the same on april4th.

          Still no refund is processed.

          Also remove this kind of fraud dealers from hathway to safe guard customers.

            This is one of the lowest level of companies in India. I don't understand how are they not facing any legal cases. They are sending me SMS every single day about the new Hathaway plan from the past 2 years. I never showed any interest in this. Also, there is no way to opt-out. Just pathetic and frauds running this company.

              Hathway has demanded rs.2500 for the modem for the internet connection which had been cancelled a year and a half back.

              Since i had cancelled my connection, i have never heard from any of their executives for the return of the modem, suddenly on 21/11/2019 after an year of cancellation of the connection. I received a threatening email to send the modem back to the company.
              Today, 22/4/2020 i received a phone call from one of the sales executives of hathway demanding rs 2500 for the misplaced modem after a period of almost one and a half year

                Sir/ mam, my cable operator has cut the channel. I am not able to see the channel. He is telling that due to non payment he has cut the channel but due to lockdown i am not able to pay the payment. And due to this how can i see the episode and use the time. And if he wants the payment then he should come to my home take the payment and recharge my channels.
                I hope you will solve the problem as fast as you can.

                  I have asked customer care to disconnect services in december 2019. I get calls every day three or. Four times and they say we will call you you do what you want. Hathway suganya is the lady who's speaking like this. I've asked you to come and take the connection with model and refund deposit. It's been six months. Now they're calling from mobile numbers which is hightly unethical.. Worst service and worst connection ever.

                    I had hathway account with the number :[protected]. I have returned the modem in the month of april 2019. They promised that they will give money but after many calls they have not given single rupee. If they don't give money back is not a problem, but i am getting 2 calls form them everyday to renew the connection. I even called customer care about that but no use. Even in lockdown period also i am getting call which disturbing more.

                      My account no is [protected]. I have made a payment of 425/- to renew my subscription for this month. I have made my payment on 17th april but the account has not been activated yet. I have called the customer service for more than 20 times but none of them have been able to resolve my issue.

                      They have transferred the calls to the concerned department and escalated the issue. But none of them responded after being on hold for more than 30 mins. They cut me off after sometime.
                      They say the issue will be resolved in 4 hours but it's been almost 5 days.
                      When i asked them for explanation, they don't respond and cut me off.

                      They would start calling everyday before 10 days of the due date. But once the payment is made, they just doesn't care about the customers.
                      I have spent more than 300 rupees calling the customer care in 5 days.

                      I don't want to continue with hathway anymore. It is really a disappointment and hathway is inefficient.

                        Im using hathway broadband and i’m facing an issue with internet connection. I created a ticket to resolve the issue i. E 19042020m822466. With out resolving the issue these guys are closed the ticket after two days. When i asked they why you closed the ticket again they created new ticket asked me to wait another 24 hours. It’s really worst service i ever seen. Can you please help to resolve the issue, it’s really impacting my due to internet connection issue.

                                With absolute disappointment i am drafting this mail

                                With 7 tickets where customer care is more conserved with closing the tickets than resolving
                                Multiple phone conversations with customer care
                                And multiple email exchanges - i have am not no success to get my internet activated,

                                Each conversation with the customer care has ended up bad and frustration with false promises

                                As i stay without the connecting during this time of work from situation, this is really affecting my work.

                                  Thi is joginder rajput and my id with gtpl broadband is rajput11.

                                  I am unable to use internet after march 31, 2020. I raised many complaints from the application and as soon as i raise the complaint it is being closed the very next day. I raised around 12 complaints in 20. Lastly i wrote an email to support team and after 48 hours i got a reply that they will solve the issue and again raised a complaint which was even closed the very next day.

                                  They did the same thing two years back when they disconnected the internet and kept me waiting for 1 month. I asked for a refund and there is no response. I called their numbers serveral times in a day and not a single time the calls get connected. Their appellete authorities phone numbers are all switched off.

                                  So please get into this and help solving this issue on priority basis and if they cant then i will need a refund of my money and if the solve then i look forward for an extension of the service in days from the time internet is down.

                                    I have several times requested the hathway professionals to stop sending me these msgs and to put me on dnd. On the other side, i activated dnd and still i see the msgs in my inbox every day. Can no one help me? How rude is this hathway company? Sick policies and culture!! Hathway doesn't even respond to email or my complaints for 2 years now. I don't know how this sick company would create a good image in people's minds. This is a big disgrace to all of its staff. I think hathway should quit its business in india.

                                      April o2, 2019 we paid amount for internett connection, since then, hathway customer care is making false promises, saying everyday problem will be resolved by end of the day. Nearly 20 times i have called customer care, same answer i am getting everytime. But internet connection was not made active till date.
                                      I request you u to initiate necessary action against hathway.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that hathway has taken an advance payment of rs 885 for installation of broadband connection at my house on 7.04.2020 and after numerous follow-ups and promises by them they are now denying to install connection at my home giving the reason that they don't have there services in my area but at the time of selling they never told me that and moreover they are also not giving me refund.
