Internet has not been up to my 50mbps speed which i've paid for.in the morning, the speed only goes up to 2 mbps and after 6:30-7 pm in the evening, everyday, internet com0letely shuts down and i do not get any internet every day. I've been working from home and losing money due to this issue. Thus has been happening for a good 20-30 days and several complaints through app and voice have been made and every time they say issue would be resolve 24 hrs and yet the same issue occurs everyday. Even the customer care number is hard to reach. If i want contact them, i have to atleast try 5-6 times, then the call connects. I would like my money back because they have been a [censored]y internet provider and do not care what happens to their customers,. They just want money. Several complaints later no action, same problem. # you hathway!!!
