From the day one they guys are irritating me to another level.
1. They took 10 days for installation.
2. They took 5 days for generating i'd password. 3
3. After everything because of technical range speed is not good, disconnecting frequently.
4. No proper response by customer care, its been 10 days i'm calling them for the same problem.

    Hai my modem power out was failed beacuse of plug was fired due to heavy rain. I raised complaint on Friday. They told me with in 24 hours your problem is resolved But till now I didn't receive any call form them. I am doing work from home beacuse of no wifi I am unable to work.       I have used hathway Broadband internet and then disconnected 1 year ago. But till today I have receiving callsand messages from hathway broadband internet. So many I informed them, but still they coming from different mobile numbers and calling me, it make very disturbing. Please solve this issue

        Hello team,

        The main concern is about not responding the call & messages and no updated from any one no reply from the concern department.

        (I[censored]nable to provide the service there is no right to collect the payment from the customer)

        As i was in need of internet services for my office work, i went to hathway website for inquiry on 21st april 2020 and i filled up the forum with required details. After sometime i got the call from hathway sales team and she was asking for some basic details like where do you reside (Area and pin code) and she said that i will get the call from the team allocated in our area.

        On the same day after 2 hrs i got the call from mr. Vikas kude from hathway – he said he need below required documents – id proof, address and email id and also said that once i send the documents i will get the link and then i need to make the payment and the service will be activated within 2 days. And then i have shared the required documents on the same day and made the payment of inr 4365.00 on 22nd april 2020 at 09:27 am early in the morning for 6 months plan and mean while before sending the documents and making the payment he called me thrice for documents and twice for payment.

        After making the payment he stopped receiving call and replying messages i have tried calling him and kept sending mesaage a lot for activation and installation but the call went not responding and no reply to messages. Then on next day i had a word with customer care executive he said i will get the call from the concern person and till the time i have not received the single call from anyone and also few executives disconnected my calls saying that they cannot do anything (Sorry and call hangup). And i have also tried with nodal and appellate but received automated reply on my email. So please let me know how to proceed.

        Now the concern is that i do not want hathway services to be activated and installed. And request you to refund the amount paid 4365.00 on 22 april. Please refund the amount as soon as possible in this pandemic situation or else i need to take the strict decisions.

        Before processing need the call back from the concern senior person who is going to take care of this. Also need the reply back with the complain no and required time to resolve this case.

          Its been 7 days i took a new hathway broadband connection they charged for 6months. Next day evening they came and installed on old modem and given cable connection. They said it will be activated by evening. But it was activated after 2 days that too by continuous follow up to them. None of the executives are responding to calls or messages. My internet is not at all coming and showing no internet access in computer as well as phone. I didn't even used a single byte of internet. While taking new connection and billing the executives are number one in addressing the payment issues. But once the payment is done, they left me with irresponsible behaviour by avoiding calls and messages. Even i sent 2 mails 1 for local head office and one for central. There also the same non responsive thing came forward.

            Internet has not been up to my 50mbps speed which i've paid for.in the morning, the speed only goes up to 2 mbps and after 6:30-7 pm in the evening, everyday, internet com0letely shuts down and i do not get any internet every day. I've been working from home and losing money due to this issue. Thus has been happening for a good 20-30 days and several complaints through app and voice have been made and every time they say issue would be resolve 24 hrs and yet the same issue occurs everyday. Even the customer care number is hard to reach. If i want contact them, i have to atleast try 5-6 times, then the call connects. I would like my money back because they have been a [censored]y internet provider and do not care what happens to their customers,. They just want money. Several complaints later no action, same problem. # you hathway!!!

              I am about to lose my job due their internet quality and speed, paid for 50mbps and getting only 1-4mbps during peak office hrs,

              Work from office is allowed but due to hathway, i have to take so much stress and even personal offs

              Actual : 1-4mbps,

              Can't work from home during lockdown due to low speed internet even when paying for 50mbps.

              8-10 complaints and 100+ calls in last 1 month about speed issue and connection dropdown everything will be done by them after lockdown.
              But yes online renewal payment will be accepted by them.

              As I mentioned, after these many complaints registered officially on your app/web...almost no one contact me (just 1/2 calls) and NO SOLUTION as all for sure.

              And yet after your comment its been 24hrs, no one contact me and speed is still between 2 to 4.51 mbps on 03-May-2020 : 8.10pm...

                I did recharge on my Hathway cable TV account no [protected] on 6th April 2020 but on 29th April I was not able to view channels, error " not subscribed" was displayed.
                Again I did recharge on same date ie 29th April but after 2 days I am not able to see channels on my TV due to the same error .

                    For past 5days my internet speed is non existent,
                    My download speed is 50+mbps but
                    My upload is on avg 0.01mbps (Most of the time it's 0.00mbps) upon that packet loss is around to 30 to 40% loss

                    I cant upload my work and that download speed is of no use with packet loss

                    At this time work from home is very crucial and i believed u guys before went with this connection

                    Now please look into this at these crucial times and resolve my issue at quickest
                    Thank you

                    I used their service for 3 months liked and after i renewed it again just to see they started showing their true colors

                      Hello.. My account no. Is [protected]. I have e taken a 3+1 plan from hathway broadband where they have given me only 3 months internet services and deactivated the internet. I have taken connections from past 2 and half years where as i am facing this problem with them always. For current situation before they will disconnect my internet prior to that only i have called them to update there database where they have provided me wrong bill as pe the 3+1 plan. They have raised the service request but when ever i call to them to knowing the progress of result they will say it is in progress and further team will work on this for this i had called 10 times but always they have responded with same update. When i have called them last time they said trial pack added to my account and i can avail that for 5 days. There also i had raised my complaint why they are providing me trial pack when i have already paid for 1 month extra as per the 3+1 plan i should get that than again response from their end billing team will get back to me. And today i can see request has been closed. Internet again deactivated since no one worked with billing team and the worst situation is no one picking the call also from hathway services bangalore. Just have a question with hathway services why they do cheating with their customers this much?? And whom i should contact for complaints?? Here is the number which i have called today 3 times[protected] and past 1 week i got same update from these many people:karthika, yamuna, vidyasagar, kavita, sugandh, gautam their supervisor from bangalore no one has taken responsibility to complete the complaint request.

                        It is almost 5 days till no technician came and did not give the connection. We have paid 6 months of amount. Now those customer service people are not lifting my calls.. Please consider this issue. I may lose my job... If possible please solve the issue today orelse share me the refund link of hathway. Really i had a very bad experience with hathway technicians and customer services...

                          Hi - i filled in my details on hathway website to call me for broadband internet somewhere in the month of march - 2020. I received a call from hathway sales representative muthukumar that i have internet service available in my area on 19-april-2020.

                          I have informed him that my house is located interior to the street and also informed him that airtel broadband was unable to provide me internet due to the same.

                          He promised that hathway will surely provide connection and also connected me with his tl daniel to convince me for internet plan.

                          It was pre-booking of 6 months for the price rs:6057 which i paid on the next day morning which is on april 21st. I received hathway technician on the same day afternoon but what he informed me was shocking. There was no internet box in my street and he confirmed that connection is not possible. He also informed me that he informed this to daniel and his team but they are still doing sales call to area where there is no internet connection box available. They also booked for another customer from my street whom the technician denied to offer internet before.

                          Not the least, technician told me that daniel and team are pitching internet connection to the area where there are no connection inorder to complete the sales quota!

                          I called muthukumar and informed him on that internet box is not available but i didn't say about what technician told me. He connected me with daniel and he told he will check with the concession team.

                          Next day i called and followed up, muthukumar told he will talk to concession team and he haven't called me back ever since.

                          On 23rd i have been making around 10 calls to muthukumar and he haven't picked my call up. I pinged him on whatsapp till now to refund amount, which he saw but never responds to my call.

                          Hathway, although i heard your service is good, your sales person behaviour and customer experience is pathetic. I will further check on ways to escalate this.

                          I would have atleast won't raise a complaint if he would have called me back and told me to wait for sometime longer or gave me a lame excuse at least!

                          But for now, please refund my money.

                            Since it has been almost 1 month completed i have paid for 3 month unlimited package and at my home due to some cable connection issue internet is not even started after recharge, no one as turned up to resolve it. I have recharged it for my wfh project. Now i have opted for some other internet option. There is no neccesary to come from your service
                            Such an pathetic service it is no one is taking the responsibility to either talk or pick up the phone calls. If i have not recharged you will call 1000 times and if there is some issue with your network and we are in need means there is not even a single person to respond even a single call. I want my money back refund it otherwise i will raise consumer complaint and stressing us on this. My a/c no.[protected].

                                My net plan is 50mbps. But my net is slow. I contacted hathway customer service from 21 april to till date daily via phone they are telling it will fix.
                                But is not fixed. And i'm escalating this on hathway app also by the evening they closing that and stating issue resolved but not resolved. When i told to cancel they told cannot cancel. Please help me i'm working from home.net speed is 2, 3, 4 mbps like. Actually my plan is 50mbps unlimited data.

                                    I got msg from hathway that renew ur acc with 3months and get 1 months free waha unhone amount mention nhi kia tha so mera plan every month 550 ka h so myne 1650 ka payment kia. 23rd ko meri renewble date thi myne 19th april ko renew krdia tha or phir costomer care ka call aaya unhone bola ki offer wala plan 1650 ka nhi mehnga h so unhone bola jo apna 1650 payment kia h usme s 550 apka one month ka plan activate krdete h or baaki ka 1100 apko refund krwa dete h but 23rd april ko mera hathway internet band krdia in logo ne payment b leli or account bhi activate nhi kr rhe what the hell is this... I only want ki mera account activate kia jaye or mera 1100 baaki ka amount refund yato aage ke bill me adjust kraya jaye abhi me net nhi chala parha account band h hathway app se ticket raise krne par yeh log ticket close kr de rhe h bina solution ke

                                        Respected sir/ma'am,
                                        I am a client of hathway since many years and have always faced the issue of renewing my plans with them. They have different policy which is a bit confusing and the employees working in our branch talk in a very rude behaviour.
                                        When you ask one person about the details of the plan go to x person after which they ask about my building name so i have to meet the other person for further queries. It is a small unit but lot of chaos within themselves plus waiting period also counts when you are already been taken by one.
                                        Apart from this, there is no intimidation given for renewal of the plan and they just cut off the cable. When you call them they don't respond to the calls or messages. I and my family is been trying to call them from past 4 - 5 days to start our connection. They just fail to respond in any way also i have sent the mail on the complaint id mentioned on their website, to my disguise no respond.
                                        During the period of lockdown, how do we fix this as we have to restrict our movement. We are calling them to ask how do we start the connection again but no one replies and when you go personally, they ask for the receipt and then we have to fill up the form (Since we have taken a-l-a cart channels as their package channels doesn't have our chocies) and then do the payment.
                                        Can we have a shorter way or a quicker way to do the payment plus an intimidation of renewal so there's no disconnection. Thank you
