My Internet has not been working since 1 week.I have also registered a complain in GTPL customer care. I have been waiting from one week to get resolved my problem. Every day GTPL broadband company is saying that we will resolve your problem sooner. but no steps have been taken to resolve my problem.And also i have to face this problem after every 3 or 4 days. I am so tired with this. I think Consumer care should take actions against the fraud companies like GTPL. I am also going to raise this issue on every consumer forum.

    They have charged double payment for the month November, 2019 and March, 2020. I had made payment for my broadband for the month of March on two occasions - 26th March and 2nd April when the service stopped working abruptly. They keep sending me notifications of payment due when the payment has alreay been made.

      Hi, i am from hyderabad, i got hathway broadband connection recently. Please activate hath way internet to my account as soon as possible. I have sent many mails regarding internet connection, but i didn't receive any response. Please activate internet to my account as soon as possible. After paying money also internet is not coming. So resolve my issue asap.

      Aftter sending mails and posting here also no response from still issue not resolved. Firstly I asked connect after giving connection money returned. So I lost the connection. Again as per representative I made a payment for internet. After paying also no internet Is coming. I don't why hath way providing these kind of poor services. These services I never expected from hathway . Please respond and resolve the issue.

      I made payment and waiting for internet activation. But in your hathway app it is showing totally wrong detail . When it will activate? How much time it will take to activate. I don't why internet not activated after done payment. Resolve my issue ASAP .

      After making payment also details not showing in hathway app. Is that app is working or not. Raised a ticket for internet activation. Still my issue not resolved. Simply closing the tickets. Showing wrong details.

        Hello,

        My name is ritu navle. I have made a payment of 4365 inr yesterday for hathway wifi service at my location khadki bazar.
        They had informed me that the internet connection would start by yesterday evening. Now that it has been more than 24 hours, i have not received any confirmation and there is no internet connection.

        Also, the service providers are not answering the calls inspite of calling them multiple times for help.
        Please do understand the urgency of this matter and help me to resolve this as soon as possible.

            Hi,
            I applied for new connection on 21-mar-2020 and the payment also done on the same day. As communicated with one of the executive, they said it will be done on monday i. E. 24-mar-2020. From that day i am calling every day to customer care for cabling and installation. They replied every time it will be doen by eod.
            I fed up with this answer and asked for refund. Initially they said ok and next when i asked when did get my refund. The executive said it is not possible online, for refund he has to go to the office. How can it be possible, if you can accept payment online you should refund it online.
            Please help me on this topic.
            I need my amount with interest.
            Please find the attached receipt and contract number through which i applied for the connection.

            Hi on 14th November i paid 399rs for net connection for Hathway. later they informed that connection not available in my area and they told will return back amount its almost 1 month still they have not returned money.

            and the person who interacted with me is escaping and he as switched of his phone.

            one of worst support from hathway. attached the message received for installation. and no response further on this.

              I booked my wifi conection on 19th march and paid full amount. they promised that it would be installed on saturday but it didn’t happened. After so much follow up it got installed on next Saturday. But it stopped working after 2 days. I called customer care and they took my complaint. Next day my complaint got closed without any resolution. No one came to see issue or no one called me and issue still there. I am doing wfh and it’s affecting my work. I tried call customer care again for atleast 6 hours and always it was showing busy. Really frustrating and pathetic service from GTPL.

                My Hathway Account number is [protected]. I have made payment of RS.2522 on 23rd March but till now facing internet connectivity issues. I called so many times for customer but no one is lifting the call. As there is lock down is going on currently it is impacting our office work due to no internet connectivity.I have raised many tickets but there is no resolution from them. I want Hathway to refund my money immediately as i do not want to continue. It is waste of my time waiting for their untimely resolution. Hence please refund my amount to below ICICI bank account no :[protected].

                  Hi,
                  I never believed that i would have such a hard time dealing with hathway broadband. I live in indirapuram and my service id is [protected]. I have been repeatedly complaining about disconnection of my internet and slow speed for over 1 year now. Since the beginning, the high speed connection i took has failed to deliver what was promised. I don't live in a remote location where it is difficult for signal emission. I live in urban area where the reach ability is excellent. But hathway has not heard me for once. I have requested them, begged them and asked them to please fix the issue but they would only say it is fixed at their end and would close the complaint thread. I am surprised, even after paying almost inr 20, 000 to them, i have nothing in my hand. They decide to conclude the problem is solved without taking a feedback from the consumer. I would really want to take this ahead to the court and file a legal case against them for conning people like us. I have records of all the necessary raised complaints on their portal.

                      Hathway broadband hyderabad is frauding its customers by taking payment saying that they will provide service at the time of payment but after payments done, they are not providing service till covid-19 lockdown is over. After all not even responding to calls, emails & complaints. Without solving & attending our service issues, they are closing the complaint tickets.

                        Hi I just reopened my account [protected] and I didn't get any help from Hathaway. After repeated requests a Hathaway executive came handed over the modem on my society gate and asked me to get it working myself, I wasn’t happy but I agreed due to the current situation. Prior to this their representative told me to install this saying internet service is working so there wont be any problem installing, I asked him repeatedly are you sure considering the current situation, he said yes all Internet related services are functional and working, our executive will come and install so I was surprised but thought if he’s saying this so maybe it’s true, so I paid 1month charge of 500 rupees. This man has lied to make me buy the internet and I got no help from Hathaway, I still don’t have the broadband connection that I payed for! When I got no help I tried to talk to this man but he wasn't even picking up my calls when I was calling him!
                        I don’t want your connection now after all that has happened so refund my money as my internet is also not functional!
                        I have already tried mailing delhi Hathaway help desk, they also sent a mail saying an executive will revert back in 3 days but it has been 5 days no one has reverted! Today I got a message saying my balance is -4.4, I was surprised as just 5 days before I payed Hathaway 500 rupees for a connection that I didn’t get! I understand the current situation well and that’s why I asked their executive again and again whether it’s possible, to which he lied saying it will be done! Resorting to lies inorder to get a customer was very sad and distressing! Please refund my money and remove my number from your calling list as I don’t wish to take your service as you are causing mental harassment to me!

                        We are asked not to give our numbers here but since Hathway is asking that's why I'm writing in the hope that I'll finally get help this time! my city is Indirapuram, ghaziabad and the number is [protected]! I've been told this before also that an executive will get in touch but they don't so please make sure that it actually happens this time!
                        Also I don't wish to take your connection anymore now as mentioned in my complaint so I would like you to delete my contact from your database so that Hathaway doesn't disturb me again!

                            Applied for a broadband connection on 24 march 2020 by paying 5303 online. The guy who was about to install indormed that the installation will be done by 28 march, however he had switched off his mobile. Was afraid and as per the sms received from hathway, requested for a refund by providing my account details on 28 march. The time to receive refund was 3 days. Still i have not received my refund back in my account. The guy who sent the link from hathway requesting to make payment was abishek and his contact number is [protected]. These hathaway people cheat amidst the covid-19 pandemic. They are really helpless. If i do not receive the refund, i wish to make a complaint in consumer court and sue hathway

                            I am also facing same issue. I paid entire amount on 6th April 2020. Still installation not done. If it cannot be done then why are you people taking installations . Just say no if it cannot be done. Also if this does not work out so we have to see some other broadband providers. In this lockdown period its really difficult to check for the same

                              I applied for internet broadband connection on 21st march 2020 at hathaway the technicians connected modem, but my connection could not be made since there was technical issues with modem, and i have paid rs. 2652 for the connection, i waited for couple of days and contacted executives, toll free, and mailed to support at hathaway, but no response at all. I have asked them for refund and disconnection. Please help me to get back my hard-earned money and losees occurred since i could not work from home because of the poor services.

                                  Hello team,
                                  We activated the hathway broadband services 50mbps on 16th mar'2020 for an entire year subscription for rupees 4838.00. Since that day the highest speed received was 5 mbps. I have been complaining about the issue to hathway customer care since 17th mar'20 and to date they could not able to solve the issue. And since last week they are not answering the call by taking advantage of city lockdown. The entire last week the seed of the net was not more than 0.5 mbps. (I am attaching the record of a speed test i've been doing since then). The customer service is very tough to get connected. Having a situation wherein the internet plays a vital role for the people working from home, i request your intervene to get this connection canceled and we get our refund post deduction of the 2 week so called services they had given. Please do the needful. I am attaching the invoice and the record of the speed test done at my end.

                                    New connection was requested on march 20 and amount is already paid for 3 months. Till now installation was not done. Please install or give me refund. Hathway guys are horrible. Due to current situation due to covid 19, most of them need to do wfh. But with out internet connection how will we work. Called hathway customer care and they will say to wait till tomorrow every day i call, they say same story but will not install internet.
                                    Worst customer experience in hathway. They will not understand our concerns and days keep on counting till now it is not fixed. How many days we need to wait. Don't you guys bother about your customers. Hathway give me refund for the amount i paid rs. 1767 as you guys are not fixing my installation. I want refund with in one day. Don't expect us to wait for the refund for 30 days. Change your refund process of 30 days refund.

                                        I have paid for new internet connection 10 days ago, and still no one has come to install the connection. I tried calling the customer care and they said the local office is responsible for new connections, but no one is giving any responsible answer at local office. I work at another city and i have to work for remote now, so i need broadband as soon as possible. If anyone can do something about this please
