Hello sir/madam,
I had purchased a broadband plan from hathway and made payment of 3006/- rupees, i paid and purchased the plan because the hathaway representative assured me that the installation will be done next day before 12pm,
I tried calling multiple times to the representative () of hathway, and hathway customer care number, and also nodal officer many times, no one responded.
Now i am done with this, its a very bad customer service, even before the installation no response from customer care,
Hence, i want to cancel the transaction and kindly refund the amount as soon as possible via the same mode of payment.
