Hello sir/madam,

I had purchased a broadband plan from hathway and made payment of 3006/- rupees, i paid and purchased the plan because the hathaway representative assured me that the installation will be done next day before 12pm,

I tried calling multiple times to the representative () of hathway, and hathway customer care number, and also nodal officer many times, no one responded.

Now i am done with this, its a very bad customer service, even before the installation no response from customer care,

Hence, i want to cancel the transaction and kindly refund the amount as soon as possible via the same mode of payment.

Note : please find the attached receipt for your reference.

    From last 4 months almost every week it's stop working and I did complain about it every week ...it doesn't solve on the spot ...the technical comes n till it solve it take 2 or 3 days and agin in 4 days it stop working ..I'm really fade up..today even I can't complain through the app coz of some technical issues

      Account no [protected]. I am a new hathway broadband customer. I opted for plan 500.. Before choosing this plan, the sales person (Pavithran [protected]) said that this plan is 200gb per month and sent the details via email.. He also said the additional 200gb may be provided (200+200).. I have attached the details he sent via mail. Now when i check the details, it shows 400 gb valid for 6 months.. Monthly is not specified.. I got confused and sent a mail to cc and they said they will provide a solution but i have been waiting for the last 6 days!! Because of this i am not able to use it normally. I feel cheated. I want the quota to be updated as monthly and the promised quota should be given.

      As a new customer when we are not aware of the speed or the monthly quota limit, that’s not properly provided by the customer care even after sending many emails or they are not even aware of it..When we ask another hathway customer they will give proper info..Infact my problem was resolved like that only.

      Still waiting..sent a complaint one week back and subsequent mails sent as well and still the problem not yet solved in spite of posting it here..should have opted for ACT..made a mistake by choosing hathway ..customer service is worst.

        I got a call from their sales team as usual like they call everyone to harass 7-8 calls a day. As i required i agreed and choose a plan of 3+1 month. She said sharing a link and i have to pay before 6.30 and they will install it next day morning. Next day was "janta curfew". On another day i called guy from local office he said i will got confirmation by 11a. M and let you know. I did'"nt get any call so i called around 12 p. M. He said offices are open and assure me that i get resolved by today evening (22 march). I can understand their problem but its 5 day they don, t even responding. Costumer care are unreachable local hathway staff is not responding. I have tried contact everyone in this region but nobody helped me. I feel like cheated. Its humiliating
        Paid for services on"21 march 2020"and today is"25th march" still got not even assurance.

          It's very disappointing that after paying the money no one has come for installation it's already been 5 days no response from the agent or customer support. My work has been hampered for this stupid broadband connection. Bloody scammers u just lie to grab the money that service ll be installed in 1 day once u got the money ur phone is switched off n no response from anyone. I want the refund.

            This is happening time and again. At least once a month i face a problem with the internet disruption. During this time of curfew, exactly a day before it was imposed that is on 21st march 2020, my internet is cut off though i had another 20 days left for current month's package. I immediately raised a complaint in the app and got an acknowledgement via sms. Now it is the 4th day and still, i have not received a solution to it. Without the internet, it is really hard to work from home and causing lot of inconveniences. As said this is not the first time, i even had worst experience earlier on frequent interruption with the connection and decided to leave but the provider lured me back to their service with false promises and retention offers. I regret greatly in choosing hathway broadband. Can someone please quickly fix the connection back as i need it very badly for my daily work.

                I've paid 1767/- for 3 months internet connection on date 19-march-2020. Its been 5 days. I tried to call & message your so called customer support team for hundred times. I even went to your office building and gave a personal complaint on 20th. Then on 21st evening, a technician came and fixed a modem (Full of dust and wires broken) but the cable connection was not given. He said that i need to raise a new complaint for that because without a cable connection there won't be any internet service. The person who promised at your office that the connection will taken care, is now saying that its not under his zonal area and blocked my number. I don't know how to react or even compare your service with anyone else in the industry. I'm so pissed off and lost impression on hathway totally. I want to cancel this order and get my money back in refund. Attached the payment receipt for your reference. Please help.

                  I have already paid for my connection and my Aadhar card details along with PAN card have been shared to this number - [protected], Name - Bharath via whats app.

                  False details were shared with me and when inquired with another sales agent, they are sharing different plans.

                  I was told i will be having connection setup in 1 day and it's been 5 days now and no call from executive.

                  I have followed up with this agent multiple times and now there is no response. Phone was switched off last time we tried reaching out.

                  We are sharing our personal data to executives on what's app chat and paying amount online. Suddenly, no response from executive.

                    I deactivated my Act broadband and opted hathway broadband. I opted hathway as they promised me offers on bills. I am bound to work from home but for the past few days there is no connectivity. I called customer care and there is no response. Net connection is also very bad.i called the entire team who processed the internet service but no one responded. I just want my money back.

                      I have paid ₹3170 towards my hathway broadband connection it's been 4 days no response from the company as well as executives i at least want my money back i need to work from home am the bread earner of my family and i will not get paid anything from office if i don't work if they do not want to give connection y did they take amount i have to work with out which my family will be under pressure so please look into the issue and help me get connection or at least my money hathway people are not even responing am called 200 times and tierd

                          I paid the amount for 3 months for the new connection. For taking the connection they came in 15mins and took the money on 20th march. No one has come for the installation till now. There is no proper customer care number. What a cheating it is?? If they know they cannot do the installation, they should not collect the money. They are not providing a proper contact number to ask about the installation. They do not have courtesy to inform the consumer about delay. The no.1 cheating broadband.

                            I have paid 3052 rs on 20 th of march and the person who helped me create the account mentioned that it will be done in 48 hours but it is more than 5 days still no connection given and no update as well. I coudnt continue my work because of this non-sense false promise.

                            Tried calling customer service and no one is picking it up such a worst service.

                            Hathway have a thought that we have paid the money, so we have to use the service whenever they are giving.

                            @hathway: these tough timings and you should stand with u but u are just seeing business oppurtunity which is fine but why dont you get some more money and give connection. If you cant give connection then why false promises. If you dont give me connection by today, i will go to consumer court.

                                In a crisis situation like corona, when there is a need to WFH & after taking full advance payment, connection is not working.

                                Calling sales rep, more than a 100 times. Still no response.

                                  I got hath way broadband connection, But internet is not activated yet, I didn't get any activation call from hathway broadband. I am trying to reach customer care number. It is not working.No response for emails from hathway broad band.I am receiving very poor service from hathway.My internet not yet activated. No proper response from hathway.How can i proceed further these kind of poor services. If hathway not able to activate my internet. Please kindly refund my money and collect router.

                                    I paid rs.10k to renew my hathway 50mbps plan on 22nd march 2020. The speed i am getting or this plan since 1 week is below 2 mbps. Since yesterday i am getting less than 1mbps. I called hathway, tweeted and even sent them mhy details 7-8 times. They either say that the problem is temporary and will be fixed in 2 hours and it never gets fixed or they don't pick up. I have been begging and pleading them since my state is in lockdown and i have to do work from home which is impossible to do at less than 1mbps. Please i request you to solve this

Since no subscription is provided i wanted a refund but haven't been able to contact anyone. The person who was supposed to provide the service is not picking up my calls. I have attached the bill.                                         For the account number [protected], I reactivated my account and it's been 3 days but no sign of technical executive for installation. I reactivated this at 12 noon on 21 march and in your Hathaway app it's already showing that 2 days are over and 89 days are left. But as your technical executive never visited and fitted the modem then why your app is reflecting that net is active and I have used net for two days. I already made the payment and received the message that this your account bit where the hell is technical executive executive who will fit the modem. This kind of services you are providing to your customers. Take the money and do not respond to calls and messages of the customers. When call your local net provider, received message that sir I don't have the number of technical executive and I am working from home I don't have any others numbers. This is your service to handle the customers.

                                        And if i call to cancel this plan, your executive said that its not refundable and gave me email id [protected]@hathway.com to email and guess what this email id is not even real. My email was not sent to this email. Your service is very bad and i faced it now the second time.
