getting speed of less than 2 mbps in 50mbps connection

Took internet connection on 13th march by paying rs.4436 for 50mbps connection for 6 months on which hathway provided 2 months extra..
Got connection on 14th march and on first day itself i raised issue of low speed. I got this connect since i knew that work from home is going to come due covid-19. Since then every single day i have been raising issue in hathway app. Have raised 12 service ticket as of now which they close as soon...

Please be informed that i have requested for boardband connection from hathway on march 20th 2020. Still they haven’t provided connection as well as refund. When i contacted the zonal manager mr. Jayakumar[protected] who haven’t responded properly and used abuse words to us. So i haven requested to refund the money on march 31st 2020. Till the date i didn’t get any refund. Kindly check and take necessary action against them...

new connection- pathetic service

HI, I paid for Annual subscription for broadband and paid the amount on 1st April. The executive who coordinated informed that the installation will be done in 72 hours. I didn't receive any call or information from them. It is 15th day today and nothing has happened so far.

The executive is not responding and after trying to contact her for 50 times in a day she will answer the call and she says due to lock-down there is...

technical problem since 3 months

I have complaints 10-15 times to my cable operator that i am facing technical issue since 3months, due to which half of the channels are not broadcasted. Also i contacted the customer care representative, he too promised the issue will be resolved, but no action was taken. The technician resolves the complaint without even coming to my house. Since, hathway is negligent to resolve the problem, hence, i will take a legal action against them....

speed issue

I have taken speed of 50 mbps however i m getting only 0.5mbps speed.

I spoke to company many times. They rsise complaint but never fix the issue.

Multiple complaints has been raised however they do not acknowledge neither send their technician to fix.

Please help

It's been ten days of repeated calls but they never came to fix the issue instead asked us to visit their office which we did 2-3 times but still no response. I'm a new user of hathway broadband. After paying for new connection, they took almost one week for cabling and installation. But still the activation is not done. I call them twice and nobody pick up the phone and now this is happening for last four days. Now i got an impression i made a big mistake by opting for hathway connection. Truly unprofessionalism hathway guys!!!

I applied for new broadband connection on march 25th after confirming with the agent on the date of installation. He confirmed it will be installed on march 30 or 31st as they got the approval from government. On 30th i received call from service executive saying can we postpone the installation after april 14th as it is not possible to install now..in that case, i asked for a refund also simultaneously received a message from hathway if...

hathway internet speed and high ping issue

Recently i have opted hathway. From day 1 i have been getting very high ping on multiplayer games such as pubg for ex. I am getting 150-200 on all indian servers. The ping is absolutely fine in morning but after 11:00am it shoots up till late night... And the customer service is even worse.. Expect no help from them at all... Very poor customer service and their response time is even worse.
I have opted 50 mbps plan but i am getting...

I raised a request to cancel my services on feb 5 2020, it has been 2 months and it’s still not disconnected and i no longer stay in mumbai and i moved from there 2 months ago. The modem and router is still lying in there in mumbai. hathway connection not working

Hi my hathway broadband connection is not working. I raised a service request with high priority. I am working from home and my office work is getting affected because my internet is not working. I called customer service and they told me that someone will come to fix my internet connection in the evening today. I called them multiple times but still no resolution. deregister my mobile number

Hi,

I used hathway internet services few years ago. Despite repeated complaints reg. Removal of my mobile number from your database, i have been receiving emails continuously. My account number is [protected]. I dont have any plans to renew the connection in the near future. Please stop sending messages and remove my number from your database. Also, stop contacting me to persuade to resume the connection.
