Hi all, i have subscribed for hathway broadband connection on 30th march 2020
By pay online rs. 5650/- for 1 year plan. Till date there is no responding by call or the sms. Unfortunately one day their supervisor his name vamshi nagendra phone [protected] left the call and shouting on me! And saying why are you calling, you don’t have commonsense, i am on a meeting.
Today, 11th of april 2020 till date there is no response on call or messeage.
So, i have decided to cancel subscription and made cancellation request.

    Forced me to cancel ACT and to join hathway. From them he blocked my number.

    I dont need any installation informed the same on April4th.

    Still no refund is processed.

    Also remove this kind of fraud dealers from hathway to safe guard customers.

          I am using gtpl cable tv connection since last 5 years.

          But i feel that since last 2 years, cable operator have no interest to run the company. We are suffering with low quality results, no single and poor connection of gtpl cable tv connection.

          Frequently, i call to customer care and cable operator both, but no results found yet. First of all, they didn't pick the call and engaged with some personal calls. Physical visit also getting zero results.

          Customer ignorance and rude attitude of concern staff are terrific.

            They committed the new connection will be active within 48hours from the payment time and received rs.1639. Post that there is no response from them. After multiple false commitments like the connection will be active by eod, morning evening and started behaving in rude manner. It is 4 days and no initiative from them or contacts about the connection. Account # [protected]

              I hold an ac no [protected] i have uploaded refund request mail to your nodal officer. Which has been still not been reverted neither your toll free no were attended by your customer executive. When reached your kandivali east hathway office when we request for refund we just get mail id and said by your team members you can process refund request through this only. But you are just treating customer as a football once he done a payment u will make him ran everywhere to fix his problem.
              I have written to your nodal office constant visiting your kandivali east office but you guys are goons and shamless service provider. Once you took customer hard earned money u never deliver on your committments. I am attaching email screenshot. Please refer and revert on the same

Which has been still not been reverted neither your toll free no were attended by your customer executive.                     That he will provide me modem on 8th april but he is just making me fool everyday that he is on the way i have already inform my office that connection will be established within 1 day but now that person is not picking my calls and when i call him from other number he is just abusing me that whatever you want to do you can do.                       Re: technicolor router cum modem device is not working - bad service

                      I have contacted for internet connection on 26/03/2020
                      And provided all documents and paid (5650/-) on the same day.
                      Received call and informed me provide the connection by 3 days time.
                      Yesterday, cabling done and today technical execute came along modem cum router.
                      Details are here :

                      Model: tc7200. D1i
                      Ssid: tech_d0021657
                      Wpa2-psk: yurqhzdw
                      Date (Manufacturing): 07/2016
                      He has connected it with power supply and press the "reset" option the by safety pin.
                      He tried by enabling wi-fi option to see the "tech" available. It has not come this option for 30 mins.
                      He said that we will activate it now and it will display in wi-fi list "tech" option then i can connect by entering user as "d0021657" and password as "yurqhzdw" after 30 min and while he is leaving if "tech" option is not displayed in 1 hour you call me so that i can replace new modem cum router and he left.
                      After 12:30 it got message you connection has activated. I have not get "tech" in "wi-fi" list and i called 3 or 4 times to him. But, did not responded properly and did not come to fix this issue. Contacted customer they also did not prove the solution.
                      Technical person has given faulty device and he does not know how to enable internet using wi-fi option and his mobile details are: [protected]
                      Finally, many of friends and colleagues said that hathway is not reliable broadband "service in hyderabad and believe this is not correct when i get this issue fixed by tomorrow eod. Otherwise, please refund my amount which i have already paid.

                        We have been using hathway services for quite sometime now and today we had issue with the hathway broadband adapter.

                        Today the broadband adapter suddenly blasted, caught fire and flew and fell at a distance just missed falling on us. If we were not at home then the house would have caught fire and would have been disastrous.
                        It has blasted in such a way that the capacitor has penetrated the outer plastic casing and is half way out.
                        Please replace the adapters to good quality adapters. Take this as a priority and change the adapters so as to not cause any problems for people in future.

I literally don’t understand what you guys are working at the back end. Is this how you provide a customer service?

                            Sir,
                            I raise complain 5028940 on dated 03.04.2020 at 11:00 am. Internet not working los light blinking same informed to customer care, after register complain call to customer care twice and they confirm to provide solution within 1-3 days. After 5 days i again call to cc (Same confirmed by mr. Hanshraj puwar) after long waiting he informed your complain closed due to not allow person to visit your home, security guard not allow to enter in and he register new complain today 09.04.[protected]. I request to customer care so many times connect me with your nodal officer but he informed we can not connect you or not provide his number, so why they mentioned on website step-2 nodal officer applet officer?? You can check his number also not updated on websites.

                            I need your support during this covid-19 situation i will support my company as work from home and without internet not possible.
                            I concerned about mentioned below.

                            I was sent email to [protected]@gtpl.net with reminder as well.

                            - complain close without customer information
                            - technical person mentioned wrong reason as no security guard available in our society and he will not visited to my home.
                            - my mobile number already registered in my account but he not tried to call me once.
                            - escalation matrix not present for customer so if customer care not solve the issue who will be responsible..
                            - if this new complain also close without any customer intimation than what will we do???

                            I request to look to in this matter as gtpl not provide satisfactory services to customer and cheat with wrong information close the complain.

                              I have buy Gtpl Brodband connection for lockdown prieod to work from home my connection hasbenn disconnected since 4 days whenever i call them they said the cable cuted and take new complain and closed past complain without resolve that it is really getting disturbing since i have job concern.

                                I approached hathway for a new broadband connection, provided necessary documents and paid an amount of 5650 on 2nd april 2020. It was promised that the installation will be completed within 72 hrs but till now it was not done. Raised multiple tickets[protected]m560655, 05042020m602298, 06042020m616978) for installation and made multiple call to their customer helpline but no have resolved and keep on giving fake promises. I clearly explained the executive before doing payment about the need of internet i. E., and he assured that the connection will be given in 72 hrs and because of them my entire work is pending.
                                I hope you understand the problem. Please provide a quick response.

                                  I applied for internet broadband connection on 21st march 2020 at hathway (My account id [protected]) the technicians connected modem, but my connection could not be made since there was technical issues with modem, and i have paid rs. 2652 for the connection, i waited for couple of days and contacted executives, toll free, and mailed to support at hathway, but no response at all. I have asked them for refund and disconnection. Please help me to get back my hard-earned money and losses occurred since i could not work from home for one month because of the poor services.

                                    I was promised an upload speed of 3 mbps but it is really slow... I dont even get 0.10 mbps sometimes it is 0 mbps upload speed which gives me a lot of lag in games or if even i want to upload any videos to youtube it gets too slow.. Solve this issue as soon as possible or else legal action would be taken.

                                      I was promised a data of 1000 gb during payment of a plan which has a speed of 50 mbps... But i was given a quota of 220 gb and it got finished pretty early... The upload speed is terrible i cant even upload any video or anything..
                                      I am pretty disappointed and i need a solution... I keep calling them but no one is responding.. I try to open a ticket online in app but still they close the ticket without even resolving the issue... I don't really know what to do, i am not getting internet connection since almost 2 weeks and i am missing out on my work from home due to corona virus pandemic... I want my money back or i want to be compensated for the issue cause and this is unacceptable.

                                        Please be informed that i have requested for broadband connection from hathway on march 21st 2020. Still they haven’t provided connection as well as refund. Multiple times we have complained (Complained no. 25032020m456009, 31032020w528705 & 07042020w624690) till the date i didn’t get any refund. Kindly check and take necessary action against them.
