My account number is [protected] and I have raised alot of complaints but no response. I am suppose to work from home but due to Hathway with no internet access, I still can't work.. I am really sad regarding this... Kindly help me with this... My account is actually still pending.. I don't knows what to do because there is no one to help me..
I'd booked a connection on 19/03/2020 and I haven't recieved Modem/Router yet. The sales man told that the installation would be completed in the next 24 hours but it was just a lie...
Today, after 2 days, the cables are being fixed however, the Modem/ Router is not yet delivered to me.. I called the sales man and also the technician but it was of no use.. I am really disappointed about it.. As you know due to Conora Virus, I was to work from home and till now my internet connection is still incomplete..
I Got Router installed but there is no internet connection again.. I am very very much disappointed and regret to chose Hathway and this is my biggest mistakes... No one seems to care the customers after the payment is made.. I have to call the sales man again and again for over 3 days to get the cable installed and another 1 day to get the Router.. But now, I don't know how long I have to wait for the internet? I was to work from home and because of Hathway I have to be leave from my work.. I have also sent email before but it seems that no one is taking interested in it. I don't even get a response from anyone...
