Hello,

I have registered for new wifi connection

Still, no person come and install the connection

If i call the respective sales team executive. I didn't receive proper response

I habe rasied query also... There is no response

I am planing to cancel the subscribtion

1) how will i cancel my registration?
2) when my money will refund to my account?

    Took internet connection on 13th march by paying rs.4436 for 50mbps connection for 6 months on which hathway provided 2 months extra..
    Got connection on 14th march and on first day itself i raised issue of low speed. I got this connect since i knew that work from home is going to come due covid-19. Since then every single day i have been raising issue in hathway app. Have raised 12 service ticket as of now which they close as soon as i raised. Call center is also not functioning due to lockdown in india. My 4436 rupees got wasted as i can't work from home and have to work on mobile hotspot which is faster than hathway connection..
    I request hathway to cancel my connection since i am in first month of the pack that i have taken and refund all money so that i can take some other internet connection.

        Please be informed that i have requested for boardband connection from hathway on march 20th 2020. Still they haven’t provided connection as well as refund. When i contacted the zonal manager mr. Jayakumar[protected] who haven’t responded properly and used abuse words to us. So i haven requested to refund the money on march 31st 2020. Till the date i didn’t get any refund. Kindly check and take necessary action against them

          Our vc no. Is[protected] for which tv cable service has been deactivated inspite of subscription paid in advance till may -2020 & no credit has been granted to us towards wrong & excess billing made by hathway.

            HI, I paid for Annual subscription for broadband and paid the amount on 1st April. The executive who coordinated informed that the installation will be done in 72 hours. I didn't receive any call or information from them. It is 15th day today and nothing has happened so far.

            The executive is not responding and after trying to contact her for 50 times in a day she will answer the call and she says due to lock-down there is a delay.

            The lockdown is there from 24th March and why did they call customers and take money on 1st April and give fake promises of 72 hours installation when they know there is a lock-down is going on.

            When i ask for refund, the executive (Pallavi) says she can't initiate the refund and i have to contact the customer care number [protected] which will never work. I have tried to call the customer care for around 150 times in last 15 days.

              I have complaints 10-15 times to my cable operator that i am facing technical issue since 3months, due to which half of the channels are not broadcasted. Also i contacted the customer care representative, he too promised the issue will be resolved, but no action was taken. The technician resolves the complaint without even coming to my house. Since, hathway is negligent to resolve the problem, hence, i will take a legal action against them. Pls find the screenshots of my complaint dashboard (In app) attached below.

                I have taken speed of 50 mbps however i m getting only 0.5mbps speed.

                I spoke to company many times. They rsise complaint but never fix the issue.

                Multiple complaints has been raised however they do not acknowledge neither send their technician to fix.

                  Hello! I have paid for gtpl connection of 60mbps for 15 months. It's been ten days of repeated calls but they never came to fix the issue instead asked us to visit their office which we did 2-3 times but still no response. It's been 7 days i've filed a complaint and repeated assurance of resolution they never came to fix the wiring problem. Also, they are not processing the refund asking us to take any legal action as we please. Please look into it.

                  I have called them 10-15 times but they don't respond. I have sent them a mail regarding the same but no response, there was a visitation by one of the executive, they looked at the problem and said they won't be able to solve and proper team would be sent to do the same but they never came. Please update me on the refund scenario I don't want such a terrible service

                  It's 12 April, it's been 16 days now. I've reached out from head of customer care department to Appellate authority. They said they let me know about refund in 45 days. I disappointed with GTPL

                    I got the hathway connection 2 days before. Everyday minimum 6gb data reduced without using.. they are cheating.. fraud..

                      Payment has revived but the hathway people but the service is not provided and there is no proper response from the sales person or their manager, i am wasting my time work and money with their irresponsible

                        I'm a new user of hathway broadband. After paying for new connection, they took almost one week for cabling and installation. But still the activation is not done. I call them twice and nobody pick up the phone and now this is happening for last four days. Now i got an impression i made a big mistake by opting for hathway connection. Truly unprofessionalism hathway guys!!!

                        I have never seen a pathetic service like this in my life.

                          I applied for new broadband connection on march 25th after confirming with the agent on the date of installation. He confirmed it will be installed on march 30 or 31st as they got the approval from government. On 30th i received call from service executive saying can we postpone the installation after april 14th as it is not possible to install now..in that case, i asked for a refund also simultaneously received a message from hathway if i want to go with refund due to delay. I filled the form and it was said that the refund will be done in 3 days.. But i haven't received it so far.. Hathway is cheating many customers like this...                           Eventhough I have discontinued the broadband service I am getting daily calls .
                          Even in this difficult situation when we all Indians are struggling, Hathaway has started harassing people .

                            Recently i have opted hathway. From day 1 i have been getting very high ping on multiplayer games such as pubg for ex. I am getting 150-200 on all indian servers. The ping is absolutely fine in morning but after 11:00am it shoots up till late night... And the customer service is even worse.. Expect no help from them at all... Very poor customer service and their response time is even worse.
                            I have opted 50 mbps plan but i am getting 2 to 3 mbs only whole day. Expecting quicker solution

                              I raised a request to cancel my services on feb 5 2020, it has been 2 months and it’s still not disconnected and i no longer stay in mumbai and i moved from there 2 months ago. The modem and router is still lying in there in mumbai. You guys have not disconnected the service and not concerned to contact me for the modem or router and closed the ticket without any action taken and sending me a reminder to pay my bill.. Seriously... Please disconnect my service with immediate effect and take back your router and modem.

                                I am prasad from hyderabad. I got hathway broadband connection but they did delay in internet connection. So i asked refund. After refund money one of there representative suggested that if you repay the amount hath way will give immediate internet connection. As per his i made payment. After repayment also i didn't get internet and no response from representative. Reason of hath way today my job in risk. I am requesting to hathway refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  Hi my hathway broadband connection is not working. I raised a service request with high priority. I am working from home and my office work is getting affected because my internet is not working. I called customer service and they told me that someone will come to fix my internet connection in the evening today. I called them multiple times but still no resolution. Kindly resolve my internet connection at the earliest.

                                        Hi,

                                        I used hathway internet services few years ago. Despite repeated complaints reg. Removal of my mobile number from your database, i have been receiving emails continuously. My account number is [protected]. I dont have any plans to renew the connection in the near future. Please stop sending messages and remove my number from your database. Also, stop contacting me to persuade to resume the connection.
