I have complaints 10-15 times to my cable operator that i am facing technical issue since 3months, due to which half of the channels are not broadcasted. Also i contacted the customer care representative, he too promised the issue will be resolved, but no action was taken. The technician resolves the complaint without even coming to my house. Since, hathway is negligent to resolve the problem, hence, i will take a legal action against them. Pls find the screenshots of my complaint dashboard (In app) attached below.
