Three years back when I was leaving the house I have asked the team to come and collect the router. They told they will but never turned up. I have dropped mail also . After three years they are sending me mail regarding Legal Action on non submission of router. I have dropped mail also regarding this use no update. Had call helpline no also.

    I have taken new connection and already paid however now service person dinesh is not picking my call, i m too disappointed and if it not resolved early or returned my money, i will file a compliant to the consumer court for the same.

    I don't want to take broadband service and want my money back asap since first time service is so pathetic, they are making fool to the customers.

      Its been almost 2 weeks the hathway braodband service is not working, i complaint number of time, they have not raised the ticket and when they raised it, the guy came and change the modem and said it will work after sometime, i said wait till then, he refused and went back and till now no response from hathway and thet guy, its still not working. I am fed up with there service. I called that guy multiple time and he didnt even pick up the call. I want to disconnect my connection and want my money back.
      I took 3 month advance package.

        I paid the hathway bill amount using my debit card online. After payment, i got the error that transaction failed but the amount got deducted from my account. The amount didn't get refunded. I tried calling the customer care and no one responded.

          I have opted for internet services from hathway considering it to be a reputed company. Even though some of my friends warned me against the hathway internet connection scams, i have decided to get 3 months plan at my home. After paying 1767 for the above mentioned plan, the agent is not responding to my calls and i dont know whether i would get refund or not as well. I beg the people not to fall into the trap of hathway services. They make sure that you are mentally harassed for sure.

              I have done inquiry for brodband connection on 23th jan 2020 and on 24th jan o have paid 607 inr for internet plan.

              I didn't get any intetnet connection.
              Because of which i have to renew my existing internet plan which is from another service provider.

              Hi Amit,

              The Same happened with me in Mumbai.
              They have taken money from me 607/- and did not provide connection. I took connection from another ISP.

              They are just trying to make money (increase their revenues ) by cheating people.

              We need to go to court for this and claim the harassment that they are inflicting on us poor customers.

              They have falsely marked my Account as Active with a Plan and generated a bill as well.

              We need to boycott this company totally . Anyone reading this,
              Please do not take cable TV or broadband from hathway.
              There are better ones who provide connection first and then ask you to pay.

                  Well i've been using hathway for 2 years now and i've been using 50mbps unlimited plan from the very beginning. And here it goes..
                  The speed?
                  The day installed 48mbps and you surf normally and few days later you feel the speed is not good so you call customer care twice thrice and they correct it like they are doing a favor. So if you don't call them and it stays unnoticed the actual speed, the regular speed was something around 12 - 15mbps, i mean it.
                  The connection?
                  I cannot say it was poor but they somehow manage to provide you 28 days out of 30 sounding like they are doing a great job at it. You'll call customer care and they'll say that there's an issue with the server and the whole area's network is down, like what the heck, all are suffering from network then you also better keep your mouth shut!
                  And here comes my best part, the part which now has forced me to leave hathway.
                  So the network was down and i called them and i had this emergency that i had to work from home and i'm a software developer so i have to take international skype calls and screen sharing so i need a good connection, so i called them up and explained my situation and they were very helpful, i called them for no internet problem today and they promised the server will be back up in 2 hours and yes the problem was fixed. Yes it was fixed on the next day, in the afternoon? Right? What better can i expect.
                  Now i'm trying to work but i'm unable to so i check the speed, speedtest says 1.75 mbps downloading and 0.95 uploading and i was like damn upset, i rang this customer care again and you remember that it takes about an half hour approximately to register a complaint 2 3 minutes on ivr 10 minutes waiting and rest to explain the shi t to shi tty people they have who know nothing but to ask "can you please restart the modem". So day 1, i log a complaint, nothing happens, day 2, i log another complaint they say it will be resolved tomorrow morning and you'll get a call back. Nothing happens, no shi tty callback no resolution nothing, day 3 log a complaint in the morning and install app to check status of my complaints, whoa! I can't even see my complaint logged on day 1 and my day 2 day 3 complaints were closed 1 hour after they were logged mentioning that there was a temporary issue at that time, day 3 i again log another complaint in evening, and during all this time the internet speed was no good than downloading 1-4 mbps and uploading 0.1 - 1.9 mbps and it is shi t. Day 3 night's complaint was closed on day 4 morning without resolution. On day 4 i logged another complaint and was closed an hour after and i logged another complaint in the evening, and i have been yelling, crying inside, pleading to fix my issue as my work was impacted but still no resolution and i've been shouting on these customer calls, let me talk to the senior person and to the senior person as well they have been promising it will be resolved but nothing happens. Day 5 i now am open up to all possibilities i log complaint in morning which of course gets closed without resolution and now i see their portal which say if you're not satisfied with customer care then call our nodal office number, i said perfect, some hope there, i called and i called that number 50 times giving time to it but switched off is all i got in response.
                  This is so frustrating, this provider is shi t, they don't know business, you'll be banging your head in wall because of them
                  Don't go for it.
                  Now i'm trying consumer court.
                  Hathway, you should die soon!

                    refund after cancellation of hathway broadband

                      Do not take hathway connection if you're intended to work from home. Connection is not reliable. At the pandemic situation they are not at all helpful
                      Pissed off with their customer support.. Very pathetic.. Need to check with other service provider. Without any prior information ot contacting customer they are closing the complaint.
                      How the hell the company will work without any complaince and ethics.

No one has reached out to my home to do the connection yet. When i called up the service provider he is telling the person will come in 2hrs. But it has been a day passed no one has com e.                           The poorest of the poorest service provider. I have been facing so many issues with the broadband service provided or should i say not provided by hathway. They are so incapable that they never bothered to reply to the complaints moreover nobody answered the cell numbers i tried. Somehow i got the number of this rahul bharadwaj who is supposed to be the head of noida but to my dismay he too never answered his phone. I want this company to shut down because the are worth this only.

                            This is vijay holding the broadband account [protected].
                            I have moved out of bangalore for personal reasons. I tried to contact the responsible persons for disconnecting the hathway internet. Every single time, they say they have raised a ticket but none of them appeared. I have tried three to four times and left the box with my friend and vacated the house.
                            Even today i am receiving calls from hathway to activate the internet and as soon as i mention about disconnection, they are disconnecting the call.
                            This is how they behave to consumers when we mention about disconnection. Shame on them. I have heard of these kind of incidents from few others as well.
                            Are you doing this just because you need to refund the deposit that we paid? Sick!
                            I have also made a request of not calling me again. They say they will update in the system but even today i am receiving calls. They dont have basic work ethics.
                            People who are reading this, do not ever opt these kind of local baseless and useless service providers.

                              I am facing worst and very low speed from starting of this month (March). I complaint against this issue regularly or every other day. They resolved but next day i facing again in speed issue.

                              I think hathway cut down there speed and make money through there customer making fool them. I pay for 50mbs download speed unlimited plan for a year.

                              But they give me less than 2 mbs.. I checked speed every hour and i work from home. I am facing big loss. But hathway company is not serious for giving service.

                              I want to say that pl ase take some strict and serious action against them. I am suffering for very high loss every day.

                              Even my youtube is buffering and sometime unbale to access internet. Every month end after 20th speed issue occurring.

                              Worst broadband internet service ever. I make multiple complaint through social media, and hathway app.

                              But nothing will resolve. Issue is not resolved. I think this platform do something or help me to raise my voice to this type of company.

                                I contacted #+[protected] sales executive and paid 1323rs to get a new wifi connection under 749rs plan on thursday. Its almost being 48hrs still no response from the person as well as the customer care. I have made almost 50 calls in these 2 days to both of them. Don't play with customer's money. We are not lending it for free. There ia no way to get back my money from these ppl. Please help me in getting my amount refunded back.

                                  I have 50mbps plan broadband plan with hathway sai star in kandivali east but they are cheating uus by giving a spread of only 2mbps to 5 mbps in the pretext of technical issue for last 10 days. While calling up their land-line for help, they have just been transferring call or dropping it without any response.
                                  The maintenance person is just not bothered about the issue and giving reasons that's it will take time because of higher user base.

                                    For the past 2-3 days i have been experiencing less than 1% download speed than the plan i have subscribed. An online complaint was raised on the app (Proof attached), following which i had spoken with one of their senior managers. I later called the customer support several times but was able to connect with them just twice. Both the times they had promised that the issue will be resolved the following day. It has been 3 days and i still have no resolution to the problem. I have paid for the services that i am not getting and have been kept on hold for a long time. I expect to get a refund for the remainder of the billing period. I have call recordings as further proof, if required.
