I took connection of hathway with the account number [protected] on city delhi now i m shifted to indore and raised a request for shifting vthe broadband location it today i got a phone call from hathway and the agent told me that the connection cannot be shifted to indore and i have to take a new connection but i told the agent that before taking connection i had been told that i can shift the connection all over the india anywhere anytime.. I have been facing this prblm from a month when i raised the request to hathway before a month but i got no response than i raised the complaint through the hathway app

    Hi. My name is ram. I took hathway connection 1.2 years back. Hathway i'd - [protected]. I shifted home to new location which is 2 lanes away from current one (600 meters). I have raised request for relocation on 29th feb for the same. Service i'd[protected]w918418. Customer support said maximum turn around time for relocation is 3 to 4 days. But it's been 7 days still they didn't restored my connection. I have called customer support around 13 times. Each time they are explaining one story but end result is zero. One customer service executive told they don't have available ports in my new location. Another one said technician will visit by end of the day. There is no sync between customer care executives itself simply they are there for time pass. I want to check there reaction if it is new connection for same location so i have raised new connection request, with in hour i got call from 2 hathway executives saying they already have hathway users in the same apartment so they can provide connection with in 24 hrs. Shame on you hathway people this is how they are cheeting people. Please do needful

      Hathway hyderabad — hathway is really cheating the customers
      Hi all,

      I took hathway connection with account number[protected] for 3 months package. I tried to spoke to the costomer care executive for there is signal problem so net is not coming if i tried 4to5 hours then they are responding in a whole day once
      I have ever seen... There is nobody to attend to your complaints... I had been making calls for the past 2 days & customer care say we will attend to your problem within 5 hours... Inspite of me telling them that the net connection is very important for me as i work from home. Please solve my issue

        This was happened on end of december 2019.

        I called to a person upendra reddy for broad connection an agent of hathway broadband. His phone number is "[protected]".
        This person told to me that for rs. 425/- you will get connection. So i transferred money to him, he registered my phone number to account "[protected]" and recharged to that account.

        Before providing broadband connection i realized that account "[protected]" belongs to some other person and i said no for the connection. Connection is not provided to me and i lost my rs. 425/-

        Now from past 1month i keep on getting calls and messages on renewal of subscription from hathway broadband.

        I want the refund of money and delete my number from account "[protected]".

          I have renewed my broadband plan from 30 mbps to 60 mbps with the condition that they will install fiber optic by replacing existing traditional setup.

          After so many complain tickets which were changed status to close without any solution.

          Now after 3 months, i got a reply that there is no fiber optic available in your area...

          Than why they give false commitment at the time of renewal?

            Am from chennai and i took an hathway broadband connection on 25 dec 2019 and they delivered my a playbox device.. I registered the device and went in to activate the subscription of netflix and it was successful, however when i try to activate sunxt and zee 5 i didn't went smooth.

            I called the hathway customer care and informed about this issue and the representative responded like their back end team will call me back in 4 hours.. But they didn't.. I have called the customer care and each and every time i receive the same feedback that "their back end team will call me back in 4 hours" but they never did.

            Even if i say to escalate to next level or available supervisor over the call they simply say they are not available and i am called in mid of the day and they are not available and they are fooling me around.

            I need to raise a complaint on this to them and i need those coupon at any cost.. Or will plan for an legal sue against them.

              About a year ago i had applied for hathway broadband but the turnaround time to getting the installation done and activated was more than a month. I cancelled my connection and applied for refund.
              A year later, i have yet to receive my refund.
              Hathway broadband has continuously (And daily for a year) called me about renewing my connection. I have expressed my disinterest and repeatedly told support to issue my refund to no avail.

              Please help resolve this issue. I would like my refund. I would also like my phone number and email address (All personal information) deleted from hathway database. I also want these calls from hathway support to stop.

                Sir, i have troubled in these four days for my internet not working. I have complained but not get any solution and reply. So, i want to complaint against hathway broadband.

                I have mailed to lots of email id of hathway. Please read below;

                "my area : adajan, surat, gujarati.

                My internet not working about four days.
                I have complained everyday in these four days. But not any response. Anybody not came here my home for checking and repair. When i called customer care, they were not talk good way and anybody doesn't give me proper reply.

                Now i am very worried about this. I think i want to go consumer court for my business loss and my three month's internet connection charge.
                Because, i didn't get any response and solution. Now my work is stopped.

                I am going to complaint in consumer court."

                  I have shifted to bangalore from mumbai 2 years back and since then almost everyday i am telling these great tele callers to stop calling because i dont want any of hatwayds services. I told them endless times to remove my number from their database but its of no use. It gets really frsutrating to sit at work and answer the same call every single day. Kindly look into this.

                      Hii.. My self chirag parmar. I am using gtpl brondband. 2 month ago my pack vaildty id expire but i have not plan renewal because i shifting my home. But gtpl executive come my home exact renewal date and tell me renewal this time and i shifting your connection without any cost dont worry no any one charge for shifting you call me and shifting complain in gtpl toll free no. And send me complain no. I shifting your connection without any cost. I complain gtpl and send complain no. To executive but he say wait 2 day.. I slove but now completed 1 month and he not answering my call. I complain gtpl to this matter but he not slove my problem. I pay shifting charge but i wait 1 month without internet use and also gtpl executive fraud with me. So i complain this stage. So please i have to complain gtpl executive and gtpl both not slove my issue. Please if you possible take action both of them.

                      I have a gtpl cable connection in name o[censored]pal Debnath, Airport city pase 2, flat L3, block 1, complain several times. as per the service office, no signal is coming in my box ..But what is the action taken by gtpl cable vendor ??
                      Very bad service. All channels go off the air, I cannot see any channel.Please take immediate action to rectify.

                        I get minimum 4 to 5 calls from hathway daily. I have even discontinued my hathway broadband service due to these calls, still i get 4 to 5 promotional calls in a day. All this is during my work hours. I feel harassed by these calls and have to explain the same to every hathway employee who calls. The calls are made from different numbers each time. I have even complained to the zonal officer over email.

                          Dear sir / madam,
                          I have activated netflix through hathway services on auto pay basis paying rs1 through services. Hathway.net with my credit card details. Where i got two months free from hathway services. I activated in the month of november 2019. So till january i don't need to pay for the netflix.

                          On 27th of january 2020 i was charged rs497 for netflix through hathway services. So thought i been charged for the next month. But within a week i was charged again with amount of rs499 on 5th feb 2020.

                          So i raised a complaint with hathways on the same day to make a refund for the same, but till date i haven't got my refund. Below are the complaints i have raised with dates.

                          One of the complaint closed stating processed refund but i haven't got. Today again on 04th march 2020 i have been charged rs499 for netflix, but my account is showing 13th march is the bill date.

                          This shows how fraudulent hathway service are taking advantage of autopay with my credit card. I request you to lodge a police complaint on the fraudulent services and refund my money of total rs998.

                          I also checked with netflix and they said they didn't get any money from hathway for my account from december. This shows how fraud hathway is.

                          I kindly request you to take action on hathway services and their executives on continuously harassing me stating they won't refund and making calls continuously from different number's and mentally disturbing me.

                                I have taken gtpl broadband connection on 25th december 2019 and paid one year amount. On daily basis, i am getting "no internet" issue and till date i raised approx. 80 tickets and write mails to support team including appellateauthority. [protected]@gtpl.net. But no solution from gtpl. Every time they comes with standard message "we will provide solutions".

                                I want permanent solution or refund my money.

                                  Hathway sales person has consulted me regarding new connection and assured that it would be done with in 1working day. Its been more than 3 days now till now no one has consulted me back he has collected an amount of rs.1770/-. They will not respond to the calls after payment. They have wasted my time and now are not refunding the amount then said it takes 45 days.
                                  I talked to sr. Person also he also not interested give better service, he said better you cancel the connection.

                                    Hathway telemarketing team is calling me everyday for 6 months i have stopped using hathway broadband from oct and had stopped due to relocation. Now after 6 months suddenly i am getting a call from them saying please return the modem or else will go to court. I am not using hathway and have already submitted modem where hathway guy came and took modem aswell. He took modem on 25th oct. Are they trying to fraud each and everyone here. Can anyone please help.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had a hathway service and i disconnected in 2016.
                                      In 2018 i have got a notice asking me to submit the device. But yet during installation i was given an option either to buy or rent the device and as it was less amount i purchased it.
                                      Now after two years im getting a notice. I live outside india and i called several times to call center and they assured il not get further mails but yet i got another yesterday. I have writtten many mails asking for contact number to explain the problem but no reply.

                                      I have internet connection issues from past 3 days. I have raised several complaints but these people didn’t respond properly . Hathway has worst customer service!!! They tell you that they will fix the issue in 24 hours but no shows up. I won’t refer my friends/family to use this Hathway connection.

                                        I keep getting calls from hathway for renewal atleast 5-6 times in a day despite closing it in january and they have even taken the modem etc.. They dont seem to correct their database despite telling them 100 times. It is constant harrassment. I have tried to reach out to their corporate.. Ensured that they put in the system no the call me but still the calls never end.. They want me to renew when i dont even have their connection anymore.. And they call at random times.. After 6pm.. Weekends it is very very annoying.
