I have taken connection with playbox though my tv is smart TV. i have opted play box due to free services offered to me like 2 months free subscription of netflix.
I have activated service but 647 rupees has been deducted from my card, when i raised the connection to customer care. after two days i got a call from one of your executive asking about the sales team who promised this offer as it been expired and told me that, we will get back to you.
After two days gain i got a call at 9 o clock and asking the same details and i asked why are asking me the same information and when will you return my money. they said he will come back. but s far no response.
As per play box is concerned, it got installed on 18th and stop working on 19th it self, i raised complaint still now there is no response and for the last three days i have been calling customer care on daily basis, no response or resolution, except false commitment of "tomorrow it will be fixed.
Seriously.
It seems local service providers are much much better than your service.
Even i asked them to cancel the service but still they are not bothered.
