Dear sir/madam,
I am kamalakanta dash having a hathway broadband connection bearing account no [protected]. I took the subscription for 100mbps for three months and paid as advance on 07.03.2020. Due to urgency of corona virus my company has instructed me to work from home and this is required for that.
Since the day of my payment i have been repeatedly following hathway sales person, have sent emails to helpdesk, nodal officer, appealate authorities, support teams every one. Neither one is replying nor any costomer contact is connected. Website contact is also not connected.
I did a big mistake to take this subscription. So, i want to return this money or to have connection immediately.
I am staying at 2nd cross, kaverappa layout, panathur, bangalore. I have been following since last saturday, 07.03.2020. After payment they are not listening me. So, i want strong and immediately action to teach these fraud company.
