I had requested for hathway account cancellation and as per the customer support's request, i had cleared all due bills at the time, a person had called me about collection of router. There were no communication post that untill a few weeks ago. I explained the whole thing to customer care, they listen to it and tell me that the request has been filed, but call me again the next day and i have to explain the whole thing.
