I am getting service renew calls every day for the last 3 months. Although i told them that i am not going to renew it but they keep calling every week day from different mobile numbers. Although dnd is activated in my number but they keep calling. I have informed their customer care but nothing happened. This is extremely irritating. Please have a look at the issue.

I have renewed my gtpl broadband connection and was informed that it would be transferred into optical fibre connection free of charge. But still the process has not been completed yet..
Despite of making several complaints in customer care, no further process is done..
Moreover everytime i make a complain i receive a message after 24 hours that your complain has been closed without my concern and feedback.

Plz do the needful.

Hathway people came and took the modem after i stopped recharging. According to the agreement, there is a refundable deposit of rs 1350. So far i have not received a refund. It has been 15 days since the modem was picked up. I was promised a refund in 24 hours after modem pickup. I don't know what to do now. Neither i have their modem nor my deposit refund. Please guide.

I've opted for hathway on insistence from sales team with impressive offers by them. They have offered me with 100mbps speed internet with unlimited data access. On the day of installation wiring wasn't done properly and the technician informed he would come next day for rewiring. Besides that, the internet speed was not even more than 35 mbps since the day of installation i complained about it and received a call from one of the supervisors and was informed that the complimentary modems wouldn't give 100mbps as it is 2.5ghz and it was not informed before taking the connection. And, i was complaining about both slow speed and rewiring issue none of the agents addressing it properly or they are calling back with complete information. They keep disconnecting calls. Moreover, i have all the call recordings as i was complaining from 19th of january 2020 and today it's 4th of february the issue is not yet resolved though they have promised me 5-6 times that technician will be sent but the complaint ticket was closed without my notice or confirmation.

Hathway connection locals have taken the amount and after taking the amount they say we do not provide service to your tower. We will initiate the refund and you should get in 7 working days. Its been 30 days now and havent recieved my refund. Such a fraud company. No responsibility and no proper customer service. No calls no mails completely took my money and underground.

I need my full money back asap. While taking the money it did not take time then why is the return taking so many days.

Hopeless service. Will never ever recommend hathway to anyone.

This is sheer inconvenience given to customers. This shows your brand ethics and values.

I had applied for a new broadband connection during the month of sept 2019 and had paid rs 1500 for 3 months subscription.
Gtpl agent mr. Kalpesh parmar had visited me and i had paid him the amount for which i had received the receipt (Receipt no. 66835)

Till date i have not received the refund amount. Whenever i am trying to call mr kalpesh, either he is not picking up the phone or he will tell that he will deliver the check.

I want my refund as it is more than four months since i've paid the amount.

I have taken internet connection in the month of september 2019. From the day i have taken connection, there is no internet working at my place. I tried reaching to the customer care service so many times, but no luck. They simply raise a complaint for formality sake and hung up. I really frustrated with the kind of service they provide. They collect money for 6 months at once and then they don't even care to help the customers. Some customer service people just hung up on me. Worst behaviour ever. I want proper explanation for this kind of service. This people must be questioned hard so that any other customer will not suffer the same.

I was using hathway broadband approximately 7-8 months ago. Ever since i stopped using it, i get daily phone calls from your call centre. It is very overwhelming to receive all these phone calls when i have explained my case clearly to each one of them. The customer care agents have continuously promised me of putting my phone number under “do not disturb (Dnd)”. Nothing has been done so far.

It is highly disturbing for an individual to attend as good as 2-3 phone calls everyday. Kindly look into the matter asap otherwise i will have to take some legal action. Please make it stop.

These # hathway flood my number with fraud spam calls. Never sign up for their service. I cancelled their account and i am being flooded with their spam calls. Even when u have a connection with them, they will call u everyday and torture you to upgrade. Cancellation is another pain. They won't attend your call when you want to cancel and it will take 1 month to get rid of the services from these pests. I recommend to never sign up for hathway!!!

i have been hathway customer since past 3 years and my account number is [protected].Recently i bought amazon prime stick and while connecting it to my television net is frequently getting disconnected.i have made so many compliants for about 7 days and there is no proper response and they are closing complaints.Each time when i call them they are saying we will solve in 24 hours but till now there is no solution.il sue hathway if my compliant is not resolved as early as possible.kindly make a note as iam suffering mental agony because of your concerned hathway service.

I'm fed up beyond limits because of the no. of calls I've been receiving from Hathway customer care.

I used to hold a hathway account about a year back. But I shifted my residence and hathway refused to provide their services in the new location. So now i have nothing to do with hathway.

But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. from their calling list, but to no avail. It's torturous.

They always call from different numbers throughout the day and I have to tell them the same thing everyday. Today, I recieved 5 calls. Please take action to stop this stalking behaviour from this company.

I have been getting messages to reactivate my account every single day as well.

Hathway cheating company once you deactivate the connection after that they are not returning your money and they are not responding properly also

I send the mail to hathway customer also but they are not reply that mail

I contacted who sale the product to me he also not responding

Other networks returns the money properly my frnd using other network he got it deposit money return

I was once a hathway customer but its been more than 6 months since i have disconnected thier connection. But still they call me atleast twice everday to explain some promotional offer or to recharge. I have tried explaining to them that i am not using thier connection anymore but still they continue to call me and disturb me during my busy schedule everyday. And they keep calling me from different number so that i can't block a particular number also.

I am receiving frequent sms from hathway broadband services for advertisement and other promotional offers.
I am not interested in these communication and getting disturbed because of these notifications!
For your kind information, i have already closed my broadband connection 5 years back.
Hence requesting you to please unsubscribe my registered number from your list and also avoid communication with my registered number for any purpose.

I have recently ordered boat earphones through your site and wish to cancel that order.
The product has also not yet delivered to me.

I paid my bill on 23rd jan 2020. My internet dropped on 25th jan 2020 i called hathway and raised a request to fix my internet. The customer service executive promised me it will get resolved on 26th jan evening they're going to send the technician to visit the premises. I waited all day long for the technician visit to my surprise no one visited till date. Even after doing multiple follow-ups with the customer support they're not responding properly some of them are disconnecting the calls in the middle of the conversation. I requested them to refund my money back they're not even doing that. I got fed-up with this kind of services where no one is helpful. They're not providing the services neither they're refunding my money.

I have applied for new broadband connection on 09th january and made all the payment by false commitment by hathway sales representative. Later i was told that my request for new connection is cancelled because of non feasibility and refund is initiated and shall be done in 10 - 15. But today it is more than 15 days no refund is made and when i spoke to customer care they told me that it would take 15 - 30 days. These hathway people are cheating all the customer and request to take strict action against them.

I purchased a broadband plan from gtpl for one year and they dont provide fluent broadband sercivices. I also gave them free terrace area for the installation set up still everyday they disconnect the internet connection. We had to register daily single complaints of internet yet they do the same thing just keep saying it will be resolved.

Their customer is also irrespective they give robitc replies and close my ticket without resolving it.

They had cheated 3 customers in row of our building.

I raised them the complaim on their customer care e-mail. Medium too however they seem blind and keep ignoring my request.

I am calling them everyday since 5, 6 days all they say your complain has been registered and it will be solve in 24 hours. But no resolution till yet. I have an internet plan of 40mbps but i am getting speed of 500kbps some time only 2 mbps. But everyday they say the same thing. Everyday i get message that complain has been registered and next day i get messege that problem has been resolved. But now when i called and tell them i am calling everyday and you say the same thing the person on call started lying and saying that i was not complaining about speed but i was complaining about connectivity. I have recording of call where everytime they asked me about the speed i am getting and then registered the complain but ovarall there is no resolution at all.

I got the internet connection of hathway on 21st january, 2020. They promised to give speed of 50mbps and it was just the first day on which i got the speed of 40-45. The very next day speed dropped to 20-25 and now it's not working. I complained to them many times that it's not working but they came daily with new issue and now not even picking phone. I just want either they give what they promised or give me my money back.
