My office internet is not working since last 15 days. When we call gtpl customer care, they just answer that it will be repaired in 48 hours.

We call customer care everything to resolve my problem and their engineer is also been to office but no solution given and gone.

My internet is not working since last two weeks.

Kindly request you to repair my issue...

I have installed hathway broadband on 18th feb and it is not since day 1. I have raised several complaints but they close the ticket without resolving the issue. Hathway has worst customer service!!! They tell you that engineer will visit in 2 hours but no one shows up and they close the ticket.
I also escalated the issue but received no response from hathway.

Hi, i took the connection on feb 20th 2020. Story begins like this.. I called up the customer care for new connection and they sent me there sales executive to my home in hyderabad new bowenpally. I told them i need the connection on same day or i will cancel. Executive naresh promised me that i will get the connection on same and i paid 1767rs online. Account number [protected] then the technical team came home and kept the router and wire but it was not activated until next day.. I called customer care and there are saying no refund policy and disconnecting the call. I need the refund within 15 days but it never happened.

I booked a new connection on 7th jan 2020. Since there was no feasibility they said installation cannot be done.

I have asked for refund on 10th of january 2020. Till now no process has been done.
Whenever i call customer care they say in process within two days and i will receive the dd. But its a lie. I need my money back as soon as possible. I have spoken to mr. Louis - (Some regional/zonal head as told by hathway agent) also many times but no response from his end. His number is [protected].

I have disconnected hathway broadband about 1 month ago. But every single day, they call me about 5-6 times asking me to renew the account.

I have even returned the device to hathway technician promptly.

I have informed the executives to delete my number from their database but nothing has happened till now.

I am considering lodging a police complaint for harassment.

I had closed my connection with two years back. From past 2 months I started getting calls from hathway everyday even after strict warnings. I even raised a complaint on twitter, to which the company took my details and assured that I will not get calls anymore. Still from the next day the harassment continued. I again tweeted multiple times but now the company is not not responding and I am still getting calls. These calls have frustrated me a lot.

I had taken gtpl connection for 12 months + 1 month i. E for 13 months for rs 5500 on 18 feb 2019 but they stopped connection in 12 months only and customer care are not giving proper answer. My office work is getting delay due to such problem.
I am suffering from heavy loss but gtpl is not taking seriously for such issue.

I have been using gtpl internet for 1 month it works great most of the time some time connection gets down for 5 min or so but it gets up no problem but for the last week my internet has been constantly shutting down at on and of 6 or 7pm to morning10 to 12. Enginner is not doing anything about it my whole appartment have same problem it's been going for a week I'd appreciate a fast solution.

Also when the internet Comes online between 10am to 12pm complaints gets automatically resolved and I'm back to square one. Where I've to repeat same process of calling customer care I once switched off router then enginner visited but it was noon and internet was on so enginner resolved the issue.

I've raised multiple tickets with hathway since 2 years now but they are just not okay to fix the issue.

The internet is down every alternate day or twice in a week. The connection is highly unstable and it has cost me a lot on my work end.

I'm highly irritated with their service as their internet broadband hardly works.
It's the worst i have user used till date. The most unstable and unprofessional service provider. I will make sure that my friends and family never opt for this.

Whoever reads this, do not buy hathway. Refrain from their pricing tactics.

I have already deactivated my hathway account. I have also returned the modem for the same for which i even have the receipt. However i am still getting continous calls from the hathway service team to get renewal. I have informed them several times but this is of no avail. I get average 5-6 calls in a day. My number is already registered under dnd.

How do i deal with this.

I used hathway for almost 2 years. Due to relocation i disconnected the hathway. I recharged for 3 months. But within 1 month i have relocated. Remaining 2 month balance they have not yet refunded. I have raised 7 tickets. But none of them are resolved. It is closed automatically. When i call to customer care they also not responding properly. We had disconnected our hathway internet account more than 15 months ago. The hathway employee even came and collected their modem from my premises. Later the same account was provided to some other user but the contact details are still as those of mine with hathway.

I keep receiving calls and emails from hathway about billing and other connection related information. Now the other user has also stopped availing the services but as the contact details with hathway are still those of mine they keep sending me emails about modem recovery and initiating legal proceedings against me.

I have dropped multiple emails and informed customer about this on multiple calls but still no change. Today i warned them of criminal consequences if i receive another call or email from them. Worst experience with hathway.

When i called local hathway person, he is telling i am going to get a call from hathway team to resolve my issue

He told me i am not getting signal, so i am not getting internet

I had an internet connection of hathway for one year around 2018 and since i moved out of that place i discontinued their service which is a prepaid one and they are torturing me daily for the past 1 year asking me to take the connection back and since i refuse they're saying that i have to surrender their modem device which they said it's absolutely free while giving but since i stopped their service they are sending me some stupid legal blackmailing e-mails stating some clause in some document which has not been shared at all to me while availing the connection. That modem device is lost somewhere while vacating the place.

I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of chennai. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

I have requested the company to close this account many times. But daily i get nonsense call to renew my account. I want hathway to come and collect the modem device, but instead irritatingly these guys keep calling repeatedly asking to renew the account.

When i ask them what happened to my disconnect request, each such person says i will raise a complaint but i think there is no concept of closing account in hathway.

Kindly arrange to stop these renewal calls as i am now totally frustrated with hathway and will never even suggest hathway broadband to any other person.

It's been a week since they upgraded my connection to optical fiber. They installed a new router as well. But i am not getting internet connectivity. I've been calling the customer care every day and they are assuring me that it will be done by that day evening and i will get a message. But till now the problem didn't got resolved.

I want to disconnect from hathway, so stopped reacharging it. When customer care member called me, i asked him to disconnect my internet. From the very next day, i started getting calls from different numbers asking me to recharge my hathway connection. Its really disgusting and i want a way to get rid of it. I want my account and number to be removed from hathway database.

There is no connection from 20th january and i am continuously taking follow up on helpline no but no positive response from their side, just picking up phone and holding some time and saying your problems will be resolved very soon.

My daughter is doing engineering and she is facing problems in her projects

Because of no internet and her final exams are coming.

They are saying that there is permission issue. But it’s more than 20 days, they are not solving this issue. And if i am asking about my refund which i paid in advance rs3070 as a yearly subscription on 16th december, 2019. They are not ready to refund back saying refund not possible and not solving issue also.

If they refund back money of 11months because 1 month only i used connection, i can take different connection from any other service provider.

I have stopped my online business also because of no internet. I am facing problem because of such services from hathway.
