After disconnecting hathway due to poor service, i got no response till after a month when i sent an email. Even after sending the email it took almost a week for them to collect the modem.
After collecting the modem and after i informed them my decision to disconnect i continue to get more than two calls everyday for renewal.
During the period of the service, even when i would log a complain, no one would answer, now due to disconnecting, i am being harassed with calls everyday.
Despite writing emails still the calls haven't stopped.
Hathway only harasses customers by giving poor service during the tenure of the service and after disconnecting they harass by calling everyday.
