I have taken connection 26th october 2019, from day one internet not working every time raising complaint almost 50 complaint raise there is no action till date they portal without solving the problem they put resolved.
They have taken money in advance for 3 months.
I have mailed almost 20 times but they have only same content of mail we will working on same get back to as soon as possible.

Hello,
Still my internet connectivity not working I tried to calling customer care and they are just for generating the ticket and later mark as resolve but there is no internet working again have to call customer generating the ticket number they said wait for 24 hours like that they are doing.
They have taken 3 month advance money but service very poor.
If you mail also they same content in every mail for reply kindly help me get to the service properly so its useful for me I am so many times asking customer care disconnect my connection but they said we will not refund money. they making fool customer please look into it. hoping for best solution from you.
I have generated complaint ID more than 60 but still no proper solution.
I am attaching number which they will never picked up the call.

I would request you please look into matter they have not taken any action till now only for name closing the complaint and again taking request.

    I have disconnected my Hathway broadband in Bangalore last year in June, I'm still getting innumerable calls every single day to renew my account from a different number, I'm fed up and cannot take it anymore. Many people are facing this problem. Please help us. My Account Number was [protected].
    I have told them many times I don't want any service and have asked not to call anymore but no luck.

    Still getting a daily call from Hathway, Even I told them many times that I am not looking for an internet connection. I have already discontinued service from Hathway 7 months ago.

      After disconnecting hathway due to poor service, i got no response till after a month when i sent an email. Even after sending the email it took almost a week for them to collect the modem.
      After collecting the modem and after i informed them my decision to disconnect i continue to get more than two calls everyday for renewal.
      During the period of the service, even when i would log a complain, no one would answer, now due to disconnecting, i am being harassed with calls everyday.
      Despite writing emails still the calls haven't stopped.

      Hathway only harasses customers by giving poor service during the tenure of the service and after disconnecting they harass by calling everyday.

        My Hathway broadband account number is [protected] ( at Wakad, Pune) . I have requested the company to close this account more than a month ago. But daily I get nonsense call to renew my account by a month. I want Hathway to come and collect the Modem Device, but instead irritatingly these guys keep calling repeatedly asking to renew the account.

        When I ask them what happened to my disconnect request, each such person says I will raise a complaint but I think there is no concept of closing account in Hathway.

        Kindly arrange to stop these renewal calls as I am now totally frustrated with Hathway and will never even suggest Hathway broadband to any other person.

          I dont have any active account with hathway broadband nor i'm interested to opt-in in for it in any future. So please delete my account details completely and stop sending sms (Vd-hathwy) and do not call me through my mobile for any offers. My mobile number is [protected] . I'll would not hesitate to take legal action if there is no action taken on it.

          I am recording everything and documenting the sms, i have the service id for which the modem is successfully returned to the hathway and a confirmation that received by hathway, since september i am getting 3 calls a day to renew an account. Hope we are not in stone age where in a modem is returned and the account is closed and renew account. As a last hope i am here

          I am from aurangabad (kanchanwadi). Myself suresh bansode. Hathway provide very poor service. Hathway team never response to phone also. Among 30 only 25 days cable working properly.. In every month we face always problems regarding network, technical problems and other..

            I have subscribed to hathaway which is 3 years ago, i decided to disconnect later on due to bad service and quality. From 3 years i keep receiving calls from hathaway despite of telling them to delete my number. I get calls from them twice (2 time) every single day.

            The customer service people have been extremely rude and sarcastic when told to delete my number from records. How is it fair for them to spam my phone with calls despite my consent.

              I used to have an hathway connection in 2018 in chennai. But i relocated to bangalore in 2018. Hathway keeps calling me asking for a new broadband connection and i keep telling that that i do not want a connection. I am unable to stop calls from this company now in 2020. They call me 20 times everyday and i am tired of this.

              I want this to stop immediately or i am going to lose my peace of mind.

                I have many time complaint in gtpl customer care. But never get solution.. I am daily call at 8pm to gtpl customer care. But customer care vale bolte hai apki compalin register ho gai 24 hours me solve ho jayega. Uske bad dusre din technician ata hai. But tb to internet on hi hota hai so wo bolta hai ki ho gya ab bandh nhi hga.

                  I am receiving messages from hathway daily to pay amount and get promotional gb of data. I have closed my account long back and even requested them to stop sending me messages. After this they have even started spam calling me, this is like online harassment. It has been over 2 years since i have cut my connection and there have been no dues from my end towards the company, all my bill were paid. So kindly stop harassing your own customers.

                    I was using hathway as internet service provider in the past and later moved on to a different service provider a few months back. Ever since the shift i continue to get multiple calls from hathway on a daily basis to win me back. I am fed up of their disturbance and subscribed to do not disturb service. But it made no impact and i continue to be tortured by the hathway customer care. I get calls from different numbers everyday. So blocking numbers do not seem to be an option.

We have called the costumer care number numerous time but the technical issue is not resolved we fedup with this boradband connection more over we dont need any kind of net connection please try to refund our money as soon as possible without any delay

                        As a new customer im not able surf ney at night from 10:30pm to 8am every night the issue hasn't resolved till now which i have been complaining about the issue since past 1 week. Till no technical team hasn't arrived to resolve it. Where my friend who is a old customer getting net day and night and his plan is lower than mine. The common sense question is i am able surf the net at day but can't use at night

                        Till now my issue has been resolved . How a pathetic your executives and technicians are the seem don't care about the customer conserns and their problems. My internet keeps disconnecting from night to morning every night . It is shame to say this issue every to your helpline and all they say is issue will be resolved in 24 hours . Its been 14 nights are even imagine how pissed iam that my internet sucks at every night from 14 nights and broadband services give not shot about that

                          Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
                          I used to hold a hathway account about 2 months back. But i shifted my residence and I do not require a new connection here. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but to no avail. Its torturous.

                            Hello,

                            This is the second time i am registering a complaint against hathway spam calls. I used hathway broadband connection 1 year back and discontinued the connection. Now i am not using hathway and i am getting frequent calls from hathway team to recharge my account even though i am not an hathway customer anymore. On a daily basis i am getting 10+ calls from different numbers. I called hathway customer care multiple times to stop this but nothing happened.

                            Now the only way is to change my number to stop getting spam calls.

                            Shameless Hathway people, I'm sick and tired of them, I politely tell them everyday not to call me because I don't need connection because I've changed my residence to another state, but they are too stupid and torturous, I'm seriously sick of it.

                              My hathway broardband account number is [protected]. Paid 943 payment for ordering a renewal internet service (Discontinued temporarily earlier as i moved abroad). I waited for 3 weeks and called several times their team to provide me just the router and verify the technical setup as wiring was already in my house. But no one turned up. So i raised a refund request and waiting till now to get the refund. I have made more than 20 calls almost following up daily for 25-30 mins call to customer care but everytime i get the same reply 'backend team will call within 2 days'. Just absolute non-sense. I request very kindly the concerned government official to look into this and help me to get the refund and take stringent action on hathway internet service, chennai.

                                Hathway calls me everyday for renewal of internet services. I gave shifted from the residence where i had their connection. I had requested them to transfer the connection to new residence which they denied. After that they call me everyday twice/thrice for renewal of connection for a place where i don't even live. Its harassment. My requests to delete my number from system has been unheard of everytime. I am helpless and torchered with their behaviour.

                                    I was using the hathway connection for almost 18 months. I was asked to pay a advance amount for the modem; since was not happy their service i had to move to other service provoder. Now after returning the modem they are not processing with refund. Feel cheated.

                                    Rather they are saying some cooked up stories, like you should have used the connection for a minimum of 3 years.

                                      It has been 5 days, and over this period we have made at least 15 calls to tech support. It’s the same pattern every time. They say everything looks good on their end, then tell us next level support will call, someone calls the following day and asks us to reboot devices. Internet comes back on, they hang up. And 15 minutes later, back to square 1. There is no permanent fix provided and on top of that, we can’t even file complaints over the hathway app because that doesn’t accept the credentials hathway themselves provided. On top of that, they have the most rude tier 2 support. I was living abroad for almost 2 decades and after coming back, it is sad to see that companies in india still have no regard for customers they’re billing or urgency to resolve issues. I really hope this pathetic service isn’t indicative of other broadband providers in india.
