Hello,
I called customer support a week ago for shifting my connection to "savvy strata",
They took my full address and then told me that connection will be shift in 1 week, after waiting one week, i called customer support & they said my request is cancelled because connection is not available in that area.
A customer support girl confirmed that my connection will be shifted when i first asked,
My concerns:
1) why on first place they accepted my shifting request if it's not available in that area, gtpl also confirmed my address and said it will be shifted.
2) if request is rejected/canceled, then i should have right to know that it's cancelled so i can go for other steps. I didn't get any calls/notification from gtpl that "we cannot shift connection".
This issue can be resolved in two way, 1) either gtpl is agree to shift my connection as soon as possible 2) otherwise give me full amount of refund as it's totally not used prior to this month.
Amount to refund : 3k and i lost 3 months of project work because of that and was around 20-50k
They are saying refund is not in our policy but how someone can charge without giving the service?

Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Its been 45 days since that matter. There is no response from the end of company.
