Hello,
I called customer support a week ago for shifting my connection to "savvy strata",
They took my full address and then told me that connection will be shift in 1 week, after waiting one week, i called customer support & they said my request is cancelled because connection is not available in that area.

A customer support girl confirmed that my connection will be shifted when i first asked,

My concerns:

1) why on first place they accepted my shifting request if it's not available in that area, gtpl also confirmed my address and said it will be shifted.

2) if request is rejected/canceled, then i should have right to know that it's cancelled so i can go for other steps. I didn't get any calls/notification from gtpl that "we cannot shift connection".

This issue can be resolved in two way, 1) either gtpl is agree to shift my connection as soon as possible 2) otherwise give me full amount of refund as it's totally not used prior to this month.

Amount to refund : 3k and i lost 3 months of project work because of that and was around 20-50k

They are saying refund is not in our policy but how someone can charge without giving the service?

I wanted a new connection. I inquired and the company agent came and filled my form and took a cheque of 7000/- Then the technician came and told there is no feasibility of connection and we will refund your money.

Its been 45 days since that matter. There is no response from the end of company.

    I was using hathway broadband internet connection before and if i have any issue there is no way to connect to them but if i don't pay for there pre-paid connection they just keep on calling me and my dad's number atleast 4-5 times a day. Even when i have told them that i don't require the connection right now and will be using it by next week then i will pay it. And even then they are again and again calling me everyday. First of all it's a prepaid connection so they just can't keep on buzzing me to recharge it. If i don't want it i'll not do it. When they were calling me again and again then i said them to stop harassing me by again and again calling me and then they said they will take the modem if i don't want the connection and i also agreed to that. They took the modem and stopped my connection and now they are again calling me everyday 2-3 times for taking the same connection with discounted price. This is really ridiculous and disturbing.

      Not getting proper internet connectivity since many days. Everytime i raise a complaint it's is being closed without any permanent resolution. Attached are the screenshot of every complaint since 11th dec. 2019 i am registering new complaint everyday, the next day it starts working for half day and after that again internet connectivity breaks. When called customer care after multiple attempts they pick the call and inform same thing everytime that it will take time and you will need to wait till morning. Also they do not let us talk to their senior executive anyway. Even mailed appellate authority person in everymail communication, no reply and not action taken from their side yet.

        Shifted to bhandup 6 months back. Hathway broadband network connection not available there, so informed customer care to disconnect the facility. But till today they have not done and every time they call me asking to renew the plan. I am fed up of answering the same thing to every representation. Please disconnect the connection and take away the modem.

        I am really disappointed with the Hathway services. I made full payment in cash on 17th Dec 2019 around 11:00 am and its been more than 48 hours and my internet is still not installed. I called the executive multiple times and everytime he says that it will only take 5-10 minutes. I would not recommend Hathway to anyone.

          I got a hathway connection from a person who promised me the rate of 750 pm and dual band wifi router and when i got that i only got a single band router which couldnt give wifi connectivity for more than 10 feet. Then when the plan got over i stopped using hathway. Because i was going abroad and didnt want to renew it. I though when i come back i will. But these people from billing customer care have been pestering me, not only creating nuisance and overall being rude. This is crossed more than 10 calls per day. Being a doctor when attending patients when these calls come its very irritating. It came to a point where its flat out mental harrassment. Since i have requested for disconnection from my side they have not processed that also. This is outrageous and lack of sympathy to the people they serve.

            Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
            I used to hold a hathway account about 6 months back. But i shifted my residence and hathway refused to provide their services in the new location. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but to no avail. Its torturous.

              I subscribed to hathway for cable and selected channels though hathway app show’s monthly bill rs 208, 15 exclusive of taxes his representative collected rs 300/- from february to december 2019 noodle officer of hathway says to contact local cable operator and local cable operator says to contact hathway and though i am receiving channels worth rs 208.15 exclusive of taxes i have to pay rs 300/- per month to keep alive services irrespective of trai rules.                 I was holding hathway account number: [protected] and requested to terminate the service for the given account around september 2019. And i have not used the account since then; still, i'm receiving messages and calls as to renew the account. I again requested the customer care to close the account, but irrespective of them saying they will escalate it, they haven't.

                  My name is shaziya khan. I am from indore. Account no [protected] yesterday om 15th dec '19 we had purchase a wifi connection for which all the formalities and payment was done. At the time of payment and other formalities the sales person and priyanka anf kritika tellycaller promised that the installation will be done by 15th dec noon. But till now no installation service is provided and when asked for the said service ruthlessly disconnected the call. Now we are struggling for the service.

                      My account number is [protected]. I have given a first disconnection request on 4th dec 2019 for the broadband service. Later, spoke to customer care 8 times and also raised 5 more tickets but no one responded and they closed the tickets without any call or support. Poor customer care service.

                      The reason for disconnection is i work for a us based legal firm and my work is completely based in internet. For one week i didn't get any internet and i fainted with hathway customer care and suffered loss of pay for whole week hence i procured another internet service provider and decided to disconnect hathway broadband.

                      Since i made advance payment till january 2020, these frauds are not attending my disconnect request and charging me unnecessarily without refund.

                      If i did not get any support with this matter, further with all the call recordings and tickets snapshots i will sue against hathway cable & datacom at the consumer courts of bangalore.

                        I have disconnected my hathway broadband connection last month. Though the executive had collected the mesh router and other hardware, i am receiving calls from sales/support asking me to renew the deactivated account. I get almost 20 calls daily for the past one month. Several callers initially i requested to ote my deactivation status. They promised to make a note but the calls - all from different numbers - continue unabated. I do not know if i need to lodge a legal complaint to address this issue. This is mental torture and harassment. A company of this nature must surely have a process in place to make note of an account that has been deactivated at the least

                              Acc. No. [protected] of their broadband connection. Our connection expired in june 2019. And we didn't wish to continue it. Despite explaining multiple brines that, they are still bombarding with daily calls multiple times from different numbers which is annoy and difficult to block them too. I wish to file a complaint against them and also claim for compensation if there is any.
                              Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I have shifted my connection to my new address and also renewed plan of 5500₹ 40Mbps unlimited and paid shifting charge of 560₹ on 21/12/2019. After 5 days still my address is not changed and my connection is not working but they are not resolving my problem.

                                Hi, i have raised a request with hathway for transfer of my broadband connection as i was moving to a different location. The issue was never addressed and i didn't receive any call or support from hathway, so i opted for a different service provider. After that i keep receiving calls for renewing my account, whereas i clearly told them to deactivate my account and stop calling me. Even then i receive calls from them every day. Now from the past few days i am getting calls to return the device otherwise they will take legal action. I have been told during the time of installation that i need to pay a particular amount (Don't remember exactly but it was around 3300) and the device will be provided free of cost. So now i am getting calls from their executives threatening they will send the legal notice. I want to get rid of this as i am being harassed for no reason and for the fault of theirs.

                                  I have taken a hathway connection last month of november 2019. To get the hathway connection installation hathway person sent a "lazy pay" payment link to complete the payment process. I have made the payment of 2170 for 3months subscription using net banking and amount deducted from my bank account. After 15 days of installation, i am getting continuous calls from lazypay to pay the amount 565 rupees and also adding 10 rs late fee for every day. Lazypay executive is telling me that i have chosen pay later option so that they have made payment to hathway amount 565 rupees. This is completely false information from lazypay i just paid the hathway subscription amount. Please don't pay using lazypay

                                  I was reached out by the executive as mentioned by the Hathway.
                                  They started the disconnection process and also collected the router from my home.
                                  But even then they are torturing me with 4-5 calls every day for paying the bill to renew the service.

                                      There is no option to terminate the service of hathway via it's android app or website and therefore i am unable to terminate the service. I am being harassed unnecessarily by multiple calls and messages inspite of having opened a service request (Request no: 27112019w260068). Please add an online option to deactivate the connection and also send someone to collect the modem and provide me with termination of service certificates and documents.

                                        They take my 6500 rs and now they are not proving me internet. I have been complaining for 7 days continuously but they do not even bother to look at my problem. They are saying that the problem is solve in 24 hour but its around 168 hours and the problem is not getting solved. When i call them to cancel my connection and refund me the remaining amount, but they are refusing to do that and still they are behave like a king. I can provide you the last 7 phone recording of complain but they are not even sending a technical person to look at this.
                                        This platform is my last hope to solve my problem and give me the refund or the apology letter from gtpl with additional 10 days of subscription as they have failed to provide the service.
