The cable operator of kachiguda, hyderabad, telengana - 500027 area, is very irresponsible. Whenever we try to contact him for any query or issue his phone is always switched off. I hope not only me, but all the people having hathway in this area will have this complaint.

Not getting proper internet connectivity since many days. Everytime i raise a complaint it's is being closed without any permanent resolution. Acc. No. [protected] of their broadband connection. Our connection expired in june 2019. And we didn't wish to continue it. Despite explaining multiple brines that, they are still bombarding with daily calls multiple times from different numbers which is annoy and difficult to block them too.
