Really embarrassing due to calls by your team. I have requested many times to put my number in DND but no use.
Spamming your own customers is not ethical.
I have no option, I will terminate my account only because of spam calls and will never ever suggest my friends.

    My internet is not working,

    I am complaining on[protected] number since more than a week almost daily, but every time my complaint is closed without given solution and taking my consent about the solution provided.

    The technician had visited the site and now every time I am getting around one-hour internet access during a day(When I absent at location).

    This is ridiculous, I have paid for 24-hour service, please refund if you can not give the internet for 24 hours.

    Technical reasons need to be solved those can not be the reason for excuses of not providing service, which is more than a week continuously.

    This now becomes kind of harassment to me to pay to GTPL and than fight for service.

    I would like to quote following from consumer charter on your website.
    " ii. Fault Repair / Restoration Time By next working day: 90% and within 3 working days: 99% Rebate: (a) Faults Pending for 3 working days and < 7 working days: rebate equivalent to 7 days of minimum monthly charge or equivalent usage allowance (b) Faults Pending for > 7 working days and < 15 working days: rebate equivalent to 15 days of minimum monthly charge or equivalent usage allowance One month "

    Also, this is a persistent problem since more than a week in this case if you are not technically prepared to provide internet you should stop cheating customers.

    Since last month I'm facing this issue but these guys aren't listening to my complaints
    I have tried several ways to solve it but it's not working and when the technicians come to solve it the says it is solved but the next day problem is same

        Hello team,

        I disconnect the hathway internet connection account no[protected] on 20th nov 2019. Last call received on 30th dec 2019 : time 9:54 am from [protected]. Since that day i have been receiving calls from hathway to renew the connection. Despite saying please collect the router they have not send anyone at my place.

        Reason for disconnection: poor service despite complaining.

        I am being purposely harassed by the calls. I request your team to handle this issue.

          I had deactivated my Hathway broadband connection in 2019 FEB and left the corresponding city too! still am receiving several calls each day to reactive my connection, what kind of business is Hathway working on.
          Even after explaining them to remove my number from the database no response.the staff's are telling your number is highlighted today so we called!

            Recently bought hathway 100 mbps broadband. For 4 months package i was assured of somw kond of double connector and 100 mbps connectivity across my 2 bhk. Mr abhay parekh regional head and mr shiv patel, coordinator and hathway employees assured that with additional optical wire connectivity rs 700 additional, i will get 100 mbps across my flat. After payment of fee, it was discovered that optical. Or any other form of connectivity for my rooms wont work. So main and some additional box were put in living room. After more than 3 weeks of followup connectivity continues to be less than 2 mbps. Mr abhay parekh never returns any calls or messages and mr patel is. Not able to get the connection right. I thought of rahejas, hathway and its employees as reliable brands. But guess learnt it the wrong way. Regards, vishal from malad west

              Hi team,
              I am following up with the customer care past 3 months for my refund and its not resolved.
              Your hathway broadband a/c no: [protected]

              This account we are not using and modem also not with us and i have done the payment wrongly. So i was trying for the refund.
              Customer care is useless service and not able to resolve the issue.
              We clarified multiple times that we would receive refunds. We were told we would receive a callback in 24 hours. Then after 24 hours, we were told it would happen in 48 hours. Then we were told it would happen in 15 days. I still haven't received my refund.

              I have multiple agents saying on call (Recorded) that refund would be provided after 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 15 days. Everytime i call, they say we will call you back.

                I used to subscribe to hathway internet service. I decided to discontinue about 6 months back. The customer care keeps calling to renew my plan. I get atleast 1-2 calls everyday. Also, they keep sending sms messages. It is very irritating. I tried convincing them that i dont need hathway service but it seems that they just get back with more calls and sms.

                  We have disconnected broadband connection 3 months ago and still we are receiving repeatative calls everyday (About 3 to 4 calls everyday). This has become a harassment and misuse of my contact number. Even after communicating that we are not interested in any offers & services, they are calling everyday and causing too much inconvenience..

                  We request you to take strict action on them and save us from there harassment.

                      I was Hathway user 8 months back and now I have moved out of city. But still getting irritating calls from Hathway customer care for new plans and offers.

                      I have told them many times, to remove my number from there call list but these people have so much of free time to irritate there existing customers.

                        We used to have a hathway account about 6 months back. Later we have shifted our home to another district where there is no Hathway account. Now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my number from their calling list, but they continuously call and which is very frustrating.

                          I stopped using hathway and disconnected the service even though i get calls from them. I informed them i am no longer using their service even though i get call everyday. If i block one number they call me with another number. Hathway people call me everyday with new offers and spamming my inbox. Even though i mentioned i discontinued their service. I have moved on with new service provider and i don't want any spamming from hathway team.

                            I had a hathway connection ([protected]) when i was in medavakkam chennai.
                            I have moved to ambattur and inquired for the same connection.
                            Hathway exective told that there is no feasibility for hathway connection in this area (Doublechecked after 1 month same answer). So i handed over the devices and disconnected from hathway.

                            Took internet connection from other service provider.

                            But still i am getting 2 messages and 2 calls from hathway. I told several times about my issue but daily someone is keep-on calling.

                            It is really irritating to see lots of message daily and also the calls.

                            Request to pls. Stop the calls and sms.

                                Service is very bad, Speed is slow.I call daily in customer care but no response.
                                My plan is 40 mbps But speed come like a 5or10 mbps.sometime broadband is automatically off then i call in customer Care.Many time i registered complaint but no response.company give us third class service And company exicutiq is also careless.Now i requst u please solve my problems.

                                  Took a prepaid connection for 3 months in first week of October 2019. Since then, connection has been slow, full of downtimes and outage. In Nov last week, a long duration outage started. During this time, I kept calling customer care and they said at various points - "it will be resolved in 2 hours", then"It will be resolved in 3 hours", then "it will be resolved in 6 hours", then "it will be resolved in 24 hours", "entire bangalore is down and we have no ETA" and so on. This charade went on for more than a week. During the time from Nov last week to december, we placed more than 20 calls where resolution was not provided. After which we disconnected our services due to non-providing of services.

                                  At the time of disconnecting services, we clarified multiple times that we would receive refunds for the time of service outage and duration of prepaid left (25 November to December 2019). We were told we would receive a callback in 24 hours. Then after 24 hours, we were told it would happen in 48 hours. Then we were told it would happen in 15 days. I still haven't received my refund.

                                  I have multiple agents saying on call (recorded) that refund would be provided after 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 15 days. Everytime I call, they say we will call you back. Then somebody calls from technical assistance, and on asking them about refund, they say they are not in charge of billing or refund and disconnect

                                  So basically,
                                  1. we were not able to make use of internet services due to non-providing of services for long duration of time
                                  2. Absolutely no resolution of service complaints over the course of 20-30 calls made
                                  3. We were told we would be provided refund when we placed disconnection request. Multiple times this was told and we have that on record
                                  4. Ruining all norms of legality, Hathway is now refusing to provide us our refund and has illegally held on to our money in spite of not providing services
                                  Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Hathway representatives called me today, actually trying to dispute that service was not provided . The fact is that service not provided for long period of time. We have made 20-30 calls to customer care for resolution. We have multiple agents on call insisting that issue will be resolved, but it wasn't. Tickets raised were closed off without resolution. Still they are trying to dispute that they provided the service.

                                  They are trying to argue that you didn't raise a complaint when open tickets were closed off without resolution and we made 20-30 calls without any resolution whatsoever.

                                  Money was paid to this company with the understanding that it would provide services. It is holding on to that money even without providing services. It is an unethical, illegal, sham company.

                                    I, suresh kumar atri bought hath way broadband connection a/c no.[protected] on 17.08.2016 by paying rs.5639 (Rs.500 non refundable amount + rs.3599 three months subscription + rs.1000 modem security +rs.540 service tax) vide receipt no.30444. As it's speed was slow i. E. 50 mbs., i surrendered connection and modem was collected vide receipt s. N.47164 on 23.12 2019. By service engineer nishu but he refused to pay modem security. Kindly refund rs.1000 modem security failing which i will to make compaint to consumers cell.

                                      The cable operator of kachiguda, hyderabad, telengana - 500027 area, is very irresponsible. Whenever we try to contact him for any query or issue his phone is always switched off. I hope not only me, but all the people having hathway in this area will have this complaint.
                                      I guess he works somewhere else parallel to this job of his, which is not at all professional. And whenever somewhere in the evening of the day, the call gets connected, he says my phone was on only. Never accepts his mistake.
                                      His answer to any complaint against him is, “if you have problem with me, you can take dish tv services”. My question is, whether he is working for hathway or dish tv? The way he talks is not at all professional & also responds in a worst behaviour.
                                      I tried to raise complaint against him multiple times through customer care service and asked them to replace the cable operator of this area, but they do not take it seriously.
                                      I dont know, if writing this will help for a solution. If not please forward this from where we can get the solution.

                                        I recharged for hathway connect after a long gap for 755rs on 19th december 3:00pm a person from their side have called and assisted me then after that he said modem will be installed the same day evening today is december 24th i have called 3 times a day for customer care daily but nobody is responding properly. One of the worst internet service. My account number is ([protected]) i don't know the reason why they are having a customer care service
