They take my 6500 rs and now they are not proving me internet. I have been complaining for 7 days continuously but they do not even bother to look at my problem. They are saying that the problem is solve in 24 hour but its around 168 hours and the problem is not getting solved. When i call them to cancel my connection and refund me the remaining amount, but they are refusing to do that and still they are behave like a king. I can provide you the last 7 phone recording of complain but they are not even sending a technical person to look at this.
This platform is my last hope to solve my problem and give me the refund or the apology letter from gtpl with additional 10 days of subscription as they have failed to provide the service.

    Its been a 7th day since I'm complaining GTPL broaband customer care about my internet connectivity is not working.

    Since first day I'm getting response from them is "We have submitted your request and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours".

    Since 3 days I'm getting response like they are paying me for the services that I'm using. Ridiculous, stupid and non-sense answers are given by them.

    I have each and every call recorded as an evidence about how irresponsible this company executives are and I can provide it when & where it is necessary

      Hello,
      I am a customer with acc. No. [protected].
      Registered mobile no. [protected].

      I'm writing to you with regard to my past experience with on of hathway technicians.

      I had some technical difficulty with my router and speed and had raised a complaint regarding the same. It took almost 2 days before they finally assigned a technician, whose name i don't know. But he had the number [protected].
      This person changed my router and went away saying the problem was solved. He seemed to be in a hurry.
      Only later on i realized my internet was frequently disconnecting as soon as i connected a device. He said he would call back and tell me it has been activated but he never did. After i raised another complaint, he finally called me again, when i was outiside, to ask me if my internet was working. I said no. And i also asked him to call my father who was at home and check with him. He called and my father responded saying that it still wasn't working.

      This person then called me and lied to me that my father mentioned the problem has been solved and then proceeded to ask me for the delight code he sent to my phone.

      And afterwards he completely stopped picking up any calls from my registered or alternate mobile number.
      If you refer to the attached screenshots you would see that i called him several times on several dates and he has always ignored my call. When i finally called him 5 times today he said that today was his week off and that he won't come to fix it. His tone was arrogant and he was so rude while talking to me.

      His number was [protected]. That's all i know about him. I request you to please take the necessary action against such an irresponsible person who is ruining the name of hathway broadband internet.

        At the beginning i called hathway for new connection, they literally spammed my call logs but after i paid the amount they stopped working for me and when ever i call them they either put me on hold or does not allow me speak regarding the issue telling the tat is 24 hours and does not care to work for me
        This is the worst service i have ever seen and would never continue to see
        I told many times to escalate this but no one did

          Despite telling them several times, i keep getting calls regarding some new offer on hathway and keep getting messages about offers. Im sick and tired of telling them multiple times. I used it long ago, and they literally gave me a legal notice to return a stupid router. Now you expect me to take your calls messages and offers?

            My hathaway broadband no.[protected]

            I have paid rs.400/- (Rupees four hundred only) online on 26th july 2019 for the re-installation of hathway broadband from sarojini nagar to dev nagar karol bagh, but when i called him he refused to re-installed. I have requested many times to active my account and refund my money but still waiting a huge time of 5 month neither the connection has been re-installed nor my money was refund. When i called customer care they answered that a/c no.[protected] was under the name of seema sharma instead of sanjay kumar. Thus, worst service i have faced. I want to refund the amount immediately.

Even after telling their customer care unlimited number of times that i don't want to renew my account, i am still getting 3 calls and 1 sms everyday. Don't know how to get this stopped.                   I have closed my connection with name udaya nayani & account no [protected] around 2018 jan and also surrender the modem.

                  After closing the connection i have took new connection with wife name prasanna lakshmi (Account no [protected]) and thinking i can avoid unnecessary calls and messages from hathway.

                  Please check and close the connection as i have already surrender the modem. The person who collected the modem not given any receipt to my wife during the collection time.

                  If you still bother me i am going to close the new connection as well which is with my wife name. If you want you can come and check in the apartment if i own the old modem.

                  Please close the my old connection otherwise i am going to share this feedback in the mahaveer rhyolite apartment as well as in my company about this harassment.

                    So 5 days ago on 2nd december we request for a new broadband connection and a guy, jay shukla, claiming to be a sales guy from hathway gives us a commitment that the connection will be done and we could use it within a day or 2. We had no reason to doubt on this guy. But when 4 days passed by and our payment was also made and still no one gave us the connection. We call them to follow up and they make fasle statements to make it work by the end of the day. Still i'm waiting for my connection.

                      Hi. I paid 3400 for hybrid plan and took hathway connection and agent has assured me that i will get cable and internet connection and took money from us on the same day. He dint came back for 15 days later he came stating that there is no cable. Then i don't know how he took money. After that he promised me that i will get 1month extension and we said ok why to fight with these hopeless people. And now there is no response from these people. Name of the person's are shrikant and vishwa. If there is no action taken against them then we will register complaint in consumer court.

                          I used hathway broadband for september and october month, this month i have moved to another place so i have cancelled my subcription and also surrendered my modem and got receipt, hathway personal said i will get my advance payment within 7 days, but one month went no response from them, but daily someone calls to reactivate account and i inform them the current issue and they say that they will look into it, but no response from anyone.

                          Someone called me to discuss two days back, he said that he will discuss this with his manager and get back to me.But untill now no response from him and also he said i will receive any calls regarding reactivation, but daily again i am getting reactivation calls, today also i have received 3 calls.

                            Hello hathway,

                            I requested for disconnection from hathway internet service provider.
                            And the disconnection has been done successfully an year ago.
                            But from the past one year, every weekday i am getting call from hathway telecallers and requesting me to reconnect.

                            I spoke to each one of them and told then every day that i had been relocated to a different city and your services are not available and not required too.

                            But every time, a new caller calls/messages me and requests for re-connection.

                            So, kindly stop this irritating calls and note that the customers will come back for re connection of your services if your services were given without any issues.

                              My name is srinivasa rao e (Account no. [protected]) and i raised a complaint on 6th nov as per below. Temporarily your team has activated my account. Even though they have excess money in my account (As per below complaint and payment details) they generated bill and asking for the payment.

                              Its already 1 month after i raised new complaint. Still no one has resolved and i did not received any calls to resolve my issue.

                              It seems to be your hathway team is not interested in resolving the customer issues. They received the excess money and they are very happy with that.

                              Whether you are going to resolve the issue or not?

                              Earlier complaint details:

                              My name is srinivasa rao e ([protected]) residing in santhoshima nagar colony, secunderabad. I paid annual subscription twice in last year: 1st time on 18th may 2018 - rs. 5318.94 and 2nd time on 15th august 2018- rs. 5650/-.

                              I paid twice because your executive called me in aug and told about to expire, so, without checking i paid. Later i found that i paid only in may 2018 and i raised complaint for refund. They confirmed that that it will be activate for 2 years.

                              Last month my account got deactivated and when i raised complaint amrutha from escalation team asked me to pay rs.600/- because our billing team told that there is a pricing difference and if you pay we will activate. And also she confirmed that it will activated for 1 year.

                              Again your team deactivated on 20th october and asking for payment. Again i raised complaint and lakshmi from head office - hyderabad told me even though you paid amount twice our backend team is not accepting for the activation.

                              Daily i am getting calls minimum 4-5, i am telling the entire story and they are saying we will resolve and will get back to you.

                              Till date nobody has resolved. Can you please look into this and resolve at the earliest?

                              Account got deactivated again...any progress on my complaint????
                              While recharge they confirmed 1 month extra if we pay for 3 month. But they extended only 15 days. Raised multiple complaint on this but no response.

                              WORST EVER CONNECTION
                              They are call me every day. I Told them don't call me back. But still they are calling.
                              In 2019, I cancel my internet connection. I have already inform to hathway. Still they are calling for renew at list 5 call. They are really harassing to their customer.

                                I am receiving number of calls repeatedly even after surrendering. Really irritating and coming in different numbers daily. After my shifting to Vijayawada from Chennai where they can not provide network services but knowingly frequently calling the number daily by different personalities is unwarranted.

                                  My account number: [protected] activated my new connection on 30/11/2019. Payment is done!

                                  After that in next two hours wifi rotor was fixed. — thanks for fast installation.

                                  But from then on wards i have called hathway customer care almost "five times" and they are saying account is activated. But my wifi rotor is not activated.

                                  Customer support guys are saying "it is activated and we have raised a complaint internally and will get back to you". — but no-one contacted me on this from two days.

                                  Kindly take an action on this and i am not getting any update. I didn't receive proper response from executive and even the person who contacted me for the rotor details. Please do needful. It was not activated and waste of money. If possible please refund my amount.

Noone came to collect the modem 1.5yrs ago&today someone else's staying there, it's not possible to collect now either. I request you to cancel the account.

                                        Dear all, my name is jitendar. Hathway internet a/c no. [protected], based in hyderabad. I paid them six-months rental in advance and i am facing the disconnection issues from last 2 months. Called customercare numerous times. They just close the ticket without giving a solution. Its been happening from september 2019. Can someone help me???

                                        Customer care doesnt even bother to answer in a proper way. The technical team who visits have no idea on whats going on.
