Raising a concern regarding pathetic service from Hathway
I have started the Hathway Cable TV service from 18th August 2019 onwards. Though my monthly package is Rs. 275/- (+18% GST tax) that comes around Rs. 325/-, instead the local operator (Dattatray Cable Network, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon West) is charging 370/- (Rs. 45/- extra maintenance cost per month).
After reaching out to the Hathway customer care, executives claimed that they (local operator) are not allowed to charge extra other than the selected monthly package.
Multiple (follow up) tickets have been raised by hathway executives on 18th Sept, still after 48 hours there is no resolution nor a single call from Hathway technical team. I have been reaching out to Customer care several times, still no positive response but only false promises.
Expecting a concrete solution to get this issue fixed at EARLIEST and charge appropriately only as per selected package
NOTE: Failing to do so, would request you to disconntinue my Hathway Cable TV connection permanently and provide me a REFUND of 2000/- (payed as initial connection for setup box)
Need your urgent intervention to get this issue resolved
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still I'm getting SMS for advertisements very frequently. I have even asked customer care not to do so, remove my number from the list. Still there is no action taken from Hatheay yet.
