I have raised complaint yesterday for technical issue, nobody looked at the issue for 24 hours.
I have been calling from this morning, i still do not see any action taken.
The executives at hathway contact center are saying they have involved the local area team, no eta on it yet after 24 hours.
It is possible that hathway is purposely not sending the field engineer to rectify the issue as it has received all the money by the recharge.
There has been no service from more than 24 hours now, how will that service loss be compensated by hathway?
Please fix the issue asap!!!

    I have raised 30 tickets and talked to customer on daily basis but tickets are getting closed without resolving issue.whats the use of raising ticket..I had calls with hour's of time but no use. Customer care is waste for customers they don't care abt issue and simply closing the tickets.my money and time is wasted because of Hathway irresponsible behaviour.

      Its since 1 week i am requesting Hathway for giving cable connection for my new address but all in vain. I had tried to contact hatway customer care as well but no proper response the agent picks the call and tell we have taken the complaint and provide the resolution with in 5 working days but to my surprise when i called again on 18th of this month person told there is no complaint taken after i asked for the clarification the lady took the complaint and since then there is no response. i would like to complaint against my local cable operater also since week he is giving excuses and not doing the needful.
      I request the forum to take an immediate action against Hathway and local cable operator.

        I have taken an unlimited plan but due to some problem there is no internet connection since 09/09/19. So, it is a humble request to do the needful actions. I have tried complaining over ticket method with ticket# 3686556, but still there are no actions in accordance. It is now nearly two weeks since the error occurred but is not resolved. Please do the needful.

I must have called 3 or 4 numbers but half of them cut the call and half of them tell me to switch off the router as if it will solve anything. I raised a ticket 2 days ago which is still in progress but nobody is caring to resolve.in a city like mumbai one has to face such problems. Very shameful hathway

          I was a Hathway customer once, and not using anymore. And don't want to.
          Still I'm getting SMS for advertisements very frequently. I have even asked customer care not to do so, remove my number from the list. Still there is no action taken from Hatheay yet.

          I would like to cancel my Hathway broadband connection which i got in chennai. In company portal there is no option to contact Customer service in chennai, because the city itself not listed. I have no idea how to cancel it now.

            billing issue with fake offer

            Hathway as give me 3+1 offer..after 3 months they are calling me pay the due bill and they are not considering the offer also.i have so many times raised requested and call back...this is very bad and harassing customer
            This is happening several time from past 6 months.they give offer and dont update in there system.please look into this issue...

            I have called for broadband service for hathway, one person of hathway said to me he will setup broadband band by the evening. But not done by him. I was waiting for his response but he told me he will do that tomorrow. This is not fare for customer. He is not able to stand on there words. I m totally disappointed by hathway services and this kind of promise.

              I am not using your services. I had raised several issue which didn't resolve. After that i asked for disconnection and i returned all the equipment.
              It's almost 3months and i am still receiving call for renewal and it's 4 time a day on regular basis.
              That's pathetic. I will ask neighborhood to stop using your services because at the end you will harasse the customer.
              And i haven't received my security money yet. When you are planning to return.

                I keep receiving so many calls and messages for all sorts of offers everyday. I have already discontinued my hathway connection 8 years back and i don't even stay at the location anymore.
                I have already requested hundreds of times to hathway that i don't stay at the place and i don't want any renewal offers - i don't want any calls and messages.
                I have requested each executive that calls me. I have sent mails to hathway - they ask me when can the modem and all be collected. This is all done 8 years ago.in a meeting, at a funeral, anywhere and everywhere hathway keeps calling me.

                  I have been receiving multiple calls everyday from hathway, even in office meetings. You guys have made my life living hell. Since last 2.5 years, everyday there are atleast 2 calls + messages that i receive from you guys. My biggest fault was to use your service and register my number. Cherry on top is, i am being asked a bribe of rs. 300 to remove my number from the list. Bravo hathway, hideous attempt to retain your customers.

                  Please remove my name and number from your database till the scratch. I have no interest to use hathway ever and be harassed everyday.

                    My name is Berlin (My Hathway ID: [protected])and I joined Hathway internet in the month of Feb 2019 and they asked deposit money Rs. 400 and that also paid for the pack two months and the sales person told, that is refundable once you return the set of box we will refund your money back. Since I returned my set of box last month still I didn’t get my refund money Rs. 400. Then I asked the guy which i return the set of box he told that send e-mail to Chennai team and the id is: [protected]@hathway.net with Cc: [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net, morais.[protected]@hathway.net, and I do sent the email to like what is happened my refund money and all.
                    Then they replied as “Dear Customer,

                    We regret the inconvenience caused.

                    We are sorry to inform you that as per the process refund of Rs. 400 can be processed only if you’re in the network for more than 3 years.

                    We are always happy to help you.”

                    However, when I join this hathway internet they didn’t mentioned like this all these conditions and now where it growing I don’t know. I need my money that’s it. Please take immediate action on the same.
                    If action is not taken to this complaint I will posting this issue in all social media.

                      Every month i am facing the problem of internet disconnecting, i raise complaint much time but they always call and told that problem is resolved but the same problem occurs again and again. Today evening around 8:17 pm and they close my complaint around 8:38 pm without fixing the problem. I am getting frustrated by raising complaint again and again.

                      I would like to request you to take strict action against them so they provide proper service.

                        I have applied for deco router plan on12aug in hathway website then anita & ranji (86089xxxxx) called us told to pay 5115 for the four month deco plan so paid on 13aug. We asked them to install the router as soon as possible but it got delayed up to 29aug finally i got internet connection with plan name as gpon deco play box. They said play box and router will be sent in 5 working days, suddenly my connection got terminated on 2sep so called customer care to fix it they took 2 days and got activated again on 4 sep. Now we have almost completed 23 days still deco router was not received. Raised many compliment but all were closed without proper answer. Each time they are telling some answer as
                        1) stock not available
                        2) plan finished
                        3) you are not eligible
                        I don’t understand what was problem with hathway, i have taken this connection because of deco router now i was cheated with your services. Now i want this deco router or full refund of my money and i was ready to pay yearly plan too if they are ok.

                        I need proper answer for this otherwise i will raise this to consumer court and trai. Please refer to attached invoice issued for my connection.

                          I had given so many complaints regarding speed fluctuation and billing related issue. But without proper resolution complaint has been closed. They didn't call or as any issue. Simply complaint has closed.in feedback i had given poor and addressed not rectified only. Very worst provider i ever seen. Now bsnl is better they are addressing user complaints. No proper plans. Speed is fluctuating. No proper response. I had given direct complaint in nungambakkam office. But no response.in billing team mr. Tamil (Billing team) not asking user feedback and very worst behavior. My plan is going is expire still accurate amount is not displayed. And speed also fluctuating. Kindly take proper action. If not rectified or no offers i close my account.

                          Today also i got a call from Hathway team but talking rudely. without resolution they closed the complaint. very worst. if not tell me i will move to another operator. worst services i ever seen. even BSNL is better now.

                            Raising a concern regarding pathetic service from Hathway

                            I have started the Hathway Cable TV service from 18th August 2019 onwards. Though my monthly package is Rs. 275/- (+18% GST tax) that comes around Rs. 325/-, instead the local operator (Dattatray Cable Network, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon West) is charging 370/- (Rs. 45/- extra maintenance cost per month).
                            After reaching out to the Hathway customer care, executives claimed that they (local operator) are not allowed to charge extra other than the selected monthly package.
                            Multiple (follow up) tickets have been raised by hathway executives on 18th Sept, still after 48 hours there is no resolution nor a single call from Hathway technical team. I have been reaching out to Customer care several times, still no positive response but only false promises.

                            Expecting a concrete solution to get this issue fixed at EARLIEST and charge appropriately only as per selected package

                            NOTE: Failing to do so, would request you to disconntinue my Hathway Cable TV connection permanently and provide me a REFUND of 2000/- (payed as initial connection for setup box)

                            Need your urgent intervention to get this issue resolved

                              I'm a subscriber to hathway broadband and i asked these guys to deactivate my account.. They even told that they will update the account.. Yet these guys are calling without any reason.,. They want me to renew the account.. Why the heck should i do that im not even in that place.. Such a miserable service.. Such a garbage

                              I even have proofs that i have mailed these guys to stop sending messeges and calls.. Yet i dont understand their problem... If for godsake anyone o[censored]r hathway guys seeing this... Just deactivate my account as mentioned above... Just dont call!!

                                Hi have taken connection on hathway, which they said good speed of 150Mbps and 1000gb data but after getting connection from first second I am trying to use my mobile and laptop but net is very slow and sometimes it's disconnecting automatically. I have called Hathaway service and raised so many complaints, they said some settings and I updated then also its not working properly and I checked speed. I wonder that it is 20Mbps and 15 Mbps but they promised that 150Mbps. Hardly 1month I used 80gb out of 1000gb and I decided to disconnect, after disconnection they calling me daily 2 times and harassing that to get connection again, I said I have raised so many complaints but not solved from your side. Then they are torchering that submit modem, I asked for refund they are telling read terms and conditions which you signed but at the time of giving connection they didn't given any form to sign and to read. Now they are threatening me against legal action etc and daily harassing.

                                  3 day back i informed hathway company regarding disconnection of my hathway internet. I also filled the google form regarding time and date of pick up. But no one called me!
                                  I am foreigner and i have to leave india as soon as possible! So please let me know how much does all arrangments take time as well! But it's very unprofessional when you set a proper time and date and waiting at home, no one even call regarding the problem!

                                    Hathway team is not ready to shift connection to my new place as they do not service at my new place. They also suggested me to try to shift to any other places for which i gave them one address which is very close to abids and to my surprise they do not operate at that location as well.

                                    They are neither helping me with the connection at new place nor refunding my money which is more than 3k for 6 months service of which i used their service only for 20 days. After which i had to relocate to my permanent address due to personal reason and this new place is also in city limits.

                                    Request hathway to refund my money so that i can go ahead with different service provider and avoid asking me to utilize benefits by moving to new place only where they operate

                                    With reference to your mail, we have initiated your concern and would like to inform you that shifting is not possible, due to non feasible area at new location. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

                                    Plan which you opted for pre-paid plan it is one time billing amount for which refund is not applicable. Further for any feasible area we can able to provide the service on a special case without any shifting charges.

                                    This is their response to many correspondences I had with them...how can they not have policy to issue refund when their service is not available in a particular...how can they ask me to use their service at a new place which is not an option for me ?

                                      Hathway team is not ready to shift connection to my new place as they do not service at my new place. They also suggested me to try to any other places for which i gave them one address which is very close to abids and to my surprise they do not operate at that location as well.

                                      They are neither helping me with the connection at new place nor refunding my money which is more than 3k for 6 months service of which i used their service only for 20 days. After which i had to relocate to my permanent address due to personal reason and this new place is also in city limits.

                                      Request hathway to refund my money so that i can go ahead with different service provider and avoid asking me to utilize benefits by moving to new place only where they operate

                                      I do not want hathway to call to my number.I am a student and i keeping getting calls unnecessarily. Its really very disturbing. I block one number and i get call from another number.
