My internet subscription has started on 1sr september. I have purchased 6 month dat plan at the cost of 3000 rs for 40 mbps speed. After one week it has disconnected and today it is 16 th september still it is not working.
I have visited gtpl ho in 16th september and company saying that there is no refund policy. They are failed to give proper service and neither giving a my refund.
My registered complaints automatically closed without any solution.

      Hi team,

      I have complaints multiple times to hathway but they are not resolving speed issue and taking money for high speed internet. Every time they give false reason that go near to router and computer driver is not updated etc.
      Sometime they do not resolve the issue and close the ticket without informing. Temporarily they will resolve the issue to close the ticket and then after few hours or next day again issue will arise. Could you please help. Thanks

        Hathway services are so pathetic, let me tell you my case...

        First contact and payment:

        Paid for services on "6 sep". Guy who took money said installation and activation is done by "7 sep (6'o clock evening), nothing happened on 7th till afternoon, i called the guy (Mahesh), he said he will enquire and call back in 2 min, and never called back, when i call him, he will not take my calls anymore, i whatsapp him and he checks the messages (I can see blue tick mark), but dont reply.

        Customer support:
        I called custmor support, and they said will be done next day (8th sep) and also informs that generally takes 4-5 working days for installation and activation. Which is completely different from what the initial agent said.

        Field technician

        Field tech called me on 8th but i was not available, as i was in office, when i called he said he already left the area and can be done only next day (9th sep).
        I took a leave the next day to take care of this. Tech calls me and i missed it unfortunately. And after 1 nd half hour i called tech said he is in the area and he would come after some time. As he dint show up, i called back the tech and he keeps on disconnecting my calls.

        Customer support

        Cust support again said next day, though tech in my area and its only late afternoon, they reject to send him.

        Field tech

        He came and installed finally and said will be activated with in 2 hours.

        Which dint happen, i called cust support and they said, field tech never informed that installation is done. Since i have informed, activation will be done in 24 hours, which dint happen i have to call back and they said some issue with the cabling, have to send tech back, after a lot of heated argument, field tech came back and fixed the cabling issue and said activation is done in 1 hours, which dint happen when called customer support they say activation team is closed now and can only happen today (14th sep). When i call them today again they 24 hours as i have missed their calls, activation team called me 3 times according to them, but i never received a call, i asked them to connect me to activation team, they say they cant, and i am still waiting and no one calls me, or activation is done. When asked to cancel services and refund money they say it will take 15 working days.

        I almost called 30 times, still no result, customer support people hang up calls when you ask for escalation team. And they speak so rude, they say"things can happen on calls, you should have patients".

        Initial promis was 1 day.
        According to customer support 4-5 days.
        Its 8 days now, how much patients can we have.

        I have quit the connection 3 years back, but still I am receiving promotion for the sane account ID. I called and inform them to delete my account and not sending any message, but hectic they are sending daily.
        I am receiving promotional messages from hath way daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my account in the year 2018 but still I'm receiving messages to my number [protected]

          I am residing at wakad, pune and was using hathway from past 2 years. Now i had to shift from that location to a mere of 500 meters and i gave a request to hathway to shift my connection. They took my complaint and gave a ticket no w814736 on 1st september. Now 14 days have passed and they didn't give any call regarding the same. I have to call them everyday for almost 40-50 minutes just to get a confirmation if the connection will be installed. Initially they said that it will be done on the same day eod but that never happen.in this process i spoke to their supervisors naming abhishek, santosh and narendra. Now whenever i am giving a call and ask the operator to transfer my call to any of these, they say that they are busy and will call u back, which never happened. I have requested to initiate a refund of remaining 45 days but they are not responding. My account number is [protected].

          Please take a necessary action against them so that i could either get the refund or get the connection.

            I have faced issue of internet outage in the past and today for all day. I have called many times but every time all cusomer executives are busy. Very disappointed.

            It caused losses to me as i was not able to work for 4 days as i am using static ip. Who is going to pay for this?

            I was not able to talk to customer care even single time in past 3 month. Toll number:[protected]. How to register a complaint. I just don't understand.

            I am just waiting for this plan to end in 3 months and i will subscribed to some other broadband service provider.

            When i took the connection ion 15/01/2019. I paid in advance for the full year. I was promised by executive that i will get new router. He lied to me till date and i never got the router. I also contacted to sales head satish parmar. I explained entire issue to him, instead o[censored]nderstanding the issue he became angry and started abusing.

            If i knew i would have got such response then i should have asked for written committment about new router from executive (Faizan). I should have also recorded satish parmar's call and send to you.

            "i am a technical support executive for a private limited co. And have to complete my daily assignment punctually and so i required an quality internet broadband.

            I was assured that i will get new router but it has been a month and i have calls numerous times to executive faizan. Every time i just get assurance. I even talked with you about this 10-12 days ago and given you the details.

            I had conversion with you before renewing gtpl broadband and you assured me of proper connectivity and service. Today after talking to you i am disappointed with the manner you handle customer's genuine queries.

            All i have asked is for router which i was promised when i renewed my plan.
            This is the customer care number where i have been registering my complaints for past 1 year, [protected]. Today you are saying that i do not even have customer care number and i do only big talks. Neither i am interested nor i have the time."

            I am not any more interested to use your broadband connection. I will switch to other provider once my plan expires.

            I don't understand the problem. Every day i am facing broadband connection issues. Every time i called on 3 different numbers, 50 times a day, they all are busy all time. How to deal with these problems. I am fed up of GTPL.

              Im deepak ranaware registered mobile no - [protected] and im very much fed up with hathway im not able to do any kind of work from home.

              I paid more then 12, 000 for 1 year subscription in jan 2019 and i was told will get 12months + 3 months free... Which is still not added its been 9 months now.

              My main issue is my bb speed i am paying for 50mbps, wht im getting is 1.8mbps sometimes its 0.18 mbps sometimes its 8mbps (I have 100 pics / screenshots to prove it)
              Hathway dont listen to customers, i have done all they said and last they say nothg wrong abd my complaint gets close.

              I always said i want technicians to call me or visit my place before closing my complaint.. Every day i make complaint and it is close without speaking wiith me.

              When i was suppose to renew my account i used to get calls pay for full 1 year subscription and now im suffering.

              Inspoke with pune technician akshay me said there is port issue in my area since 1 month and dont knw whenit will be resloved i asked him tell me like 10 days 1 month 2/3 months he said dont know.

              I want you to fix this or refund my money so that i can go with other providers.

              I cant work from home due to slow speed and now i hve to travel 25kms (1 way) everyday to go and sit in office.

              I have given up now im planning to take my modem to the hathway office in pune jm road and throw and record all this and update on media social networking sites.

                I was using the hathway internet modem and had to shift to a new location. When asked if the connection is moveable they did not respond. I shifted to the new location. Here there was hathway internet service when and was told the old connection wouldn't work and i have get a new connection. I got a new connection and submitted the old modem to the service man ashok and got his contact number-[protected]. After 2 months received a call from the company that a legal notice has been issued and i have to pay 2500/- rupees.

                  Hi team,

                  I have requested for internal wiring while requesting for new connection. They have given normal connection initially and sent some people for internal wiring in the apartment. Finally after few days of discussion. Internal wiring is not possible in our apartment. Later the reperesentive said that he will refund the amount as he failed to do the internal wiring. I went with another isp who did the internal wiring. After waiting for 1.5 years, now people responded saying refund not possible. I have choosen for 6 months plan. I have used only for 8-10days (Time taken to solve internal wiring).

                    Internet is not working from last 3 days and these people are so unprofessional that they wont give proper answer or any details on when the service will continue.

                    Talked to Supervisors in Call center and these people are fooling you on your face and i would like to mention their names too.

                    Best advice from my side "DO NOT FALL IN A TRAP OF GTPL INTERNET SERVICE", Do some more research and go for better service this people are just fraud.

                      The internet is not working since 3 days. I have been continuously turning the modem on and off still no success. The internet doesn't connect to any of the devices. The internet comes for like 5 mins and then goes away. There is always written authentication problem and it refuses to connect with the devices. I called the customer care services 4 times today still no help. Although, the modem box all the lights blinks.

                        Sir after is ubmitted a complaint through you i recieved a phone from hathway and they said they will refund the money paid to me with some compensation.
                        They asked me for account number and i refused to give the account number.
                        Then they told me to pay through google and and they said their payment is stuck in the gateway and hence first i shall pay and then they will reverse. I was given the hathway employee id and i verified the id and it was correct since everything was ok i thought they may refund and finally they have swindled 66900 from me and they have switched off their phones their upi id with paytm is [protected] name: mohit kumar and abhay singh. They have sent me mail from consumerforum mail id. I request you to raise a complaint with paytm with the help o[censored]piid and recover the amount.

                          I lived in udaygarh loco sitarampur. My cable operator name is rakesh. The matter is i requestes my cable opertor rakesh many time for providing me alliance broadband connection but he would not listen all time and just ignored me all time and don't pick my number also all time. Whereas just other area which related to my area named subhash para the other operator is giving their customer alliance broadband connection. I tell alliance customer care for this bad kind of behavior by my cable operator but they dont listen me and tell me talk to him. Pls help me and accept my complain against my cable opertor rakesh.

                            I shifted my house in april at the new location hathway services are not available so, i requested discontinuation of services even though my plan was till june, i had already paid 2500 rs but they declined to refund the amount, even that was fine. I requested cancellation of connection so mr. Khan from hathway press complex picked up the modem and other stuff. Even though i don't have their accesories because i have submitted them they are harassing me to take their connection and now they have reached heights to spam me on whatsapp that i will face legal notice if i don't submit modem when i already have.

                              Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
                              I used to hold a hathway account about 3 months back. But i shifted my connection to a different service provider. But the renewal calls and messages are unstoppable!                                 I am receiving hatchway promotuonal sms on daily basis however i have disconnected my broadband in year 2017.
                                This is very annoying to get more than 10 sms in a week.

                                Request to please stop sms asap.

                                I am requesting hatchway team to get utchecked and stop sending this unwanted stuffs. This is very iritating.

                                  Even i have told them n number of times i dont have any plans to install their broadband again, in fact i have switched over the city, they keep calling every 2 days from different numbers and sending sms continuously. I am unable to tolerate this torture.. Please let me know where i can complain younger this solved. I receive 4 calls per week and 5 sms per week

                                    It has been 3 days that i have booked a complaint against gtpl broadband connection thay my internet is down there is no proper answer from their side they are just tell me that engineer is going to visit soon or that will be first thing in the morning but there is no action and today when i called them today on 12 sep they are saying that their server is down so they will not be able able to help me today most unprofessional service from a very respected company

                                      I have opted for dnd according to trai rules since a long time, but hathway keeps calling me to sell their services and sends sms every day. Please ask them to stop. I am not able to block their number. I have blocked 1-2 numbers but they keep calling from different numbers. I am also not able to block their messages since they use special spam numbers

                                        I have subscribed to gtpl broadband package with 30 mbps speed. The service so far is bad. The customer care is worst. Most of the time the speed is very low like 2 to 4 mbps, some times about 15 mbps and hardly 30 mbps. More seriously the speed strangely fluctuates and makes the usage of internet a hell. Customer service promises the solution but never does satisfactorily. I have sent 9 reminders but of no use. They seem to have no ombudsman which is illegal. Gtpl must refund my money so that i can go for jio. Please.

                                        GTPL keeps sending mails assuring the resolution of the matter, but no improvement. I am just attaching September 2019 speed-test result to highlight the reality. This list doesn't contain the times when the network was down as it could not run.
