My Customer id is [protected]. I was relocated to hasthinapuram, chrompet and due to not coverage i disconnected hathway.
On 5th Aug 2019, I got a call from hathway and they said coverage is there. They made me to pay immediately using lazzypay

the transaction id is [protected]_[protected]_93602562 i attached the screenchot also. But no one came for installation till

now. I keep on calling customer care daily but no one came yet. And today i called customer support and they said coverage

is not there in my area. He himself agreed that i got cheated by hathway. So i asked for the refund and he said that he

initiated refund process. Why you guys cheating innocent like us.

I want to take severe action on the executive who cheated me and his name is dinesh and who called me on 5th Aug 2019.
Customer support executive who initiated refund is sridhar and i called him on 26th Aug 2019 10:40 pm.

I didnt get my refund till now. You guys cheated me and not providing me the refund. this is completely unacceptable. i keep on calling you guys but everyone is saying refund is initiated. What did i do wrong here. You did all cheating things and make me to call you guys asking for my money. I need my refund as soon as possible
I'm daily getting too many unwanted sms from Hathway. I'm not using Hathway internet currently, I have closed my connection 5 years ago. Please remove my contact information and phone number [protected] from your sms/mailing list.

    I got a Hathway connection. After desperate calls from their customer care, agreed for a six-month connection with full upfront payment. They gave a playbox free. It was a device that was sent to me which I owned since I paid full six month advance.The device worked with any internet connection and I used it to access Netflix. Now that I have done the six months, I moved to Jio fibre. The playbox, that I got for Free, has since then stopped working. Mr Vasanth from call centre now informs that the playbox will only work if Hathway connection is active. While it will work with any internet connection, Hathway connection account has to be active. Such a condition was never informed when the box was sent and this is plain simple cheating and a trap to bind oneself to Hathway for ever. Like many deals, the customer is the sucker.i am posting so others don't get trapped.

      Hathway is sending me notice to submit the modem. I have disconnected the connection around two years ago. Hathway started sending me these notices around an year ago then i called customer care and confirmed that modem is submitted to their operative in the area and they stopped sending these emails for some time. But now they have again started sending these notices.
      I keep getting these emails daily in my gmail which is very disturbing. Now i have started getting text messages on my number as well to submit. Please check your records and stop sending these emails.

        Around three weeks back hathway executive came to my home to register a new broadband connection. As i already had a connection which i had received confirmation over email from the hathaway people is terminated six months back. There is no setup of the account presently.

        I informed him regarding this. When he was filling up the form he asked me to make a payment in the old id. I made a payment there and then a new account number message came. The sales executive informed me that i can make a payment again in the new account and the money i had paid earlier will be refunded.
        I did the same. He also asked me to write an email to the hathaway billing desk which i did immediately. However, even after multiple follow ups the amount has not been refunded. It seems hathway has no intention of returning the money. They are using malpractices and are cheating customers

          I purchased 12 + 9 month subscription on 5th dec. 2017.

          All worked good till 20 months.

          Then suddendly theyhave deactivated my connetion. I filed 3-4 request saying that still one month left. But they didn't resolve it. Then i visited their branch office at surat. And they started my conncetion.

          But again only after 15 days they deactived my connection again. When i filed request for 3-4 days they told me you had given 15 days trial period. Now how does it make sense that i got trial period of 15 days in my running 21 month plan. These is purly mental harrasments.

            Overcharged for package channels and no provision of channels paid for. Agent is referring to one another and not taking responsibility. We have opted for paid channels however only 1 out of 5 channels is available. We tried to contact local cable operator but wasn't available on the phone for 3 to 4 days. On the 5th day we were asked to contact on another number which was switched off. Simultaneously we had filed a complaint on hathway customer care wherein we were advised that within 24 hours I will be contacted but it did not happen for 5 days and still counting. we have been facing this issue for more than 6 months. There seems to be no way for complaining against local area hathway cable operator. I urge you to look into this and take it forward from here.

              I was looking for internet connection called up justdial, i return i got a call from hathway agent name yakanna (Dilsukhnagar) he explained the plan, i called him home, he asked me to make the payment of 3190rs ans connection will be given by evening, he did not responed the whole day, nextday, dsy long i try to reach then, he said he will fix by 3pm did not respond, i called he said by 5 pm, did not respond, i called up said 30 min, then said 10 min... But did not responed at all... Its been 48 hours and there is no response... 3rd day morning someone came and layed the cable amd went of saying some other team will come and fix modem and router in 30 mim... After 5 hours... Someone came after so many calls and fixed router.. And sais connection will come in 10 min... But its been half day... There is not activation done... There are no signal in the modern... This guys are giving me mental stress and when i asked for cancelling the connection and give my money back they said it wil take 15 days time... Its literally spoiling my health, look at there careless response... They are now disconnecting my calls...

                Hi,
                I was using hathaway internet and decided to close my connection.
                After raising request my connection has been deactivated and hathaway executive collected modem and required things.
                Still they are forcing me to pay the amount. They are harrassing me by calling 3-4 times in a day.. After my complaint about do not call still getting frequent call to pay money.
                It's happening from last 2 month.. Now hathaway customer executive start abusing and they are using bad words.

                  I wish to cancel my internet connection under the name - abhishek hemnani
                  A/c - [protected]. I am taking this action because of the high handed behaviour of the customer care department at hathway internet company. As a leading internet service provider, you have a duty to ensure that your client's complaints are issues are dealt with correctly. However, i am angered by the mismanagement of your company and the inefficiency of your staff in the customer care department.

                  Multiple times over the time i renewed my internet connection by making a payment of amount: ₹ 3009 on the date date:15-aug-2019 the receipt number: r[protected] the department assured me that my complaint regarding no internet connection would be looked into. However, not only was no action taken regarding this faulty connection, but i was also sent 7 reminders via sms to pay the bill and multiple times i raised a ticket complaint it was closed without any resolution. Every time i called the customer care they would do a hard reset and still, the internet would not work. When i tried to call customer care at the office, i was informed that representative with the number as follows +91 [protected] was currently on leave and that the complaint could not be tended to.

                  When i asked if someone else could attend to the issue, i was informed that i would have to make the complaint again. I am very disappointed with hathway internet company regarding this and i do not want to continue using your services. Please let me know when and how soon can you issue a refund of the amount paid in advance as after the payment i have not received any service from your company so i dont see any reason to continue paying you.

                  Its become very clear that your service technicians are incompetent and have no idea how to fix my problem and since that's the case i dont see a reason to continue my service with your company and would like to cancel my internet connection on immediate basis and would like a full refund of the payment i've made on the 15th august receipt number: r[protected]

                    Paid 48 hours ago and they haven't activated my account yet. When they needed the payment, i was getting over 10 calls per day from the company. Now when all i need is an activation call, i haven't received even one call in the past 48 hours. Whenever i call customer care the ask me to wait another 24 hours and say that they are "not responsible" for activation and that someone else will call me in 24 hours and i never get the call. The customer care is horrendous with hathway.

                      My hathway broadband a/c no: [protected], i have purchased the plan of 3 months on last saturday and paid 2300 in advance. It's almost 8 days are gone and the connection is not yet established. I don't know if hathway has any limit to the days within which the connection must be established. Hathway simply took the money in advance and then it became my responsibility to call each and every person from technician to engineer. I have to take follow up of every person to get this connection still no use. Hathway people are not at all serious about the customer satisfaction and are not serious about their job responsibilities. Customer care service of hathway is not of single use because they don't have single responsibility and authority to do anything apart from raising complaints to which no one cares. No refund system is in place. We pay the money online but for refund i must go to the local support to which local support says the refund is not possible. Hathway don't want to give the connection and don't want to refund the money as well.
                      It's really annoying. I think i have wasted my money by trusting such big brand. Even small service providers are better than hathway. I should've waited few more days for jio.
                      I recommend all other people who are looking for broadband connection please do not go for hathway.

                        My hathaway cable subscription cycle is 24th to 23rd of every month. But still after paying payments on time my cable won't get renewed on 24th of every month. I have to call my cable partner again n again to restart my cable. Sometime he takes a whole day to answer our calls.

                        We are getting fade up of such routine, we need a concrete solution on this.

                        Our area hathaway office is on only 10 mins walkable distance from my place, still facing such issue...

                          I disconnected hathway connection 8 months back and called them to disconnect and they were supposed to take their modem back. I discontinued hathway because of their poor internet connection and pathetic customer service and switched to much better act fibrenet. However after 8 months of noone coming to my house to collect their wire and modem, they are now sending mail that they will file a case if i don't return modem. They also keep harassing me by calling multiple times to renew connection even when i clearly told them i don't want. I also previously sent an email about their pathetic services but there was no improvement. Now they think it's okay to send legal notice to their unsubscribed customers.

                              Hi. I am anmol sonar and i want to disconnect my hathway.. I took 3 months of plan 50 mbps 1000 gb and when i am connecting to the lan cable i am not even getting 10 mbps o[censored]pload speed.. I raised complains bt my ticket was closed without resolving it.. My disconnection request was taken and i need y rest of the refund as soon as possible.. I am facing this issue from last 3 weeks and i am mvery disappointed with this service.. Kindly do it as soon as possible or else i will go to consumer forum

                                Hai as i complained regarding the d link camera some one call me from hathway.
                                Know thay are promising will provide setup box. I told him that i was promised that if i pay 3 months amount one time i will get d link camera i did get it. Now you are promising setup box again i can wait for so long. So please i request the higher officials of the company if you can't provide me what your salesperson mr chandru (Chennai) promised refund my full amount and take back your setup box
                                As soon as possible.
                                It's good for us.

                                  I have been staying on rented accommodation at shree nagar thane west from june '18. Room no. B-26, jaswandi bldg., i requested avim cable (Local distributor for hathway) before 31st may '19 that starting 01st june '19 i will no longer be needing the cable service as we had marriage at home & would spend more than a month in native place. Now i have shifted to ghatkopar west. And requested the current local distributor (Ghatkopar west) to re start my hathway connection. They requested to ask the previous distributor (Avim cable) to convert our connect to terminal. Upon calling avim cable they first said we shall comply and share the noc. Upon waiting for more than 2 days call them again and this time i was informed that i have pending dues of rs. 490/- for month of june '19. They would only transfer the connect to ghatkopar west distributor once the pending dues are paid. Now when we have informed them well in advance in may '19 that we would not be requiring the connection from june '19 onwards why are they charging for the month of june '19. This is pure dictatorship and fraud service from avim cable. This shows that they can keep the service active with consent from the customers.

                                  Need help in getting the above issue raised as high as possible and solution to be provided.

                                    My name is xxxx in the month ofaugust i had requested for new internet connection to hathway executive before setting up the connection he asked me to paid 500rs so i have paid on this number [protected] but they failed to setting up my connection so i requested for refund and they told me, refund is not feasible.

                                    Customer care is useless, they will not provide any information

                                      I am aman patel from delad, ta - olpad, surat, gujarat.in my locality all people take 15 mbps wifi plan and gtpl's salesman (Name - rahul, mobile number - [protected], [protected], add - siyadla near sayan,) give us promise to give better service and take payment of our plan first. But now we are facing problem of internet speed. Moreover we complain about this many times, gtpl customer care generate complain tickets but none is coming to solve problem and tickets were close directly without clearing of problem.in addition in the month, 10-15 days we see that wifi is not working.
