I had booked Hathway broadband connection on 12 August 2018 with rs 1767/- for 100 mbps for 3 months and the the account id generated is: [protected]
Due to some certain reason I need to cancel the booking so I raised a request through customer service and the ticket number .
Since the installation is still not done, I didn't have Hathway connection in my home and didn't have any Hathway device.
Even after repeated following up till today they have not refunded my booking amount and terminated my account.
They closed the ticket without resolving and sent me a sms saying refund will be done within 10-15 days.
Then I again called customer care and again I raised the refund ticket .
Nothing happened they closed the ticket again without resolving sending a message that it will be refund will be done within 10-15 days.
Their 10-15 days never comes. I have send them repeated email even to their customer care and nodal officer.
Every time the send back same reply "Based on your concern, we are processing for refund. ".
But nothing happens. No one from Hathway ever contact me on refunding.
This is very frustrating. Hathway never takes care about the complains.
I don't understand what take this much time to refund a connection booking and terminate the account?
I haven't taken the connection. I booked it then I cancelled it immediately. No hardware or cable is installed. They would have refunded back the amount and terminate the account by now.
In today's competitive Internet market brand like Hathway is actually showing how poor their services are and their customer suffers once they take their connection (For me even I haven't taken their connection, I just booked and cancelled the booking and even I am suffering).
