My hathway account number is [protected]. It's been couple of months that i have got this hathway internet connection for the area nizampet, green fields society. There are lots of frequent disconnections happening while using hathway internet and sometimes net is completely down during evening/night time which seems to be happening very often. Every time i call to the hathway customer care, their response is same - "we have raised a complaint already, we'll resolve your issue in 24 hours". The technician visit is a joke where he just come and browse some regular sites like google, then say - "no issues with the internet, working fine". For me this is very annoying & frustrating because calling them and complaining on the same issue again and again is now became one of the daily activity for me. Whenever i request for a refund, they would just reply saying - "once the account is activated, refund will not happen". So i decided to write a complaint on all the forums and take it infront of more people. At least this way people who is reading this complaint will now think to go for hathway internet connection and obviously choose a better internet service provider.

This is just a start. More forums to put the same complaint..

    I want to disconnect hathway broadband as i want to move out of state. I had requested 3 months before many times and no one has responded from hathway. Now i am out of state. Its been 2 months now i am receiving calls from them to renew while i had already asked for disconnection and colllect modem. Every i get 3-4 calls for past 2 months and i am asking them to disconnect. Its been done for at least a 50 times. I ahd proof of numbers. Till now hathway hasnt responded. Atleast please do stop sending me renew call and message please. My hathway no is. [protected]. I dont want to take to social media to tell people this torture i am going through.

      I had booked Hathway broadband connection on 12 August 2018 with rs 1767/- for 100 mbps for 3 months and the the account id generated is: [protected]

      Due to some certain reason I need to cancel the booking so I raised a request through customer service and the ticket number .

      Since the installation is still not done, I didn't have Hathway connection in my home and didn't have any Hathway device.

      Even after repeated following up till today they have not refunded my booking amount and terminated my account.
      They closed the ticket without resolving and sent me a sms saying refund will be done within 10-15 days.

      Then I again called customer care and again I raised the refund ticket .

      Nothing happened they closed the ticket again without resolving sending a message that it will be refund will be done within 10-15 days.

      Their 10-15 days never comes. I have send them repeated email even to their customer care and nodal officer.

      Every time the send back same reply "Based on your concern, we are processing for refund. ".
      But nothing happens. No one from Hathway ever contact me on refunding.

      This is very frustrating. Hathway never takes care about the complains.

      I don't understand what take this much time to refund a connection booking and terminate the account?
      I haven't taken the connection. I booked it then I cancelled it immediately. No hardware or cable is installed. They would have refunded back the amount and terminate the account by now.

      In today's competitive Internet market brand like Hathway is actually showing how poor their services are and their customer suffers once they take their connection (For me even I haven't taken their connection, I just booked and cancelled the booking and even I am suffering).

        Now i m really get disappointed as i m complaining against hathway third time... Earlier the downloading speed was not getting up but this time even i m unable to see any video and the speed is really very poor that i m watching videos and video is buffering... It's my request that plz do not do this with me... I trusted on hathway thats why i took connection from hathway... My internet uploading and downloading speed as well is not as per expected and advice and told by hathway services...

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had moved to bengaluru at he start of 2019 and having a trusted connection with hathway in chennai, decided to go along with the same provider in bengaluru too.

          This turned out to be a disaster as i faced problems right from day 1 as the installation was delayed and even the technician was highly arrohant. I had reported these but no response. I thought things will be better as time goes but they worsened with many of my complaints on internet issues not being addressed on time. I still put up with it but this july my issue wasnt resolved for more than 10 days and there was no response from your technical department.

          I decided to disconnect your service and on july 11 2019 it was confirmed. Though it has to be noted that my internet was not working for more than a week at that point.

          I was surprised to know later that my disconnection though confirmed wasnt reflected and i now kept getting calls daily on reconnection, even then no word on problem resolution.

          I had to put my foot down and get rid of this and finally made sure my router was collected but even after that my refund for the month of july which i had paid in advance was not refunded. Adding to that i get more than 10 calls a day to renew my connection.

          Stop this mental harassment. I have also decided to disconnect hathway from my chennai home and i need you to 2 things immediately:

          1. Stop mentally harassing me by your unnecessary renewal calls.
          2. Refund my july 2019 plan amount - rs. 1172

          I hope there is at least some sanity left in this unethical organization which can help me out with this.

            We don't have internet connection to our home since saturday. On 1st day when we called to your customer care they told us that it will be solved within 24 hours.

            On 2nd day we did complaint again and they told us that sunday is non working day and so that no technical person will visit today. So we have waited till monday morning and complained again since evening for 3 4 times but everytime they only do one thing reassurance but don't try to solve the problem.

            And this is happening since one months on every weekend or on a holiday or non working day so that technical person can't visit to our home and we have to suffer for more than 3 days despite of giving complaints for multiple times.
            It seems that you disconnect our connection knowingly that we can't get it on weekends and you can give reasons of non working days and we have to suffer for minimum 3 days.
            I want a permanent solution for this otherwise please give me refund because of connection loss we can't use it for the months we have paid for.

            And when we took this plan they said installation of gpon wire is included in the plan so they will install gpon wires within 1 month it has been 12 months and still installation of gpon wire is not done. And everytime we give complaint thay say technical person will come and see but no one comes to see and solve this too.

              Hi, i recently called one of the hathway broadband guy in nallagandla telanagana for connection. After the inquiry he continuously called me and asked me to pay online first and then he will install. I did online payment on the same day i. E on aug 29. Now it's my turn to call him up and request for installation and i did so continuously for 3 days. Today i am on 1st september writing this complaint about this cheating broadband. I didn't get connection yet but since it's a quarterly pay package, my last day has been set by the system but no connection at my home. Now i want to cancel and get back my refund but for that also there is no option. Customer care service is not much helpfull. Now i need indian cc forum to help me to get my refund.

              I have been cheated by this broadband. I paid 1760 inr for 3 months for a basic plan. I am sharing the cheater number here online if anyone get a call from this number in nallagandla telangana be carefull. He is a fraud.

                Gi got scammed by gtpl sales person ankit prajapati he took my money and i am getting services yet i informed gtpl customer support about him and none one person is working by that name. My internet is not working since many days and i filed lots of complain at customer support and ankit prajapati. But none of them answering calls and replying on. It's look they just want money to fraud people. I am looking for my refund but they are ingnoring calls and emails i am trying them since many days but no one interested in giving refund.                   Every time when i call i heard a new story related to my issue
                  And just few minutes back i encountered with a star abhishek singh who says i'll disconnect the call if you repeat your line again n again
                  Seriously i'm the one who's facing the issue and as a user i don't have a right to share with customer care
                  This the service they are providing
                  #very very pathetic
                  #please if you really want to enjoy the internet connection *do not opt hathway* they are the fraud
                  They have supervisor like *abhishek singh* who don't want to listen the problem who don't understand or feel the issue.

                  So trust me do not choose hathaway not even as a last option
                  They are not worth it

                  And i have paid the three months advance payment but some other person is using my internet connection and i'm paying for the charity

                  They took money from me in advance and they don't have time to correct their mistake and give me my modem so that i can use the internet connection.

                  I feel so helpless that i paid the amount so that i can do my work with better speed but some random guy is having fun on my charges/plans

                    Gtpl broadband is a worst internet provider for gandhidham as they only focusing on just on new connection. I have requested to transfer my connection from last 30 days none of their worker or support team contacted i already visit office and they just saying that we dnt have new cable for transfer and saying that building owner is not giving permission for install device. Now i called them for refund they told me that we have to contact their call center for that not exp. And not good behavior they are doing with customer as they only focus on sales not on service and support. If any one can help its really appreciated.

                      I bought gtpl broadband on 20th march 2019 from the first month i was facing internet connectivity issue almost on every week and i registered complaint for the same but from last month the internet completely not working for continues 15 days and i have raised so many complaint and requested for technician visit but no one is coming to resolved the problem. Got complaint resolved after two days of raising the complaint without approaching me.
                      I am having complaint emails and support calls recording also. They are also not compensated for the not available days.

                      After requesting many times my complaint to resolve hence, i am complaints against the gtpl broadband service department.

                        I had my internet connection in hathway [account id: [protected]] for couple of years .I have shifted my home and opted out from the service long back. Since then from one year customer care executives of hathway are repeatedly calling/using my mobile number to advertise their products and offers. I feel very irritated to attend their calls and say i have shifted the place and not need the service. I have told them several times to deactivate my account from their database but no action has been taken. I am being mentally harassed by Hathway.

                        Its my 2nd complaint i guess in span of 7 days..My complaint hasn't even got notified by Hathway Broadband. I don't know how this consumer complaints forum works.

                          My name is Gajanan Kshirsagar and i had opted for Broadband service from Hathway for 3 months with package rate Rs. 2300. on 6 June 2019. Sales person asked me to pay online and send him details. I did the same thing and same day paid the payment online. Transaction ID :[protected] & User account no [protected]. Then after payment thier executive came for cable installation and asked me for another 500 to dig a hole in wall which i don't want. He said then they cant install without digging a hole in the wall. So i said i don't want service and process refund for cancellation. Sales person said he will inform me once cancellation is processed. But he hasn't given me any details of cancellation and i havent got my money back. When i checked with customer care then they said it is not processed yet. Now this salesperson is not picking my calls and ignoring whole thing. His name is Vishwas from Pune location. I am fed up with this follow up calls and really frustrated with the way Hathway fooling people. Please help me in this matter of refund.

                              There's a Hathway cable operator who doesn't respond to Customer queries all the tym though After paying the monthly subscription and respond back on time and doesn't pick up the call which makes so annoying with the service he provides.kindly take up this issue
                              I'm from tc palya bangalore, from past 3months im facing teachinal issue, when we raise the complaint the issue will be solved only for temporarily, very bad response from cable operator in our area tc palya they aren't fit. Worst service from hathway team.

                              I have act connection and requested for relocation and i argue with them for shifting charges and spoken to customer care mis Chamundeshwari and she took approval that if i goes to 3 motnh advance plan then we will waived of now it is 3rd of September and when i check they added 650 ripped and telling if you change to 3onth advance rental than only 200 rupees will be discounted price. Now you guys tell me how these people are looting us. Such waste people and no liberty i hate act planning to switch to hathway which gives me 50 Mbps and 500 Gbat 600 instead of 837.5 like act looting

Still channels are not coming even i m trying to call cable operator but he is not picking phone.                                   I had my internet connection in hathway for a year starting from july 2018 to june 2019. I have shifted my home and opted out from the service. Since then from june 2019 the customer executives of hathway are repeatedly using my mobile number to advertise their products and offers. I feel very irritated to attend their calls and say i have shifted the place and not need the service.

                                    I have disconnected the hathway broadband few months back. But these customer care people call daily and ask that why my connection is deactivated.
                                    Even after repeatedly saying that i dont want ur connection they keep disturbing by calling everyday and sending some messages frequently.

                                    Please stop harassing people.

                                    I dont recommend people to use hathway at all not only for the above reason but the service is also bad. Once I called customer care that network is slow he is asking to sit beside modem then only u get the full speed. dont know what kind of service is this. Never any one prefer hatway internet connection.

                                      My Hathway broadband account number is [protected] ( BTM, Bangalore) . I have requested the company to close this account more than couple of months back. But each and everyday i am getting calls regarding renew my account. I have asked customer care executives to close and deactivate my account from their database but still i get hell lot of calls from them. There have been so many complaints raised but no action has been taken on behalf of Hathway. Kinldy look into this. It is mentally harassing me.

                                        Repeated calling even after telling the telecallers that i would not opt for hathaway as i have shifted to my hometown. Its been 3 years since i have discontinued my internet connection but hathaway telecallers call me daily to expalin about there plans. And in addtion there are daily 2-3 messages mentioning last day offer only for me. Please stop spamming me with these calls and messages. Just because of this type of behavior i would not recommend anyone to go for hathway in future.
