I am aman patel from delad, ta - olpad, surat, gujarat.in my locality all people take 15 mbps wifi plan and gtpl's salesman (Name - rahul, mobile number - [protected], [protected], add - siyadla near sayan,) give us promise to give better service and take payment of our plan first. But now we are facing problem of internet speed. Moreover we complain about this many times, gtpl customer care generate complain tickets but none is coming to solve problem and tickets were close directly without clearing of problem.in addition in the month, 10-15 days we see that wifi is not working.
Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Its been four days since I signed up for new broadband connections and since last two days I'm sitting without internet connection GTPL do not even bother to send technician out to see an issue they just close the call the only thing GTPL care about is money

        Hey Hathway do you really care about your customer i don't think so. i have complaint half an a month before but still waiting for "Hathway" call, you disguise your customer and i think you are the real con of internet service provider, you are harassing me.Do not push me take a strong step against you so please return my money or set my connection as soon as possible.

        Consumer Complaint take an action against him they are fraudster.

        Hey Hathway My name is Gaurav and you are not responding me over my issue. You are harassing me and i am going to register an F.I.R in Noida against "Hathway". I have all the proof that your executive has taken my money and never installed or set up the connection even in 2 months.

          I have approached hathway for internet connection on 31st july 2019. I am a old customer for hathway. I shifted my house and requested them for a shifting. They assured and told me there is a feasibility at my new location and ask me to pay rs. 530=00 for 45 days with 1500 gb at 50 mbps speed and assured to give connection the next day. I requested them to give me the connection and collect the payment after successfully get connected. They told me and insisted me to pay online for shifting and change of address. I logged in the hathway website and tried to change my address. But there is no such option available in their website and when i asked them the same they said they will change it after making the online payment. So i made a payment of rs. 530/- and got a confirmation as follows. (Transaction of amount ₹530 completed successfully with transaction id: [protected].) • amount: ₹ 530

          On 1st aug, 2019 at 10.30 am i got a sms message that the there is no feasibility at my new and they are not able to provide a connection. When i called hathway they confirmed the same. Then i asked them why did you say there is a feasibility and forced me to pay the amount. They said excuse and ask me to call the customer care for a refund from my registered mobile number. When i called customer care they said the amount that i paid will not be refunded unless i have shift to another new address where there is a feasibility for hathway. They also said they will extend the service once i shift the house but amount will not be refunded. I recently shifted to this address and again for the sake of rs. 530/- they are asking me to shift my address to a new location. So how can i get back my amount and how to approach legally? Kindly help me.

My internet service has disable from last 18 days. i have complaint to hathway two to three times in a day for this problem every day to hathway customer care. i have inform to hathway minimum 18 to 20 times but till i have not solved my problem, I have complaint to appellate offficer Jigar Prajapati on his email appellate.[protected]@hathway.net and i have called him also on his mob. No. [protected] four times and have told to him reguarding these issue but till i have not got my solution. i have sent email to subscribe team and customer support team also. but not get results. why hathway don't litsen me seriously for these metter? please take action against every person which is include in this case as soon as possible. and note you have to give me extention of this period which i have not used of internet services from hathway. Last year in november month i have faced this type of issue for 20 days but till hathway has not given to me exention of they days. at that time i had fighted with them also many times but noone had litsened me and i had put that metter. but this time i don't want to leave them please sir/medam and take hard action on appellate officer and all of hathway team.                 I have been raising the issues from past 3-4 months on regular dis-connectivity. Its very sad that people are not even looking for helping a customer.

                It been crazy connectivity issues and disconnection problems from past few weeks for me. I have been talking to customer care and also raising service requests over app and web, but no one has ever called me asked regarding the intermittent problems we are facing. I have highlighted this to multiple people but no one seems to be bothered to rectify the problem. I have already paid 1 year whole amount as well, else i am seriously thinking of changing this network to ACT which provides amazing customer service.

                I need this problem to be fixed ASAP and get my pack extended for 3 more weeks as i have faced tremendous network issues.

                    I raised complaint for `no signal` on my screen on 15th august 2019 - service id[protected]w501616, suppose to resolve within 24 hours of the raising issue, this has been the case most of the time, when is raise ticket for technical related issue.

                    16th aug morning called customer service provider informed someone will come home to fix issue by 5pm, no one came. Again i called they said someone will reach by 7pm, again no one reached. So with much of dissatisfaction, i called again to listen that my issue is still work in progress, whilst i spoke to supervisor mr dilip, who doesn't even know my issue nor got inclination to solve my problem. Am sick & tired of calling hathway to fix the issue again & again.

                    On 16th evening i wrote email to nodal officer mr syed (Email id - digital. [protected]@hathway.net), however no response, nor response from local area technician as well.4 days total without cable.

                    I want refund for all the days for which their was no cable connection, also want reimbursement for the phone calls i made to them & for the mental agony i went through talking to the customer service officers & supervisors.

                      Hi,
                      Hathway braodband as per agreement agreed to provide 50 mbps speed. However after few month its speed decreased to 2 to 3 mbps. Everytime i complaint to their customercare they say area network is down. However the area i lived in is one of the posh area of ghaziabad (Indirapuram area). For last one month its the continues process. I have complained almost 10 times and all the tickets they close without any resolution. They took money in advance so i cannot even stop paying bill. I have all proofs of their service degradation and ticket details and voice records of their customer care. My hathway broadband account no is: [protected]. Please advice me how to take this matter to higher authority so that i should get my money back or to put hathway to pay fine for not providing the promised service.

                          I have complained many times these past 4 days about my massive ping fluctuation problem (From 21ms to 500ms sometimes periodically). They are not dealing properly with the problem by saying that ping fluctuation is normal. When i told them that it's not normal to have such massive fluctuation because prior to 4 days there was none, they rejected that there was not even a problem let alone solve it. The photo clearly proves that there is massive ping fluctuation. What's the point of 50 mbps speed if there are so many periodic fluctuations

                            Hi team, my local operator overcharging me. As confirmed by hathway customer care my current plan is family value which is showing 320 rs in my hathway account. My local operator take 500 rupees in every month. Why he is overcharging me? Is there is any commission of local operator or he should take exact amount which you are showing in my hathway accounts. We are not aware of any plan. Kindly allow my billing by online or take a action against local operator. Waiting for your revert.

                              Hi team,

                              I was using hathway broadband services.
                              And this complaint is related to fraud call i received

                              But before even completing the duration, i did pay hathway services for
                              — i had to get hathway account terminated; due to shifting accomodation
                              — and at new place, society did not have hathway option, so had no other
                              Option than to discontinue

                              On march 10th, 2019:
                              — hathway agent had come and collected router, confirmed about account
                              Having terminated.

                              After receiving continuous account renewal calls for around 1/1.5 months, did receive one another call

                              On: may 22nd, 2019

                              They informed me that i am supposed to receive some refund of around 2000/ rupees from hathway, and that would be required to get hathway account terminated officially, which would also stop further calls.

                              There were 2 guyz who convinced me to make payment of 400/- rupees first, in order to receive security amount back, immediately.

                              They guided me to visit hathway site and make payment from there.
                              As soon as i made payment, within 2-3 minutes they asked me if i received any otp. And told me to dis-connect call, then only i can receive refund.
                              And assured me to call them back incase refund is not received.

                              Though i was not convinced initially, but later on trusted them and made the payment of 400/- from hathway site.

                              I received confirmation message too, about successful payment.
                              They also confirmed about that from other end.

                              And after call wa dis-connected, i could not connect them back, after dialling in same number. It kept on asking for extension.

                              Kindly help me getting the refund of 400/- back, which i was charged un-necessarily. Attaching transaction screenshot here.

                              Also please see if those people can be traced out, to initiate some sort of action against them to prevent such incidents in future.

                                From starting i facing problem with internet connectivity and speed issue. I raise complaint too many times, your team create ticket, net working few hours & facing again same issue and ticket closed. My plan is 40mbps.

                                When i talk with your customer care, those people say there was a problem in the line & our technical guy was fixed line issue, then why the problem comes in the line again and again?

                                I have only one job. Wake up and call customer care and say sir/madam my internet is not working & i not getting internet speed...

                                  I m hathway user and have done complaint on 26 july 2019 regarding my internet is not working and today is 16 aug 2019 still my complaint is not solved no one there to take accountability of it.                                     I happend to take broadband connection from hathway and have regretted it ever since. (I have no other choice as no isp has a nearby junction box near my residence)

                                      I used to be a hathway customer more than 2 1/2 years ago but have been receiving calls or messages from them every day since i cancelled. They never understand to not call back or message. They've collected the instrument from me more than a year ago, but still get calls asking for it at times, and the same day they ask me to join their service again. I've repeatedly told them to stop calling me, but each time i complain they increase the follow ups.
                                      I recently called them and asked them to register a complaint to stop harassing me, now the messages come 3 times a day, it was once a day before.
                                      Please get them to stop harassing me. It's been more than 2 years and it's torture to get the messages and calls from them.

                                      Please don't, I don't want to hear from Hathway again, just stop messaging and calling me. Remove my details from your database. If I change my mind and want to comeback to Hathway, I'll connect with you. I don't need your incessant reminders.

                                      The number of messages had only increased since I lodged a complaint. This is a common behavior from Hathway. Each time I complained to them the calls and messages would only increase. 10 messages since Saturday. And it’s only half day through Monday. Images attached.

                                      Is there a point in posting on this forum? Hathway seems to have only increased the number of messages, now it's at least twice a day, and I believe they've sold my number to other vendors coz since I lodged this complaint, I've started getting messages from a host of other vendors too.
                                      This seems to be a waste of time.

                                        My net is not working. I request to install the hathway connection after installing the router they said it will start in half an hour and it started well but they speed was same 1 mbps which too low compared to promised speed which is 50 mbps. After night it went down and no internet access were shown. I complain 5 times in hathway but they didn't resolved my problem.
