I have raised issue on 11-Aug-2019 that my internet connection get frequently disconnected. I have called customer care several time and they promised me to solve the issues end of the day. And at end of day they provide very unreasonable and silly reason why they could not able to solve the problem.
They are making fool of their customer and providing very poor support. It has been 3 days but my problem is still the same. They are not telling me the actual problem and they are not taking any initiative to solve the problem.

    My complain number is:3366354, i have already register complain but still my problem is not resolved.. I called many time in customer care but nothing happened... They give false pomise.. To be honest, i dont like service of gtpl... I faced many problem regarding connection untill now...Very poor service...They deceiving people..At the time of payment they ask 10 Mbps speed but speed is hardly 2 Mbps ..

      I am using the hathway internet since some time and the internet is stopped working for 5 days, i have called the customer care almost 7 times but still the issue is not resolved and no one seems to be working on the issue and they even don't know what is the issue at all.

      The only update from the customer care is that the issue will be resolved soon,

        From last 20days i am requesting to close this account and every day 3 -4 call i am getting from hathway, always updating the same to close my account but not yet closed.

        Relocated to other states... Don't want this account should be used by my ex roommates.

        Yesterday i received a msg like payment initiated... Request you to please close it.
        Don't want any kind of legal issue to me in future.

          Since last 2 weeks, my internet doesn't work. Called almost everyday multiple times to Hathway support and yet the issue isn't solved.

          1)I call in the morning, they say it will be solved by evening. I call in the evening, they say their technical experts have left for the day so call tomorrow. This goes on and on everyday.

          2)I ask for a refund, they say we cannot help you. I ask them to solve my issue, they can't help me with that as well

          3)I contacted them on twitter, got an automated response first time. Post that, again no reply at all.

          4)When I don't recharge my account, they call me 5 times in a single day. Even Sundays for that matter to remind me to recharge. But when my net doesn't work, not a single executive calls me or replies back with a solution.

          Hathway is a scam. A big lie. A big shame to indias broadband network.

          I want a complete refund for my entire money.

            I have been continuously receiving Messages and calls to renew my account. Though my hathway account has been deactivated 1 yr ago.
            I have even submitted the router and completed all the formalities.
            These calls and messages are very annoying and disturbing. I have told these guys on calls that i am not nore availing the hathway services still they call me on regare basis.

            Please action on this immediately.

              My hathaway account number is ac. [protected] i complained/ raised tickets many times to disconnect my connection. Still am getting calls from hathaway frequently to renew my account. Req to stop disturbing me. I shouldn't receive any call/txt msg from hathaway. Do not disturb me. I don't need connection anymore. Don't call me and don't text me. Its been irritating. Resolve as soon as possible.

                Hi, i have hathway internet connection with acc no [protected], i raised a request on shifting my connection to different location 5 times in hathway app but it is marked done each time without any confirmation or connection from hathway. I called their customer service more than 8 times until now, no help came from there either. I raised my first ticket on hathway on 28 july. Up until now i got no response from hathway.                   I used to hold couple of hathway connections 3 years ago in my office.. I've changed my office, city and even state. I've tried to explain them over call to remove from their crm but if no offer, i've blocked 25-30 numbers, but no use. I've tried to scold them on it, no use at all. I've even called up the customer care and tried to find out a genuine solution to this and i get the assurance everytime that i'll not get a call again.. It's almost 2-3 calls per day with a different number everytime.. Is there any way i can make them stop calling me at all?

                    Dear hathway,

                    I am one of your customer of cable service from asansol city of west bengal (Pin-713304) and is using cable services for the last 2 years from the same local cable operator who is currently working under you and collects cable payments in cash from my home.

                    After the announcement of the trai i am eligible to choose ala carte plans comprising only of those channels i wish to see and i have submitted my plans on feb, 2019 in the online website of hathway.

                    The channels were even given till the end of july, 2019 but from august 2019 your own cable fee collector cum operator came and took 230x3=690 rupees payment for 3 months in advance as usual but i was not getting the channels i selected but only just few handful of them even after paying the money and your operator named 'arun' ([protected] phn no) is now telling me that he is not obliged to listen to my ala carte demand and cannot fulfill it even after taking my payment and said i can go anywhere and even complain to hathway, he doesn't care.

                    This is nonsense, absurd and ridiculous that i have to face this kind of service from hathway. I want immediate action from hathway regarding this and provide the channels that i paid for.

                    I was even made to submit a revised online submission form of ala carte channels myself on the hathway website but even after doing it today, i am getting no response or the selected channels.

                      I am complaining for hathway internet service. I got the hathway service in january for the plan ultra 5 mbps - 1770. On 8th july they changed my plan to 1 mbps plan.
                      Now i am calling everyday to change my plan to the previous plan they are no listening to me, they kept saying service request is raised it will be resolve in 5-6 days, i waited to 5-6 days still nothing change. Now they deactivated my services and they kept calling me to pat the amount to activate the services and when i told them to change my plan they cut the call. I called at customer care again talk with agent (Akash mehta) he said you need to mail to billing department to confirm the plan and said billing department will reply you within 4 hours. I mailed them but not get revert on that. I waited for 24 hours for the mail still nothing change, no mail received from them. Again i called to customer care the lady preeti said you need to wait for again 24 hours and when i told her that i already wait for 24 hours then she were talking to me rudely and said we can not activate the services from here you need to wait or mail them again.
                      Such a pathetic service by hathway, they don't need there customers, they don't care about the customers. The agents so rude, they cut the call in between the conversation.

                            Hathway Executive called and asked me to recharge by 565 rupees and assured me with 150MBPS plan upto 1000GB but after recharging I came to know I am not getting that plan, I have been given a low speed plan of 50 MBPS on reality it is lesser then even 10MBPS. Hathway team is neither refunding the amount nor changing the plan.

                                My name is hasmukh solanki and i have a gtpl broadband connection. I am using it since 2.5 years but since last 1 year there is packet loss problem in my connection and i have complained about it 6-7 times but they are saying your problem will not be solved and you have to use it like this only.
                                I am a streamer on youtube so packet loss problem is a huge headache for me and they are not even trying to solve my problem

                                  Frequently i face the internet connection issues but from last 7days i don't have internet, i called customer service center and registered the complaint almost 10 times but every time they tell me issue will be resolved in 12 hours and it never happened till now.

                                  As an employee i'm not able to work from home due to no internet and hathway services are worst, they give false commitments every timeand no body bothered to reslove the issue.

                                    Since the day we have paid the yearly subscription of hathway internet, the service has been poor. For the past few months i have been facing connectivity issues and i have been calling then up every week. Since last friday, 2nd aug, i have called these guys every day, even twice a day and every day i get assurances that the issue will be sorted out and i will not have any issues. Since friday i have got 3 complaints no. The problem gets resolved and within 24 hrs there is connectivity issue again.

                                      I received a call from hathway before my pack expires. Your associates (Anitha & vaniravi) told me that my pack expires on apr 2019, there is an offer going on today, if i pay for 3 month, i would get additional 1 month usage benefit. I. E., 3+1=4 months. I made a payment on april 17 2019. Now it's been 3 months and my connection got stopped now and when checked with customer care they are telling that my plan is already expired.

                                      They were using different excuses at each time. This is the perfect showcase of your worst service. Why would i pay for such pathetic service? There is no customer satisfaction, not even a little bit. Highly disappointed.
                                      I won't recommend hathway to any one.
