Because i used hathway connection when i was living in delhi-ncr a long time back, i still get calls and sms from hathway on regular basis. This is very disturbing and annoying to get calls in working hours from their senseless employees. I no longer live in that city and i have moved to a another city where hathway does not even exist. Hence i donot want to receive any offers or calls or sms from hathway on my mobile no [protected]. Please resolve this issue.

    I had a hathway connection around 2 years back but disconnected it due to multiple internet and service issues. The internet speed would be very slow and it would often not work at all. The service personnel were no help.
    I finally stopped recharging my account and asked them to deactivate my account.
    To date, in july 2019, i'm still getting calls and messages from hathway people giving me offers and asking me to renew. I have told them multiple times that i don't want it and to stop calling me so much but to no avail. I easily receive 3-4 calls from hathway every week even though i have asked them every time to remove my name from the caller list.
    This is mental harassment. I might be driving, in a meeting or doing something else but they keep calling every time.
    And when i say that i don't want it, they either respond very rudely or keep pestering me to stay on call and listen to their offer.

    Hathway - i don't want your connection or offers. Please stop calling and texting me!!

      Hathway offer me a pre Payment deal.
      6months + 2 months free internet services on the completion of payment.

      Once the payment was done, Hathway customer service is denying such offer.

      Asking me to contact the number from where I received such offer.

      It was a business message received from AX-HATHWY. Is this where I need to contact.

      How can employs of Hathway be such dumb.

        Dear Team,

        My Name is Subhash Singh My Hathway Account No. is [protected].

        8 months ago, I have requested to close my account to the Hathway Broadband & they confirm me that your account has been closed.

        I still get bills on my mail(bills paid by someone else), SMS & a lot of calls from Hathway.

        I have paid all my due to the Hathway & also, I have submitted my Hathway devices to the Hathway's service guy(Receipt Attached) on 19th January 2019.

        Every time, I call customer care about this issues, I get either of these answers -
        1. Your account has been closed.
        2. You can visit to the nearest Hathway center.

          After i shifted my flat, i have contacted customer care to deactivate my account, but even after multiple requests i'm getting messages and calls daily for asking/rather demanding me to subscribe/renew. Please take necessary actions.


          I even requested renewal department and asked to redirect calls to customer care with which they assured and no response there after.

            Hi,

            I have been trying to deactivate my hathway account since a month but no customer care representative is ready to take my complaint over call. I have faced horrible internet speed issues after paying so much through nearly months. I was out of town & i haven't made my due payment as in the message below: "dear hathway customer, your a/c.[protected] is due in jul'2019 with rs.2152/-, call mr. Syed [protected] for payment & for other qurey call[protected]."
            I am trying to reach out to mr. Syed whose number is shared below, he received my call the first time & he heard my voice and kept the phone. Since then i tried repeatedly but he is not responding. I sat for hoursntrying to reach out to customer care through the broadband customer care number shared in the message, but no one picked. Could i know why is the service so ruined? Can someone please deactivate my account?

              Respected sir/madam,

              I have taken new hathway broadband connection. I have done complete payment for 1 year. They have installed old faulty mo[protected]dem, that gets disconnected frequently.

              I raised complaint number of times, their customer care raise ticket and close it without resolving problem.in my society other hathway connection works fine only problem is with my connection.

              Now i am fade up with this issue. Internet is not working since 1day and i am facing same problem frequently since i have taken hathway connection.

              Issue is not resolved yet. No support from Hathway. No one visited to check connection. Nothing is happening.
              I had cancelled my connection more than 4 months back. I had returned the modem, but I still havent recieved my cancellation fee back. And they are now calling me from multiple numbers and are asking about renewal of account. Its a torture. I have told them multiple times to refund me the deposit amount, but to no avail.

                Hello,

                I have taken the hathway broadband connection before a week. The internet is not working in my laptop. I called to the customer care multiple times, they raised the tickets but irony is that no one has come or called for assistance and the tickets were closed without assistance. The person who convinced me to buy this connection calling himself the manager of this area, also does not respond me now. So far, i raised three tickets which were closed without any assistance. I am attaching the screenshot of the tickets.

                Now the concerned is that i want to remove the connection as i am very much disappointed with the reason of jo assistance and i am paying for the internet which i am not using..

                Please help me for the resolution as i am getting the right concerned person of this company to discuss these issues.

                In the beginning in the same game I will get 40ms stable in league of legends Garena Singapore server but now it the ping spikes from 44-180ms but in ACT broadband they provide 40-41ms in the same server.

                  This is a worst WIFI network ever i used...downloading speed is very bad..download speed not moves up more than 2mp...
                  I think i wrogly choose your WIFI connenection...next month onwards i think about to port anyother servies ..but not sure HATHWAY...

                    I have a 100mbps hathway connection with upto 100 download and 50 upload speeds. But recently i've have been getting packet loss and high ping while gaming, a 150mb file takes more than an hour to upload to google drive. When testing for speed i get a constant download speed of 100+mbps on any given server but uploads on hathway server fluctuate from 9-40mbps and other servers it cant even get to 5mbps. None of the customer care executives have been able to address this issue as they do not understand the concept of packet loss. Please fix this soon or i might have to look for another isp.

                      I am a customer of hathway cable tv at bangalore. I recharged online through upi on 9th july 2019 with 29.91 /- rs. Transaction id-hat8210329fc04fe
                      Which was cancelled due to technical problem. But amount got debited from my bank account. Later this transaction is showing as successful but still i am unable to see those channels. Looks like those channels are not recharged. I called hathaway customer care multiple times. But haven't received the amount.

                        My hathway internet account number is [protected]. Hathway has charged me rs.1400/- however they have not provided me the internet service due to an issue with the modem. Every day they issue a ticket to me and then close the ticket by themselves without resolving the issue. The call centre says that technician will call me but no one calls. They claim that there is a backend issue with teh modem but they refuse to change the modem.

                          I've been using gtpl since months! It used to work fine. But now, since around 3 months, i am getting severe packet loss!! I had to renew my plan, so i told them i'll only renew if they fix the problem, they said we'll surely solve it, you just renew it. So i paid full amount, still no solution. They're saying it is so technical, we don't know what you are talking about... Please fix this issue asap gtpl!!!

Reason: permanently moving from pune i spoke to one of the executive and raised a request for the same. Ticket number: 18072019w995422. The ticket status is showing closed with category discontinue but no one came to collect the modem and also the billing cycle is not closed. Why are you not stoping the billing cycle please update.

                              I took the hathway broadband connection about 4 to 6 days back and primarily it was going excellent with excellent speed but after 4 days it's speed gone in kbps though my plan is of 50 mbps.. Not only this i called to customer care services and told this issues to them and they said to me that it will be resolved within 3 hrs and i still did not get any resolution... I want the solution within a day... Hathway broadband service is very worst that i ever seen and no value of the money that i spent in the connection

                                  I have placed broadband connection shifting request on 13th July, but till 1st aug I did not get response and my request is not completed.
                                  My monthly plan they have already started even before starting the connection and it is prepaid plan.

                                  I have even followed up with customer care more than 30 times, and they daily give me one answer, tomorrow, your request will be completed.

                                  It is really frustrating experience.

                                    Hi my name is jagan and i recently recharged my cable bill for this month of 318 ₹ when I called hathway customer care for retrieval of service they are not responding properly from last 5 days there is no connection and i keep on calling these guys they are telling it will be retrieved with 24hrs how many 24hrs has passed away ashamed of you people dont give proper responses to customers, when I asked for refund they are manipulating that refund is not possible please help me.

                                      I took hathway connection 25-nov-2018. First six months it was very good with few issues.
                                      I renewed again on 19-may-2019. Then started my problem... After renewing next mint my network is very slow, i can't even browse i raised ticket no[protected]m929804).
                                      Till now i have 13 tickets for slow internet still no permanent solution.
                                      I have one active ticket now[protected]m237118)
                                      Within 40 days i have raised 14 tickets.
                                      Issue is getting fixed for few hours... Then again slow internet...
                                      I want permanent solution or i want refund!!

                                        My account no is[protected]. I am using hathway since last 8 months, a month ago i renewed 6 month plan.
                                        Today your hathway technical team changed our cable modem to fibre supported modem to be inline with jio broadband roll-out. Your people came and changed the modem and took the working internet connection without testing or caring about the customer internet connection. I am with internet since half day. Upon contacting your people are asking us to wait for 24 hours to get the technical issue fixed. What kind of service based company are you?. Do you care about service to the customer.. Customer pays for the connection and you without any testing and roll-out plan just switch to fibre and keep the customer waiting for their connection restored after 24 hours.
                                        Your customer support in the evening shift is pathetic rude and directly ask you to disconnect the connection and they are least bothered about it. How do we trust your service. With such careless attitude technical team and customer support
