Hathway broadband employees are harrassing me over calls since 8 months to renew my acoount.
I've called their customer support, and they told me to ignore the calls, without providing me with a proper solution.
They call me from different numbers everyday.
Everytime i request them to stop calling me and again in the next morning there they go calling me again.
They keep harrassing me to renew the stupid account.
The weird thing is that the place where i stay, hathway doesn't have feasibility, that was the reason i closed my account.
None of the employees seem to understand that if hathway is not available in my area how the hell does renewing my account help me.
I even submitted their device and they told me to send the receipt to their email. I sent everything to them and then they said they have got everything and we will make sure no one will call you again.
Since 8 months they kept on calling me everyday with the same thing over and over again to renew the stupid account.
Somedays they even call me twice.
I can't take this anymore.
If someone doesn't respond and stop the calls that i'm getting, i will file a harassment case.
