Hathway broadband employees are harrassing me over calls since 8 months to renew my acoount.
I've called their customer support, and they told me to ignore the calls, without providing me with a proper solution.
They call me from different numbers everyday.
Everytime i request them to stop calling me and again in the next morning there they go calling me again.
They keep harrassing me to renew the stupid account.
The weird thing is that the place where i stay, hathway doesn't have feasibility, that was the reason i closed my account.
None of the employees seem to understand that if hathway is not available in my area how the hell does renewing my account help me.
I even submitted their device and they told me to send the receipt to their email. I sent everything to them and then they said they have got everything and we will make sure no one will call you again.
Since 8 months they kept on calling me everyday with the same thing over and over again to renew the stupid account.
Somedays they even call me twice.
I can't take this anymore.
If someone doesn't respond and stop the calls that i'm getting, i will file a harassment case.

    I've received a threatening mail from [protected]@hcspl.net stating that I should pay an amount of Rs.2227.[protected]/- towards modem charge for Account ID-[protected] for which I've sent multiple requests for account closure on email since 2015. This mail is no less than an absolute harassment of customer. Attaching the photo of the notice received today, ie., 11th May, 2019.

      Cable service disconnected since january 2019.
      For Jan and Feb cable bill towards free to air channel taken by the service provider. additional Rs.450/- taken towards the next month bill in assurance to service will be resumed with all the channels including paid channels. Till date the service has not been resumed. the provider also did not give us the card or the reciept of the bills paid. i visited several times to the office from where the cable is operated locally in Parel but found no one there and doors locked. The operator has a monopoly in haffkine residential area. The local representative of the Hathway is Aakash who has made all our connections and is responsible to take payment or make recharge. We called him daily and he leaves our call unanswered. Last week he took payment from our neighbors and resumed their service, but we are still kept waiting.
      We want to get our cable resumed or else another option towards service provider.

        I am pooja chavan & i accidentally recharged on old deactivated account of aurangabad with the transaction id[protected] & the customer name is sangeeta chavan.
        I asked them to refund the amount & they said yes but it has been three days since, i asked for refund n they were just telling me the its in process n all.. They didn't gave me any request no. Or anything and also stop receiving my call for my no.
        So, whenever i want to get update from them, i always have to call from different no. Then only they receive my call. An tell me that "its a landline it doesn't show your number on it we will revert you back again its in process"

          I have been complaining for disrupted service of hathway at my place for around 5 months now, but no action has been taken.
          I have emailed them about the services in november 2018, but no action has been taken so far.

          If i want to close my connection they are not returning my money back, and they are not even able to shift the services from one place to another. This is really annoying.

          You can see they can send false bills to the user, but can not disconnect the connection as per the request. I have sent several emails to billing hatway. I just want my money back, since I have paid 8000 rs for 15 months and not able to use it even 10 days.

          The below complaints said they have sent legel notice to the person, should I send a legel notice to Hathway to refund my money. What is this policy that then can recharge for an year, but can not provide the services for days.

            Hi,
            My hathaway account no is [protected]. I was using hathaway prepaid broadband till 2019 in bangalore. I switched job and moved to a different city. The internet connection was disconnected.in jan 2018 i got legal to submit modem or pay fine. Now i am in different city and the modem was collected by the local hathaway dealer/vendor later on but i guess he never updated the authorities. Now i am getting calls regarding legal notice for return of modem. Why?
            There is no proper contact details of the concerned department to resolve this issue. It's total harassment on the company's part. 1st of all no proper process no proper information and no contact for resolution but out of blue you just get a legal notice served on email. Is this why people avail service, to be harassed? Is this the company motto?
            Still till date i have not been able to resolve it.

              Hello,
              I received a email regarding the return of the wifi device and modem to be returned if not i will face legal charges. I had returned the device to one of the service guys but i didn’t get any receipts in return. Now hathway is threatening me with emails. I spoke to customer care but i got no response. I moved to different country now and i’m receiving e mails regarding the legal action hathway is going to take on me. I want to lodge a complain as i disconnected the network a year ago and i’m not even in india to return the device as i had already submitted the device. This is causing me lot of trouble as i’m will
              Willing to pay the router charges but there is no response from the customer care.

                We have applied for shifting the connection since last 15 days. A representative called laxman came to setup the connection in our office in aurangabad, we told him we have to shift the connection and he agreed to it and sayad will do the shifting and we don't need to worry about it
                .

                Even after going through online process the shifting is not yet done. Sabir from hathway who looks after the shifting gave us details and asked for some documents even after receiving the documents he has not done the work.

                Laxman, ganesh and sabir who work in hathway aurangabad city maharashtra are least bothered to solve the problem and has stopped responding to our calls

                Please take a strict action against this people and hathway

                  I would like tell you that i purchased hathway pre paid connection later i informed hathway that i m shifting to a new location wherein they don't have lines i requested them to take the modem no one turned up then,

                  Now after 2 years out of no where i received a call from hathway claiming to be in patiala house courts, delhi with the case he told me to do a paytm of rs 500 so that they can issue me noc since i have never received any notice on mail or e mail he told me to deposit through paytm or else you will pay a higher price,

                  I have the call recording which i will later use to take legal action against them for threatening call & messages

                    I was hathaway subscriber in past but unsubscribed from it.
                    Since then i am receiving so many messages and calls from hathway even though i said not to contact me again. I told them more than 20 times till now still i am receiving them and they don't have proper solution for this. So i am requesting them to stop calling me and messaging me from here onwards to my number [protected]

                      We re rajesh cable customers which come under hathway.
                      Since the new rules there's a constant break in watching tv, hi as we come home after 8, no one attends us.
                      Also rajesh cable ghatkopar east has very illiterate and impolite staff, they don't know how to deal with customers.
                      It's very annoying
                      I m sure u ll agree they re giving hathway a bad name.

                        I have a gtpl connection at my home and from the last 4 days, it is not working. I am taking followup on every day but i only get one common reply "tomorrow it will be fixed" but still my broadband is not working. My registered name is jaydeep jagani and client id: b[protected].                         I am calling to customer care to every day but still, they are not solving my issue. From the person who has installed a connection at my home, i get to know that there is an issue at the dp.

                          Hi techprocess payment service team,

                          Today 12th may, i have made online payment of rs.3182 for hathway broadband through techprocess gateway payment. Amount has been deducted from my axis bank account but payment was not made to hathway broadband and connection is not active.

                          Checked with axis bank and the customer service said the transaction is successful from bank end and its with techprocess payment service gateway.

                          Have also checked with hathway customer care and they informed they still have not received payment.

                          Please make a refund asap or make the payment against my hathway broadband account asap. Kindly do the needfull.

                            I took hathway annual cable package with al channels in aecs layout, bangalore on 5th nov 2019 by paying rs 4, 400/-. After new trai rule, they said my balance amount for remaining 7 months from mar-19 will be refunded to my hathway account so that i can select channels on my own. For last 2 months there was no refund and they only selected and added my channels for about rs 385/- per month. Now they added 2 months amount rs 800/- in my account and saying that is the only remaining balance. They are not answering about the remaining 4 months balance amount and are telling i have used that amount for selecting channels which i never did. I lost 4 months amount rs 1600/-.

                            During starting of May month, my Hathway account was displaying Rs 800/- as balance. But it is now only displaying only Rs 58/- as balance. So Hathway has taken all my cash without my knowledge and intervention.

                              We have raised a service request to shift the connection, which has to be done in 48hrs as per the website. It has took more than a week for them to change it, and now we don't have internet over it.

                              While trying to connect the customer care they do not respond properly they have kept us in hold for a very long time and cut the calls repeatedly. Requesting to provide internet connection over it and extend our usage by triple times the number of days for which we do not have the connection or refund our money.

                                I took new connection on 7th may and 8th got cable and setup. But still date 11th may i am not received internet service. Every time customer care team updating issue will get resolve by tomorrow. Same updates from all 3 days. Call back request from supervisor also not happening also all the time same story like my number is not reachable from technical team. After payment no one is carrying.

                                  Hathway is the worst service provider ever. When i had their connection, the internet always had some issue. Now that i have stopped using it and switched to another ISP, they just don't stop their spam calls in spite of telling them so many times that i have switched and i am not interested. Worst people ever.

                                      Hathway is sending me legal notice for not returning their modem.

                                      I was unaware to this fact as i was not provided any customer copy and the executive allured me by saying that installation is free and the whole process would take a couple of minutes so i signed the places asked by the executive as i was not given any time to read all the terms and conditions and the top of that is i was not given any customer copy so that i could read that what i signed for.

                                      Its been a long time since i stopped using this service because of their customer service and got no email in between and the most important thing is i have relocated to a different city so at the time of shifting the whole thing was just a garbage to me but till shifting i had the modem but they never followed up. Some times ago they sent me an email and asked for some payments but when i emailed them back the message did not deliver and they did not communicate any further and suddenly this legal notice.

                                      They are just harassing me and trying to recover the money. And most importantly the email they provide to communicate never works. It seems they are trying to earn money on behalf of their modem. For eg. [protected]@hathway.com email can't be sent to this email

                                      It seems it's hathway's sore purpose to collect revenue using this method. When I asked the consultant regarding amount and it sent me a fresh email stating I used the phone connection services, that I never did, and I had due of ₹2500 forgetting that I had broadband connection that too PREPAID so no matter of any due.

                                      Another one is it's consultant sent me an email at 12:22 pm and asked for settlement on the same day between 11AM and 4 PM so that nobody can.

                                      Its sole purpose seems to be revenue collection using these ways.

                                        I'm not getting a consistent speed with my Internet speeds. I can only get at around 2 Mbps at maximum. My Internet plan has a speed of 250 Mbps and 1200 GB for 3 months. It is getting very annoying with my connection. please do something about the slow internet speed. I've paid for my connection in advance, then why is there such a difference between our promised internet speed and actual speed? I need a reply and please fix this consistency issues I can't use internet like this. This type of broadband service is beyond low.
