I am pooja chavan & i accidentally recharged on old deactivated account of aurangabad with the transaction id[protected] & the customer name is sangeeta chavan.
I asked them to refund the amount & they said yes but it has been three days since, i asked for refund n they were just telling me the its in process n all.. They didn't gave me any request no. Or anything and also stop receiving my call for my no.
So, whenever i want to get update from them, i always have to call from different no. Then only they receive my call. An tell me that "its a landline it doesn't show your number on it we will revert you back again its in process"
