I have paid 2 months advance for broadband connection on 31st apr'19 and was promised that connection will be provided within 24 hours. Today is 9th may '19 and i am calling hathway customer care every day and they are not even bothered to respond back. Based on sales persons promise, i disconnected my existing broadband connection and now i have no broadband connection and my business is suffering because of this. Above that i got bill for apr'19 when there is no broadband connection.
Hathway support team is pathetic and non responsive they have blocked my number and have stopped receiving calls or responding back.

As hathway is incompetent to provide broadband connection at my residence, i demand immediate refund of the 2 months payment i have made.
Also, nodal officer complaint on their website does not work. It always throws error.

    My ticket is pending from last 3 days. Ticket no :06052019w730183.
    Can you make this refund fast. So that i can proceed. I didnt get any call regarding this. I dont know what is the status of the refund. Why there is this much delay in refund. But there will not be any delay while renwing the account.
    This is how you treat your customer. I want a clear clarification on this.

      The service request id[protected]m650970 was raised on 01-may-2019. After several follow ups, there was a team showing up on 06-may-2019 to pull in the wire from terrace. Then a team came to fix the ends of the wire on 07-may-2019. Later, there was no communication on the progress. Till this point, the case is a normal escalation. I made three different calls to hathway customer care on 08-may-2019 to speak to a supervisor to escalate this.

      1) 08-may -2019 at 6:30 pm - i was told that the supervisor is busy and will be receiving a call back within 30 minutes.
      2) 08-may -2019 at 7:45 pm - i called again, as the callback never happened. Was told that the supervisor is on another call. I requested i be placed on hold to speak to him. After 25 minutes of waiting, the call disconnects.
      3) 08-may -2019 at 8:30 pm - i called again, this time asif was the supervisor who would be calling me in one hour, which never happened.

      Is this the way a customer service will have to be run?
      The teams come to fix have no information, ask us to contact customer care. If we go to them, they create more problems for us than solving the one at the hand.

      Who is accountable for all the wasted time, effort and money? Will there be any follow up action taken on the ones who delayed providing the actual service to us?
      Will there be any action on the customer service departments that added to the problems?
      Are there any answers?

      Today (09-may-2019) at 10:00 am, i called the customer care to speak to an agent named asifa, who informed me that there is no note in the previous call history about supervisors will call back. So, all three times, what customer care did was just lying and get the customer disconnect the call?

      I asked for the three names that spoke to me. Asifa provided me the last person's name as mudassir ahmed. Other two names were not shared. I later came to know the first person's name - abdul mujib.

      The call i just made to asifa was transferred to a supervisor, however the call was disc automatically after 23 minutes. I was put on hold for close to 20 minutes.

      09-may-2019 10:30 am, i made another attempt to call the customer care, alia, the executive had no time to read the history not listen to the issue in detail. At once, the call is getting shifted to supervisor and this call is also disconnected.

      Hopeless customer service!!!

        I stay in mulund and here is a hathway cable provider named"ghanshyam"is not at all active in resolving the issue, if you call him 100 times he will not even receive a single call. Please take some serious action against him. Please reply on my this comment what to do if he never receives a call. And other information. Or else change the hathway operator (Ghanshyam)

        I am from Hyderabad. Still we don't have option to use online to get our channels. Everytime we need to go to our cable office wait for two days to get the channels activated. Confirm bus why we are not able to use Hathaway app to renwel.

          I had changed the connection from my prepaid hathway braodband to relaince jio as the service was very poor. I tried calling their nodal officer but as it was always switched off, i simply stopped paying to discontinue the service. Now the customer care executives call 15 times everyday to ask me to pay some dues, and their is a lady from the legal department calling and abusing over the phone. Saying "ghuma ke thappad maar dungi" over some modem surrender, which was not even informed to the customer. Her mobile no. [protected]
          I have already sent a mail to your company from the registered id asking to take back the modem and discontinue services earlier but no reply.
          Broadband account no. [protected].
          Now this harrasment has to stop immediately. Please see and take action.

            I made a quiry for connection n got calls from hathway team till the time i paid the intitial amount of 1500 for router and monthly plan n promised the connection in 24 hours. The technical team reached me after 3 days n the connection was started after 4 days. The payment process sucks very much that we need to pay through a link hathway sends n that link doesn’t show any confirmation of our payment so that we do multiple payments in confusion. To get the refund it’s again a process now to call customer care pressing some numbers n then a complaint will be lodged n will get the refund in 20 days.. N after i moved to different place i want to shift this connection so i called customer care they said we can’t do anything about [censored]fing it’s you who have to launch a compalint in the hathway portal or hathway app.. The portal is so bad n dead slow that it takes ages to load your account.. It took me 30 minutes for the page to load initially n i haven’t find any shifting option there for two days.. N i called customer care n asked them n they said it i’ll be there only... The executives are so noobs that they don’t even know what to tell the customer.. N finally after immense struggle i managed to raise a complaint on 2nd april n i got a msg saying shifting will be done by 7th of april n followed by a call saying your shifting will be done in 24 hours.. It’s 8th april n the problem hasn’t resolved yet.. On top they call me 5-6 times a day saying sir, your account has due of 530 (Which is monthly rental for upcoming month) please pay r your account will deactivate.. What is the point of paying bill when there’s no connection? Why should i waste my money n the rental time when there’s no connection? I made around 40-45 calls till date n there’s no proper response.. Trying to loot the customer n making money... I suggest everyone to not choose hathway for any reasons.. Please don’t get attracted to offers like unlimited data @70mbps.. The speed hardly reaches 10mbps.. Its a crap.. Worst thing anyone can experience... Don’t buy a problem.. Not even worth a single star...

              After the completion of the Hathway broad band plan regarding the return of WiFi modem I contacted Hathway agent for pickup as I was moving from Delhi to Hyderabad but none of them responded and I said to pickup at the address I mentioned to the Hathway customer but I got to know that to that modem the new Hathway agent gave the new connection to that modem and I got the legal message regarding the payment for the modem of 446.68/- in this case I told to the Hathway agent to pickup the modem but they didn't respond and other agent gave new connection to the same modem in that address so without any wrong from my side why should I have to pay for the modem as it was the fault of Hathway agent so rather than charging on me make sure the company to be your agents to be transparent and responsible for the work and charge on them for their negligence rather than us.

                Dear sir
                Stella cable is cable operator in Antop hill, S M Road, Wadala (E), Mumbai 400037 area and I have obtained two set top boxes from them for my house at Flat no. 602/603, Dosti Venus, S.M. Road, Antop Hill, Wadala (E), Mumbai 400037 for last three years. I have submitted my channel requirement as per the new rule, to Stella Cable. But ever since I have done this, some of the channels go off my stb and I am unable to view them. Then I call Mr. Santan. I don’t know what he does but the channels reappear. After a few days again the channels disappear. Several times I have spent hours in his office to get my Chanel’s reset. Me and my wife are retired senior citizens of 68 and 64 years of age respectively. Cable TV is THE only source of entertainment to me and my wife. Several times Mr. Santan doesn’t oblige to our complaint for days and we are deprived of our legitimate right of entertainment for which we are paying our hard earned money. We have no source of income and every Rupee is valuable to us and expect the due retunes for which it is spent.

                Please look into the matter and provide a permanent solution to our problem so that we can peacefully and rightfully enjoy our cable TV.

                My connection for tv is disconnected by cable operator since 17/4/2019 and i wrote many mails to nodal officer in this regard and made daily one complaint at customer care but till today no action has been taken by hathway.                   Today i got a call from a lady ([protected]) saying that a case was filed from a private company and gave me a case number and told me to call kishore kumar (Fake advocate) ([protected]).
                  I called him and he threatened me to pay for the modem not returned to hathway or he will file a case and send it to me from delhi.
                  I then got a little suspicious and checked on the internet about such calls and was surprised to see this has happened to a lot of people.
                  The best part is that i`m acting like a villager and playing with that lady by telling i don't have a card or paytm and i can only make a bank transfer.
                  # is telling me that hathway doesn't have a bank account number. Lol.

                  Beware of such frauds.
                  Iv reported to the cyber crime department also.

                    I had registered a complaint on may 7, at 11:00 am, using hathway's mobile app – saying that my internet is not working.

                    Account no. [protected]

                    25 hours later, the problem has still not been resolved.

                    I have called them repeatedly – at least 10 times – and each time i get the same response "that it will be resolved in an hour" or "we'll arrange a callback." an entire day later, neither of those things have happened and i'm still here without internet, unable to work (I work from home).

                    Moreover, the call centre agents outrightly refuse to escalate the matter to their supervisors, which is appalling and shameless, to say the least.

                    I have been frustrated and anxious for the last 25 hours and don't know how to get reprieve. This is absolutely awful and i will be suing hathway for inflicting mental injury and for deficient services.

                      How dare he to take my money and said that your net will be activate within half an hour and after that when i called him he said you don't need a wifi to study as it was an emergency and also that if it was so urgent why don't you make a payment before your plan got over and you don't need a wifi to study.
                      Who is he to tell me when should i get my plan activate how dare he to put a question on my studies or on my plan renewal.
                      If such guys are there in your company then better you take my 750 rs and i will discontinue my plan and he also said that put a police complain that he took my 750 rs.
                      I also have a recording of him.
                      Guys listen you better take my 750 rs i don't want your net ok!
                      But make sure i wont get such guys from you.
                      And you guys were calling me from 3 days please make a renewal or recharge but when i did it this is happening congo to your hatway company i never knew it would happen else i would never opt your hatway broadband.

                        Due to shifting home, we had to relocate internet. raised a request for the same on 29th April. till today (7th May) internet has not been provided. wiring has been completed but internet connectivity is not given. since 4 days the customer care is asking to wait for 24 hours. most of the time they are not connecting our call to the executives, if connected they make us wait for 15 mins on hold and cut the call. its been 8 days since we raised the request. till now there is no proper action taken by the Hathway Broadband company.
                        we have paid the money for 6 months in advance and most of the days have gone running behind the service providers. very irresponsible staff.

I shifted my residence from existing address to other area and i am not interested to renewal account. I send u this mail so that im not billed unnecessarily by hathway.                             Sir, complaint against to hathway cable on month of march we had requested for paid channel (Rs 130 free + 2 channel total is rs 200) but cable operator till date not able to relay the above said channel. Already inform to cable operator still not able to seen, but instead of problem resolve he forcing us to get higher paid channel hathway make a package more than rs 400 which is included free channel. Kindly take legal action about this.

                              I have paid 3 months plan after 20 days i shifted to new house i raised request for shifting 28th april 2019 but there is update but my ticket has been closed then i called to customer care the they raised new request after one week one executive came on sunday 7 pm he given connection but there in no internet is not active he told me to contact within 30 mins if it not activate. Then i called call center executive they told with in 30 mins it will be active but there is no luck again and again when i called they told there is technical issue it is not configure properly technician will come and fix that issue. No one came again called to care this time will forward this to technical back end team still i m facing the internet issue no resolution from past 10 days this kind of service hathway providing

                                My net service is not at all good. I called hathway nearly 30 times. But there is no use of calling. They are totally careless. I wasted rs3000 for renewing my plan. By all this i came to know that they can't provide any good service for me and any body. So refund my total amount. Like me so many people are fooled by this company. They are totally careless.

                                  I live in mumbai but since 4 days i m getting 200+ ping in fortnite on singapore asia server from my hathway broadband acc no.[protected]. While before while i play on hathway i get 70-90 ping. I have contacted hathway customer support but no response from them. Hope i get my promblem solved. Provided screenshot of ping i m getting using speedtest and meternet from now. On singapore getting high ping 200+ while before i get 70-90 ping. On mumbai server i haev no issues but resolve my issue on singapore server. Plz hathway. My net speed is also 50mbps. Plz solve my promblem

                                    For the past 2+ years, every 2 weeks i am getting a call from a unique mobile number from hathaway asking for a new connection. I find it really annoying since i asked them so many times not to call me and explained about the difficulties in facing their junk calls. I would like to stop getting calls from them.

                                      Hi,
                                      I called hathway person regarding offers about broadband connections. The plan is about ₹1886 for two months. He promised that the connection and router will be given within 24 hours after paying subscription amount. He created hathway customer id for me then shared a payment link over email. I paid the suggested amount v₹1886 over hathway website and received a payment receipt tooo.
                                      It's been 5hours i am contacting him over call and messages, but has not that courtesy to reply once. He had promised the connection installation will be done in 24 hour's after paying broadband connection amount.

                                      I have been waiting for whole day, i got no response from the person as welyas hathway customer service support.

                                      Is it such worst service by hathway? Is there any system by hathway to provide kind service to customers?

                                      I think hathway is not customer service centric platform. They don't even care of customers.

                                      I request hathway broadband to cancel my connection request and refund my money back to the same payment method.

                                        My account number i was forced to pay 400 rupees as an outstanding balance even after completely paying the entire bill of hathway broadband and submitting their modem after the after the period o[censored]se. Your consumer representative was very much rooting behavior he forced me to pay for under two piece otherwise he said that i will get a legal notice for not paying this amount. I just want to complain that what kind of hidden charges this even on the time of taking connection i was not informed about this charge.. Please look into the matter and refund my money as it was not part of the actual bill.
