refund of annual subscription fees after trai's new rule

I had paid one year subscription fees Rs. 6050 on Oct 1, 2019 for top package offered by company. Company had stopped displaying some channels from Feb, 2019. So I did contact company office in city and they asked me to select channels as per tria's new rule and pay fees. They told balance amount of package will be added to your company wallet. I did complaint for the same on Mar 2, 2019 to customer care of company. But I still didn't get...

Pathetic services!! I have been calling Hathway cable services in Aurangabad for a few days, first of all, they are now aware which person handles connections in my area. They kept on giving me different numbers of some random employee but when I called them they told me that the area in which I lived does not come under them. I have been trying to call Hathway services from past 3 days. Today on the 4th day I visited the website of Hathway and got the contact details of Hathway office near my area when I called them to get a connection they rudely turned me away by saying that they are busy call back after 2 hours. Is this how Hathway treats customers? I was living in Mumbai from many years and recently shifted to Aurangabad, knowing that Hathway is a big brand in Mumbai I thought to approach them but I was shocked to see the pathetic services of Hathway in Aurangabad.

    I am paying for 200 mbps connection but i get just 50 mbps the ping is also very high and jitter is also high i feel cheated i got a very bad service i never expected this from you people i would never recomenned this to someone else
    this has worsend after april i was a subscriber of hathway internet for the past 2yrs never did i face this type of issue . i live in chennai i hope the speed become better the problem is from your side the cable the router seems to be fine please correct the problems or you will lose a faithful subscriber

      We discontinued to use Hathway after 8 months because of speed issue. A Person from Hathway team came to office and collected modem and router. When i asked for receipt he simply denied saying you dont have purchase receipt for the same then why should he provide return receipt.

      Now after 4 months, i am getting calls from Hathway that they want modem or they will initiate legal process.

      I have cameras installed in my office but as they are calling after 4 months i cannot show in recording also. They are simply harassing for us for discontinuing Hathway.

        Hi Sir,

        I have used Hathway broadband service for around 6 months, in this period they have done false promise multiple times with respect to offers. Last recharge I have done on 20 Feb 2019, which they told 1+1 month offer( I have taken mail confirmation). First 10days I could not use service as they had some technical issue. I have raised complaint for technical issue and extend my service. They disconnected my service on 20 Mar 2019 where I have used my service for just 20 days even though they have promised in offer for total :60 days.

        As this happened multiple times( I can give all those details, if needed), I went a head for termination of the connection.
        Hathway collected the Modem(router) and connection got terminated but They haven't deleted my account.

        I still get annoying messages and calls from them.

          I was using this Hathway Cable Internet for many years and disconnected that connection last year in October 2018.
          I have also returned their Modem and closed the account.
          But still, I keep getting calls from their Executives asking me to renew the account. This is almost a daily routine. They just keep calling me almost everyday and ask me why cannot you activate this connection, some good offers are available. I have told them so many times, that I have another connection which is provided and billed by my company. But still they are not understanding and keep calling me everyday. This has become a nuissance, and more like an harassment. I have been answering them politely all the time.

          Today one executive called me and used abusive words in Kannada. This is not at all acceptable for a customer who had been using their service for so many years. I request the concerned authorities to take some strict action against this company and teach their executives some basic customer handling skills.The call i recieved today was from the no.             Hi we r requesting u to pls take our cimplaint and slove the pobrlem our cable operators are not at all giveing clarification of channels pacakage and their are taking every month 450Rs and not at all providing the services if we r asking seperate package of channel they are saying we dont have that service package so please take an action .I want to know about prices of channels also y these happening so pls take a sever action on them i[censored] want more detais and proof i have a video clip i will give u that i[censored] contact me through tele give u more clarification

              When tv is turned on and shifting to another channel, the channel details menu is displayed on screen for much much more time. We have to keep on watching, when the menu will disappear, as we are losing important information/news during that time. So please reduce the display time to 4seconds. It is a problem for all hathaway stbs. Issue might be a little one but adverse effect is more and waste of our valuable time.

                I requested for connection shift to a new location, for which I raised a request too.its been more than 10days still no response from their side. I tired customer care still no proper response at all.

                  I am residence of bopal, ahmedabad and out entire society has connection for gtps as builder has insisted and it was provided during new flat possession. Later stage we found poor service and no response from local operator. My setup box was giving problem in march and made complaint to local representative of gtpl. After aggressive follow up for one and half month he arrange engineer to collect faulty setup box and it was communicated to return back after 3-4 days either repair or replacement. But since last 10 days i am trying to contact local representative for resolution but no response over message and call. I paid one year advance for hd subscription but due to recent change in tria law gtpl has stop hd telecast but still deposit are with them. When i called gtpl central office for book complaint or take necessary action against local operator call center team told they don't have contact details and they can not pass my request to resolve. Since i am on tour i have ask them to inform local office / operator to resolve issue on priority but they denied and asked me visit local office. This show they don't have hold or communication with their operator.
                  Expected quick resolution on the same.
                  Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Its been a week approx dispalying error code 20 . Kindly solve it or i wont pay for it further . Fed up of gtpl . Kindly solve it or take away your box...

                    Hi i am not able to recharge hathway cable for close to one month.
                    When ever i call customer care in bengaluru, no one pick up the call.
                    I have called on the toll free number, spoke with thier rep "sashi kumar from delhi", he is saying call me again after 30 min, this is same story which has happened multiple times.
                    Looks like they even do not want to maintain the existing customers.

                      I want individual channels but they are forcing to take packages they are saying there is no service of individual channels in our area rehamathnagar atleast not listening what i am saying also so i want those channels what i want to see if iam package also we are not getting all channels what they said so i request u to clear my problem .                           I have paid monthly subscription on 28th april 2019, for 2 set top boxes. No channels seen since then and the message on the screen says i have to contact the cable operator. The only contact # is that of the technician and that is always out of range. The nodal office # too is invalid.
                          There is no valid contact # on the website. The hathway office for frazer town, bengaluru area is the worst operating office. Why is the hathway website so badly designed? Whom do we contact for digital tv complaints?

                          The complaint regarding wrong billing of Hathway for the month of May as posted on April 29th 2019 continues to be unresolved. Nobody from the team calls back . We have their acknowledgment receipt of full payment for both set top boxes. They have wrongly deducted an amount which they thought was pending. So I continue to see 2 blank TVs. I have been correctly paying every month.
                          Hathway is so badly managed that I wonder how people can continue to subscribe
                          I want somebody from Hathway to call me at least to find out what the status is. Shameful response from the Hathway team

                          Hathway has terminated our account without any reason and after taking full money for the month of May.
                          Their website very conveniently shows ERROR when we try to submit a complaint.
                          The billing department has made so many mistakes. I have lost money and they now don't answer call on the complaint # 45500999
                          This is day light robbery.

                            I was using hathway for last 1.5yrs with no issues. I was happy with the service so accordingly i have done renewal for 6 months plan effective from 24th jan 2019 valid till july 2019. But after 2 months, on 31st march 2019 suddenly my internet was not working. After raising multiple complaints which were auto closed, one day the technician come and inspected and said it is not possible to resolve this issue due to cable issue. So every time when i called customer care they were saying same words like this will be resolved in 48hrs. So even after 1 month still issue was not resolved. I have asked for refund for the remaining 4 months but still no reply from hathway. My account number is [protected]

                              I went to himayat nagar branch in hyderabad.
                              I didn't get any benifit going there.
                              This is how you people treat customers.
                              At the time of renewal you will say anything is possible.

                                I request a new hathway broadband connection. I paid ₹2300 online. But because of our society permission issue i didn’t get connection. I raised refund request but still not getting my money even after 20 days. I called customer care 4 times but they said that they sent my refund request for further processing. But still i didnt't got my money back.Please help to get my refund.

                                  Hello, the hathway connection has been faulty since a long time and there is no customer support. No line available. But they promptly send messages for payment. The net has been slow since 6months and no customer support at all. I have been trying all kinds of numbers today too to make a complaint only to hear the phone ring constantly. My work is pending and because of this hathway network problem i'm facing issues. For all the days i've lost hathway has to pay up. Hathway has made false promises and cheated us and collected money. Now i don't even get a customer service to tell me or give clarity or keep up to their (False promises of speed) promise.

                                  I want immediate action i have assignments, projects and reports to complete... I want answer soon so that if you cannot deliver the service i can go ahead with another and you pay for it.

                                    I paid my hathway broadband bill on friday, 26 april. It has been 2 days and i have still not got any internet connection.

                                    Whenever i call their useless customer care number, they tell me that it will be activated in the next 1 hour or next 4 hours or next 12 hours.

                                    I have called the customer care number at least 10 times in the last 2 days and i am now helpless and do not know what to do.

                                    I want a refund for my bill as soon as possible.

                                      My package expired on 26/04/2019. I am not getting any channels since 26/04/2019.
                                      When i try to select the channels and pay using hathway site my wallet is showing negative balance of -325.06 and selected amount getting added to this amount and asking to pay negative balance too
                                      Please do rectify this cause as soon as possible
