Hi,
I called hathway person regarding offers about broadband connections. The plan is about ₹1886 for two months. He promised that the connection and router will be given within 24 hours after paying subscription amount. He created hathway customer id for me then shared a payment link over email. I paid the suggested amount v₹1886 over hathway website and received a payment receipt tooo.
It's been 5hours i am contacting him over call and messages, but has not that courtesy to reply once. He had promised the connection installation will be done in 24 hour's after paying broadband connection amount.
I have been waiting for whole day, i got no response from the person as welyas hathway customer service support.
Is it such worst service by hathway? Is there any system by hathway to provide kind service to customers?
I think hathway is not customer service centric platform. They don't even care of customers.
I request hathway broadband to cancel my connection request and refund my money back to the same payment method.

Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i paid 5500 for 30mb speed.
today 6 months has gone by worst speed i get.
everytime net goes out.
when complaining about this they say its not our fault in nadiad.
called rakesh who is working in gtpl in nadiad.
please dont buy gtpl net connection, they cheat us.
