My account number i was forced to pay 400 rupees as an outstanding balance even after completely paying the entire bill of hathway broadband and submitting their modem after the after the period o[censored]se. Your consumer representative was very much rooting behavior he forced me to pay for under two piece otherwise he said that i will get a legal notice for not paying this amount. I just want to complain that what kind of hidden charges this even on the time of taking connection i was not informed about this charge.. Please look into the matter and refund my money as it was not part of the actual bill.

    Previously i used to pay rs 300 / month and was getting almost all channel of my choice. Now even after paying 450 rs i am not getting desired channels (I do not see more than 15 channels 5 news channel, 5 sports and 5 other entertainment channels.) cable operator has grouped in such a way that entertain channel and sports channel are in different category and have to select number of category so cost goes up.

      Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
      I used to hold a hathway account about 2 months back. But i shifted my residence and hathway refused to provide their services in the new location. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but to no avail. Its torturous

        Hi,

        I have taken a new connection from hathway on 29th, april, 2019 and paid full amount in advance when i spoke with the hathway representative they told me that i will get a connection and cabling done in 1 day when u make a payment.

        Since 1 week i raised the complaint even after so many follow up they are not responding.
        I had ever seen the worst customer support from hathway they are not eligible to survive in providing broadband services and they are fooling customers.
        Am really fed up of their service and they are switch offing their phone when am able to contact.
        Now at present am not getting what to do please take it has a high priority and resolve my problem.

          Wifi is not working. Need the internet urgently & there is a loss in connection. None of the agent is helping and pass it on saying call the customer care. Plese help and look into the matter as we pay so much and benefit we get is zero. Please try and give theconnection soon for a better feedback against Hathway broadband. Please do the needful and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Hope for the positive results and quick response.

            29th Apr i changed my address ns raised the request for shifting hathway connection. 1st request got closed without approach me and 2nd complaint raised on 30th Apr. Still now i am following for getting connection to new address, but every days customer care team extending the days and no proper support from tech team. I paid amount before using the data and almost 15 days i am not able to use data. Hathaway not ready to refund 15 days amount with cancellation my connection.

              I live in mumbai but since 4 days i m getting 200+ ping in fortnite on singapore asia server from my hathway broadband acc no.[protected]. While before while i play on hathway i get 70-90 ping. I have contacted hathway customer support but no response from them. Hope i get my promblem solved. Provided screenshot of ping i m getting using speedtest and meternet from now. On singapore getting high ping 200+ while before i get 70-90 ping. On mumbai server i haev no issues but resolve my issue on singapore server. Plz hathway.

                I am using service of gtpl service sonce more than a year. Yesterday the company has disconnected the connection without any intimation. I called the concerned person and company too but no call was answered. The company website suggests 24*7 service then what was the reason for the unanswered call? Company does not provide service on saturday and sunday. After paying such high amount, this type of service is not acceptable. The company is having one person that looks after the gtpl connections of the entire area. That person is so unprofessional that he does not care to answer the customer complaints any time. He does not even answer the call. Being the salaried person, one gets sunday only to relax. However what if you come to know on friday night that the tv connection shall not work till sunday.
                * company should not disconnect the connection without intimation
                * 24*7 service means you have to answer the customer calls at evening of friday.
                * even after disconnection, the company should justify the same that is not the case here.

                Worst service in internet.
                i paid 5500 for 30mb speed.
                today 6 months has gone by worst speed i get.
                everytime net goes out.
                when complaining about this they say its not our fault in nadiad.
                called rakesh who is working in gtpl in nadiad.
                please dont buy gtpl net connection, they cheat us.

                  With reference to the above subject i have taken new connection at e 101 sparsh arista vasna ahmedabad 380007 my mob no is [protected]
                  Gtpl employee come to my house on sat for connection wiring at my home and put hole on the wall water pipe line inside the wall got damage and require immediate repair. Total expenses for this repair is rs. 790/- which is unnecessary bear on my part for that fault which is the mistake of your employee. My only request is that kindly reamburse my expenses of rs 790/- by the company urgently why that loss is bearer by us i enclose photographs and bill of plumber. Kindly do needful in this matter.

                  Initially gtpl was good but science they started package system . Proved they are worst . Rubbis channels. And pack. For every good channel you have to pay. Disgusting Some time think they make my led tv 📺 a extra garbages in my house

                    Im using hathway cable connection from (Abbu vision) past 10 yrs for 250rs per mnth. Recently they hiked up to 310 rs per mnth. And they charged 200rs extra with no reason. And mainly im complaining that there is a pathetic service nd 10 days will not work in a month. If we try to cal there is no responce. There is only one number to contact them. But its always switch off. If its ring sometimes... Nobody will answer to calls. If we go office directly office will be also closing any time.

                    If we go office to ask about service they are talking irresponcible nd behaving unpolitly.
                    And they are demanding schems which they are designed. But not customer choice to select channels.

                    And i have paid 510 rs 15/3/2019, as they demanded with unknown charges if 200 and 310 schem charges. But they disconnected the connection service on 1/4/2019 only.wen im trying to reach them they are showing me the hell.. pls solve this..nd instruct them with some act nd rules

                      Below is the initial mail i sent to hathway customer service on apr 5, 2019 and the response i got from them. But still i have not received refund from them and its been 20 working days. Please take necessary action.

                      Hi,

                      I applied for hathway connection and your sales rep mani promised connection within 1 day. I was asked to pay rs. 1343 and i did it yesterday.
                      But today cable team visited my house and seems it requires 600 metre of cabling and it requires approval. This may take 4 days minimum as per them.

                      But i am in need of connection urgently.
                      So please refund the amount which i paid rs. 1343. Attached the screenshot fyr.

                        Billing department has made mistakes and is refusing to sort the problem. Money has been deducted and the department has admitted a mistake is made on receiving our complaint by telephone. The issue continues to be unresolved after 4 days and counting...
                        Many calls and emails to no effect. My money is gone and no reason given. No body calls back from the complaint # given. The now keep disconnecting the phone. They have all records and i have every month's receipt and have never defaulted.
                        Hathway has conveniently disconnected my account. So my money is also gone.
                        Hathway website conveniently shows error and does not allow us to submit any complaint.

                          I have made an early payment to hathway broadband. I was subscribed for the period 13-october -2018 to 13-january-2019 (3 months) by paying rupees 2522 on 13-october-2018. I did another transaction on 20-november-2018 for rupees 2474 due to internet disconnectivity on the day. Later, one day accidentally checked available bills on my account, then realized that my subscription was not getting over on the day 20-november-2018, but i had made a transaction for the 3 months which includes 20-november-2018 to 19-february-2019. Here i made double payment for the same months.
                          The issue was repeated again on january-2019
                          Again, i received a renewal message again such that your subscription ends on 13-january-2019 (Seems they considered 13-october-2018 payment). Here the payment i made on 20-november-2018 is not reverted back.

                            I have asked for cancellation on 30th april 2019 and they said it will be done in 3 days but no action has ben taken so far. Also, they are keep on calling me for pre payment for the activation. When i am asking for cancellation, why do they bothering me for activation.

                              I havehathway connection with customer id as [protected] and recharged same with 8 month pack, after using just 2 month i was reallocating from ghaziabad to pune.

                              I requested hathway to either relocate my connection or refund rest amount and terminate connection, they were not agreed on anything. I beard the loss and forgot about same.

                              Now after 8 months i am getting around 10 calls daily for renewing connection and despite telling them multiple times that i do not want to receive call from hathway they calls me again and again which is very disturbing for me, i want to file case against hathway.

                                  I am using hathway connection but last time it was showing 150 negative balance now it is showing 400 negative balance, why should i have to pay extra amount and i am sure i paid all the bills. I want answer for this as early as possible. But i am sure this is the worst connection i feel compared to other connections. For pg like us we dont have any other choice so we are using it.

                                    I asked for hathway connection on 31st march 2019. They weren't able to provide me connection because of some restrictions in my apartment so they said they will give the refund within 10 working days it's been one month i haven't got my refund back when i call their executives they say they are forwarding my request to billing team they will call u soon. But so far i haven't got any call. This is not acceptable. How long a person will wait for his money

                                      This refers my refund rejection for tv & broadband annual plans for #18, mayuri bldg, ramban path, near ashirwad hospital.
                                      Request you to take strictest action & penalise rajesh hathway ghatkopar east for taking full annual tv subscription in sept 2018 end for oct18 to sept19
                                      I requested rajesh [protected] many times. He lied told me to submit original receipt which i hv given them on 30 oct18.
                                      Then he said heena mistry can give the refund kept calling him, 90% of time he doesn't take my phone calls.
                                      Pls ask them to refund 3000 for tv & 1800 for cable broadband. Both receipts hv been collected & no refund inspite of repeated appeals.

                                        I have been facing the problem of packet drops in internet connection for more than 10 days. Some times, i was not able to browse internet also.
                                        I called Hathway close 10 times. Everytime, they said like it is a technical issue and they will contact me in 24 hours.
                                        But, no one contacts in 24 hours and adding to it they will simply close the ticket. So, the next day again you will go through same process.
                                        We don't have access to ticket updates etc.
                                        They are taking customers for granted.
