Below is the initial mail i sent to hathway customer service on apr 5, 2019 and the response i got from them. But still i have not received refund from them and its been 20 working days. Please take necessary action.
Hi,
I applied for hathway connection and your sales rep mani promised connection within 1 day. I was asked to pay rs. 1343 and i did it yesterday.
But today cable team visited my house and seems it requires 600 metre of cabling and it requires approval. This may take 4 days minimum as per them.
But i am in need of connection urgently.
So please refund the amount which i paid rs. 1343. Attached the screenshot fyr.

Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i paid 5500 for 30mb speed.
today 6 months has gone by worst speed i get.
everytime net goes out.
when complaining about this they say its not our fault in nadiad.
called rakesh who is working in gtpl in nadiad.
please dont buy gtpl net connection, they cheat us.
